The effect of an external magnetic field on the preparation of silver nanowires was studied. The silver nanowires were synthesized using solid electrolyte RbAg4I5 thin films by applying both a direct current (DC) electric field and a magnetic field. The RbAg4I5 thin films, which were prepared by deposition at room temperature and atmospheric pressure on a NaCI substrate, were used for the transfer of Ag^+ ions between two Ag electrodes during the preparation process. When only the DC electric field is applied, the silver ions migrate toward the cathode. On the edge of the silver film at the cathode the Ag^+ ions congregate to form aligned nanowires. If the magnetic field is also applied perpendicular to the DC electric field, the morphology of the nanowires can be controlled by rotating the sample in the magnetic field. Experimental results show that the growth of the silver nanowires is determined by the Ag^+ ionic flux.  相似文献

应用ANSYS软件对2/3匝线圈触头和马蹄铁型双极纵磁触头进行有限元仿真分析,并在F-30多维磁场测量平台上对这两种结构的触头进行磁场测量。仿真计算结果为:2/3匝线圈式触头的磁场强度为3.7~5.6 mT,磁场滞后时间为1.28~1.4 ms,马蹄型触头的磁场强度为0.7~11 mT,磁场滞后时间为0.49~0.73 ms。磁场测量平台检测结果为:2/3匝线圈式触头的磁场强度为2.7~4.7 mT,磁场滞后时间为1.15~1.35 ms,马蹄型触头的磁场强度为3.1~9.7 mT,磁场滞后时间为0.48~0.69 ms。由此可见,马蹄铁型触头与线圈式触头相比,具有磁场强度高、通流能力强、磁场滞后时间短的优点。另外,试验结果与仿真结果相差不大,对于真空灭弧室触头结构的设计及优化具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

用真空蒸发制备了酞菁氧钒 (VOPc)薄膜 ,并在磁场中进行了热处理。用X光电子能谱、X射线衍射、紫外 可见吸收光谱、原子力显微镜等手段对制备的薄膜进行了表征。结果表明沉积的酞菁氧钒薄膜为α 型 ,成分接近酞菁氧钒的分子式。制备的薄膜在磁场中进行了热处理 ,发现磁场使酞菁氧钒薄膜性质发生改变 :UV VIS吸收谱Q带发生红移 ;XRD谱图衍射峰强度明显增强 ,峰位略有变化 ;原子力显微镜 (AFM)分析发现晶粒大小无明显变化。以上结果说明磁场的存在使得VOPc分子在热处理过程中发生了定向的排列  相似文献

Comparative research of the excitation photoconductivity spectra (quantum light energy 2-5 eV) of C60 single crystal in and out of magnetic field at the temperature T = 250-350 K has been carried. The spectral evolution at this temperature range is described. It is shown that the spectra changes abrupt at temperature T1 ∼ 260 K and T2 ∼ 315 K. An increase in the photoconductivity up to 15% was observed in the magnetic field (B = 0.4 T) within the photon energy range 2.5-4.5 eV. Local photoconductivity peak's appearances in the magnetic field have been proven that the charge transfer excitons take part in a photoconductivity.  相似文献

介绍表面磁光克尔效应谱(SMOKE)的一种新方案。通过适当分光并测量信号束和参考束的光强比,可以明显改善由于激光的光强不稳造成的误差,还使得随机偏振激光器也能用于SMOKE装置。同时该方案中没有采用信号调制,因此对探测器等硬件要求很低。实验结果表明,采用光强稳定度为5%的普通国产He-Ne随机偏振激光器,其测量灵敏度能够达到目前国际上通常用于超薄膜磁性测量的SMOKE的同类水平。  相似文献

The Fe60Ni40 (in atomic %) polycrystalline thin films with 90 nm thickness were prepared on 200 °C quartz substrate by using molecular beam vapor deposition method. The influence of 0 T and 6 T magnetic fields on the structural evolution and magnetic properties of thin films was studied by using EDXS, XRD, AFM and VSM. In this study, only α phase was formed in both thin films. It was found that the application of a 6 T magnetic field obviously decreases the RMS of surface roughness and the grain size. For the magnetic properties of the thin films, the 6 T magnetic field increases the saturation magnetism Ms in-plane and the squareness (Mr/Ms) of the hysteresis loop and decreases the coercive force Hc. This indicates the soft magnetic properties of the thin films have been notably enhanced in-plane by a high magnetic field. The relationship between the structural evolution and magnetic properties was discussed in details.  相似文献

研究了阴极共电沉积制备Fe^3+掺杂TiO2纳米薄膜(Fe-TiO2)的新方法.应用该方法、溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法分别制备了具有可见光响应的Fe-TiO2光催化剂.并用XRD、SEM、EDS和UV-vis吸收光谱对Fe-TiO2进行了表征.结果表明,与溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法相比共电沉积法不仅能有效地实现Fe^3+在TiO2中的均匀分布,而且,得到的光催化剂具有最大的比表面积和最好的光降解活性.Rhodamine B(RhB)降解实验表明,在RhB光降解中存在光敏化和光催化降解的协同效应.  相似文献

利用反应磁控溅射方法制备了Fe-N薄膜.发现未退火的薄膜基本处于非晶或微晶状态,退火或在沉积时对基片施加一磁场,可使晶粒变大,并出现对应内部存在应力的γ′-Fe4N的(110)晶面的择优取向.特别是外加的磁场使得Fe-N薄膜具有明显改善的磁性能.作者利用磁场中带电粒子受约运动的观点解释了这一现象.  相似文献

现在人们正在研究各种纳米线薄膜 ,因为它们很有可能成为新一代的场发射阴极而被应用于平面显示器等器件中。研究表明 ,除了纳米线的物理特性 ,薄膜的场发射特性也强烈地依赖于纳米线阵列的几何构造。一方面 ,薄膜阴极的纳米线阵列密度要足够大 ,使得大量的场发射源能够产生。另一方面 ,过大的密度带来的屏蔽效应将严重削弱纳米线尖端的局域电场。在本文的参数下 ,利用Ansys软件计算出了纳米线的最佳间距———使得纳米线之间的屏蔽效应可以忽略的最小距离———为纳米线高度的两倍  相似文献

A numerical study has been performed on the creep damage development of the thin film/substrate systems by the Kachanov‐Rabothov damage law. The emphasis was to study the influence of the modulus ratio of the substrate to the thin film, the size of the indenter and the indentation stress. Results show that two obvious damage zones are found ahead of the indenter. One is at the edge of the indenter, the other is at the interface ahead of the indenter edge. The influence of the modulus ratio of the substrate to the thin film on the indentation damage is not obvious before a certain creep time, and later, the greater modulus ratio of the substrate to the thin film has the smaller damage rate. And the indentation depth rate and the damage rate are also affected by the size of the indenter and indentation stress.  相似文献

氧化石墨烯是一种准二维片层结构炭材料,具有独特的物理化学性能,其中摩擦性能的好坏对其构成的一些微/纳机电体系的稳定应用起着重要作用。为了研究外加电场作用对氧化石墨烯薄膜微观摩擦行为的影响,采用原子力显微镜,对针尖施加一定电压,测量其与氧化石墨烯薄膜表面的微观摩擦力大小,实验结果表明,针尖外加负电压时摩擦力不受影响,而正电压下摩擦力会明显上升,且随外加正电压值的增加而增大。同时结合针尖在外加电压时与氧化石墨烯薄膜表面的粘附力和静电力的测量,对外加电压的影响机制进行了探讨。  相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积法制备了La0.5Ca0.5MnO3(LCMO)薄膜,然后在不同强磁场作用下进行原位后退火处理。利用XRD、FESEM和SQUID对薄膜进行微结构表征和磁特性测量。结果显示,强磁场退火使得薄膜的面外晶格参数拉长,晶粒尺寸明显增大,同时使低温磁化强度降低。通过建立强磁场下的晶粒生长速率方程对晶粒尺寸演化机理做了分析。分析认为,强磁场引入的额外驱动力降低了LCMO薄膜的临界晶粒尺寸,有利于晶粒生长。此外,本文通过建立一个基于相分离的反铁磁-铁磁核壳模型对薄膜的磁结构演化进行了探讨。认为晶粒尺寸增大导致铁磁相体积分数下降,从而导致低温磁化强度下降。  相似文献

将封有聚α-烯烃合成油基磁性液体的两玻璃管放置于磁场中,为消除磁场力、重力所引起的磁性液体自然对流的影响,消除端部效应,研制了磁性液体在均匀磁场中瞬态双热线导热系数的实验测量系统,经与蒸馏水、乙醇标准样品的导热系数测量比较,实验装置有较高的测量精度。实验测量了不同方向的均匀磁场对不同体积浓度的磁性液体导热系数的影响。结果显示,当磁场方向与热通量方向一致时,磁场显著强化磁性液体的导热系数,其导热系数随磁场强度的增加而近似线性增加,且体积浓度越大增加量越大;当磁场方向与热通量方向垂直时,磁性液体的导热系数随磁场强度的变化不明显。  相似文献

用含2%Al的Zn/Al合金靶材,在不同气流场强度下使用直流反应磁控溅射法在玻璃衬底上制备了ZAO(ZnO:Al)透明导电薄膜样品.定义气流场强度等于总气流量除以总气压.结果表明:气流场强度的大小对ZAO薄膜的表面形貌和电导率有较大影响,对可见光的透射率影响不大.在Ar气压强为0.3Pa,流量为22sccm,O2气压强为0.08Pa,流量为10sccm,气流场强度约为84sccm/Pa时制备ZAO薄膜的最低电阻率为4.2×10-4Ω·cm,可见光透射率为90%.  相似文献
