采用盐雾腐蚀试验方法,研究了模拟海洋大气环境下XCS-lode钢与30CrNi3Mo钢的腐蚀性能,通过极化曲线及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)试验研究了两种钢在腐蚀行为上的差异。结果表明:XCS-lode钢相比30CrNi3Mo钢具有更高的自腐蚀电位, XCS-lode钢腐蚀产物膜的阻抗明显大于30CrNi3Mo钢,XCS-lode钢的耐海洋大气腐蚀性能优于30CrNi3Mo钢。 相似文献

采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和电化学测试,分析了XCS-lode钢与30CrNi3Mo钢在模拟工业大气环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:在模拟工业大气环境中,XCS-lode钢和30CrNi3Mo钢的腐蚀速率均随着腐蚀时间的延长呈减小的趋势,且XCS-lode钢的腐蚀速率整体比30CrNi3Mo钢的小;30CrNi3Mo钢表面腐蚀产物膜在短时间内无法形成,XCS-lode钢表面腐蚀产物膜可在极短的时间内形成;XCS-lode钢表面腐蚀产物的主要成分为电化学性质稳定的α-FeOOH,30CrNi3Mo钢表面腐蚀产物主要成分为Fe3O4;XCS-lode钢的腐蚀产物膜阻抗明显高于30CrNi3Mo钢的,说明XCS-lode钢表面的腐蚀产物膜对钢基体的保护性能优于30CrNi3Mo钢的。 相似文献

对20CrNi2Mo和20Cr2Ni4钢进行渗碳热处理,研究了其微观组织、硬度、抗拉强度和伸长率等性能。结果表明,钢材的表层硬度由表及里逐渐降低,同一深度下,20CrNi2Mo钢的硬度要高于20Cr2Ni4钢。20CrNi2Mo钢渗碳热处理后具有更好的综合性能。 相似文献

以10CrNi3MoV钢为研究对象,在西太平洋海域不同深度下进行实海腐蚀试验,通过形貌观察、腐蚀失重计算、点蚀测量以及产物成分分析等方法对其腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明,10CrNi3MoV钢在西太平洋深海环境下的腐蚀形貌主要为点蚀,随深度增加表面点蚀密度和点蚀深度均增大;腐蚀速率随深度的增加先减小后略有增加,与深海溶解氧含量随深度变化规律一致。由于合金元素的添加导致深海环境局部腐蚀敏感性增大,相同条件下10CrNi3MoV钢耐蚀性劣于普通碳钢。10CrNi3MoV钢形成的晶态腐蚀产物主要为γ-FeOOH;随海水深度增加,晶态腐蚀产物相逐渐减少。 相似文献

针对重载齿轮用20CrNi2Mo钢热处理后易产生变形的问题,研究了热处理工艺对20CrNi2Mo钢性能的影响。结果表明:采用改进后的热处理工艺,试样的伸长率、断面收缩率、冲击韧度与原始工艺相比变化不大,抗拉强度、表面硬度、热处理畸变量均比用原始热处理工艺处理的性能要好,因此重载齿轮用20CrNi2Mo钢热处理时应采用改进后的热处理工艺代替原始工艺,为扩大20CrNi2Mo钢应用领域奠定了基础。 相似文献

用单轴拉伸试样和预制裂纹试样研究40CrNi2Si2MoVA高强度钢在典型大气环境下的抗应力腐蚀性能.施加应力后的试样分别暴露于北京、青岛、万宁3个不同的大气试验站.研究表明:40CrNi2Si2MoVA钢的抗应力腐蚀性能取决于环境,在海洋性环境下应力腐蚀性较高.扫描电子显微镜微观分析表明裂纹起始于表面的腐蚀点,并向试样内部扩展,为沿晶开裂,有二次裂纹存在.随着应力水平的增大,二次裂纹明显增加. 相似文献

The atmospheric corrosion behaviour of 30CrMnSiA high-strength steel exposed in rural, industrial and marine atmosphere environments in China for 60 months was investigated in virtue of the weight loss, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and grey relational analysis. The results showed that 30CrMnSiA high-strength steel exhibited the highest corrosion susceptibility and the lowest corrosion susceptibility in marine atmosphere environment and rural atmosphere environment, respectively. Lepidocrocite and goethite were found as the major constituents of the rust layer in three types of atmosphere environments, and akaganeite was also detected in marine atmosphere environment. The rust layer exhibited the tendency of flaking away from the substrate and becoming dense in marine atmosphere environment and rural atmosphere environment, respectively. Grey relational analysis demonstrated that, among a variety of environmental factors, the airborne sea-salt was the primary factor influencing the atmospheric corrosion of 30CrMnSiA high-strength steel. 相似文献

Thus far, research on the corrosion resistance of copper-containing steel has been limited to Cu content of less than 1%, and the corrosion resistance of antibacterial Cu-containing steel with Cu content above 3% has not been reported. In this study, 0Cu3 carbon steel (CS), 0Cr15Cu3 stainless steel (SS), and Q345 CS were investigated. The corrosion resistance and corrosive behavior of high-copper (high-Cu)-bearing steel in a marine environment were examined by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and potentiodynamic polarization. Coupon test results showed that the Cu in the 0Cr15Cu3 SS and 0Cu3 CS can promote the formation of stable α-FeOOH from γ-FeOOH in the outer rust layers, and make the rust layers more thick and dense. In the electrochemical experiment, the impedance loop diameters and Rct values of the 0Cr15Cu3 SS and 0Cu3 CS were higher than those of Q345, while the Icorr was less than that of Q345, which indicates that the anticorrosion property of these two types of high-Cu-bearing steel was higher than that of Q345. 总结了5种不锈钢在我国7个试验点的12年大气腐蚀试验结果,材料中包括了最常用的不锈钢,环境中包括了亚热带,温带,工业性,海洋性,干燥环境及湿热环境等各种典型环境。不锈钢在大气中是耐蚀的。当含Cr量达到18%以上时耐蚀性很好,钼能明显提高不锈钢的耐蚀性,超低碳也能提高其耐蚀性。 相似文献

目的 给出一种模拟万宁海洋大气环境的室内加速环境谱并对典型不锈钢材料进行寿命预测。方法 采用失重法对4种不锈钢的耐蚀性进行宏观分析。采用X射线光电子能谱分析仪(XPS)对4种不锈钢的腐蚀产物类型进行分析。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对4种不锈钢的腐蚀产物进行微观分析。采用腐蚀电化学法对4种不锈钢进行宏观电化学分析。采用灰色关联度分析法研究室内加速环境谱与万宁海洋大气环境下户外暴露试验的相关性。结果 4种不锈钢的腐蚀失重速率都随着试验时间的增加而降低,其中430不锈钢腐蚀速率的减小程度最明显。4种不锈钢均在室内加速腐蚀试验中表现出较好的耐蚀性,耐蚀性由好到差依次为2205、316L、304、430不锈钢。XPS结果显示,304不锈钢与316L不锈钢的腐蚀产物主要为Fe2O3和Fe3O4;2205不锈钢的腐蚀产物主要包括Fe2O3以及Fe OOH或FeCr2O4;430不锈钢的腐蚀产物属于典型不锈钢的腐蚀产物,主要由... 相似文献

为了探明辽河油田地下水环境中CO2对Q235钢和X70管线钢的腐蚀规律,采用动电位极化技术及交流阻抗技术研究了不同CO2浓度对该环境下两种钢腐蚀行为的影响,并利用光学显微镜对试样腐蚀界面进行表征。结果表明:随着CO2浓度的增加,Q235和X70钢的交流阻抗图谱的半径均减小,腐蚀电流密度增大,腐蚀坑数量、深度和面积都增加,腐蚀敏感性增大。在低浓度CO2环境下(CO2含量为10%时),Q235钢的腐蚀敏感性比X70钢更高;而在高浓度CO2环境下(CO2含量为20%、40%、60%时),Q235钢的腐蚀速率反而较小,耐腐蚀性更好。 相似文献
