简要介绍了粉末涂料的特点,并从涂膜性能的优化角度论述了粉末涂料原料的选择和使用情况,从羧基聚酯树脂-TGIC体系纯聚酯粉末涂料配方设计入手,研究了基料、填料、助剂对其涂膜性能(主要物理机械性能:涂膜之耐冲击力、柔韧性、倾斜流动性、硬度、附着力、抗UV老化等)的影响,得到了一个在给出原料中涂膜综合性能最好的配比。 相似文献

用等规聚丙烯与马来酸酐的固相接枝法,制得具有不同酸值的改性聚丙烯树脂,对其涂膜性能进行了研究。并将其与环氧/聚酯粉末涂料共混,研究了共混物的涂膜性能。结果表明,固相接枝聚丙烯树脂单独或者作为环氧/聚酯粉末涂料的一个组分用于粉末涂料,具有很好的涂膜性能。 相似文献

研究了热固性粉末涂料用作金属热喷涂涂层的封闭层及面层的防护技术,比较了分别喷涂环氧锌基重防腐粉末涂料、纯聚酯粉末涂料,喷涂环氧锌基重防腐粉末涂料后再喷涂纯聚酯粉末涂料以及热浸镀锌后喷涂纯聚酯粉末涂料等试样在不同盐雾和人工加速老化时间下的附着力.结果发现,只有熔融黏度偏低的环氧类粉末涂料适合用作封闭层.该复合涂层技术已应用于高速公路护栏上. 相似文献

Interest in finding alternatives to TGIC-based powder coatings have driven development of alternate binders for the exterior
durable powder coating market. Thermoset powder coatings utilizing carboxylic acid functional polyester resins cured with
epoxide-functional acrylate polymers have been evaluated and characterized. Modification of the composition and molecular
weight of either component influences the physical properties of formulated powder coating. The behavior of these coatings

The present study describes the mechanical behavior of powder coatings used under very high compressive loads in clamping
force joints.
Carboxyl functional polyester powder coatings cured with hydroxyl functional β-hydroxyalkylamides with variations in coating
thickness and amount and type of filler, have been studied. The coatings were subjected to conventional tests for coatings
and polymers and also to specially designed tests developed to study the behavior of powder coatings in clamping force joints.
The specially designed tests were used to study the coatings under compressive loads, and the relation between the results
from these test methods and from conventional tests is discussed.
The results show the importance of coating thickness in order to achieve the desired mechanical properties of a coating when
used under high compressive loads. These loads put high demands on the stability of the coating, and the defects must be kept
to a minimum. Increased thickness will give rise to more defects in the coating, especially voids and blisters due to the
evaporation of water formed during the curing of the polyester powder coating. The surface roughness of the coating is also
affected by the coating thickness, but the main influence originates from the type and amount of filler used. A rough surface
will give rise to stress concentrations and increased plastic deformations in the coating, impairing the properties of the

The dispersing of pigments in powder coatings is a difficult and complicated process. The incomplete dispersion under standard extrusion conditions can be attributed to a combination of poor pigment wetting and insufficient disruption of the pigment agglomerates, as a result of the rheological properties of the powder coating resin. The use of block copolymer dispersants for improving the pigment dispersion in powder coatings is studied in this project. Novel block copolymer dispersants from 2-vinylpyridine and ε-caprolactone have been synthesized and tested. These block copolymers show a high affinity for TiO2 pigments and are capable of improving the stability of a TiO2 dispersion in a polyester powder coating resin. 相似文献

Improvement of the Quality of Powder Coatings in Aluminium Constructions Polyester powder coatings have been fully accepted in constructions for their desirable processing and quality characteristics, however, certain doubts exist concerning their use compared to materials used so far, such as anodized aluminium, polyurethane coatings and other powder coatings. Following tests were used for comparison: Abrasion, shooting with steel shots, and action of alkali and organic acid.
