安钢烧结系统熔剂结构优化调整的实践

烧结生产中加入熔剂,不仅可以改善烧结过程,强化烧结提高产、质量,而且可以向高炉提供自熔性或高碱度烧结矿。2021年秋冬季,由于生产形势要求,安钢烧结机熔剂结构发生较大变化,对生产稳定性造成一定影响,技术人员通过细致梳理,找准问题关键点,采取了一系列改进措施,形成了适应安钢当前烧结生产条件的熔剂结构调整的系统措施,取得了较好的应用效果。     

包钢烧结配加高硅熔剂性褐铁矿的试验研究

文章针对白云鄂博铁精矿SiO₂含量低的特点,进行了高硅熔剂性褐铁矿替代蛇纹石的烧结试验,提出了高硅熔剂性褐铁矿在包钢烧结使用的技术方案,可为包钢烧结生产优化铁料结构和熔剂结构以及大幅降低生产成本提供技术支持。试验结果表明,烧结配加10.2%水洗重选后的高硅熔剂性褐铁矿,烧结配矿成本降低,但烧结矿转鼓强度降低1.87个百分点,燃耗升高1.06 kg/t;烧结配加3.4%高硅熔剂性褐铁矿(原矿),烧结配矿成本降低,烧结矿质量指标无显著变化,因此建议采用高硅熔剂性褐铁矿(原矿)用于调整烧结矿的SiO₂含量。     

原料结构变化对烧结生产的影响及对策

随着进口矿的大量使用,原料结构的变化引起混合料中SiO2、MgO的含量降低,导致烧结矿强度变差,MgO含量急剧下降,烧结矿低温还原粉化率大幅上升.为了应对原料结构的变化对生产的影响,烧结厂采取了一系列工艺改造和添加MgO熔剂、烧结矿喷洒CaCl2溶液、低硅烧结技术和褐铁矿烧结技术等措施,不断提高烧结矿的质量,满足高炉冶炼的要求.     

陕钢集团烧结熔剂结构优化实践

为降低烧结矿成本,陕钢集团在2×265 m2烧结机上进行了烧结熔剂结构优化的工业试验。针对试验结果,对比分析生产工艺参数以及烧结矿质量、成本,确定了在粉矿质量配比为50%、70%下适宜的烧结熔剂结构。结果显示,优化后的烧结熔剂结构在保证烧结矿产质量的基础上降低了烧结矿成本。     

青钢降低高炉槽下烧结返矿率生产实践

2013年初青钢高炉槽下烧结返矿率达210 kg/t,铁水成本明显增加。为此,青钢炼铁公司从配矿结构、烧结矿碱度及熔剂质量、料层厚度、点火温度、烧结工艺、筛分系统等方面进行改进,采取优化配矿结构、适当提高烧结矿碱度和稳定熔剂质量、提高点火温度、改进烧结生产工艺、加强高炉槽下筛分管理等措施,使烧结矿强度提高了5%,烧结返矿率下降了17%,年降低费用1 179.36万元。     

提高生石灰在烧结生产中的效果

五十年代初,烧结生产用生石灰做熔剂预热混合料,改善混合料成球性,提高料层透气性,加快垂直烧结速度,并使料层相应增高,成品率提高,固体燃料用量减少,烧结生产率提高,烧结矿质量改善。因此,是强化烧结生产的有效措施。近几年来,国内外应用生石灰做熔剂的烧结厂增多,有一些工厂在研究改善生石灰质量,提高生石灰的活性度,改进添加方法,挖掘生石灰在烧结生产中的潜力,增加混合料中消化的CaO量,进一步提高烧结生产率,改善烧结矿质量,降低能耗等方面,收到了良好的效果。     

武钢烧结厂使用低价熔剂的生产实践

为降低武钢烧结厂烧结生产成本,采取了一系列生产技术及管理措施,进行了调整熔剂结构,多用低价熔剂的生产实践。结果表明,使用低价熔剂后,烧结矿质量波动,且降低成本的效果也不理想。在这一过程中,武钢烧结厂克服了诸多生产操作上的困难,积累了使用低价熔剂的生产经验。     

铬矿粉烧结成块性能的试验研究

通过烧结杯试验,考查铬矿粉烧结造块性能及铬烧结矿物化性能,评价配加B熔剂和A熔剂对铬烧结矿质量、产量、燃料消耗的影响,并且在烧结试验过程中对部分参数进行了摸索优化.结果表明,铬矿粉造块工艺在烧结杯实验室是可行的,但要同时配加一定的B熔剂或A熔剂作为烧结熔剂;单种铬矿粉、B熔剂并配加一定的燃料后,铬烧结矿成块性好,表观质...     

新钢配加镁质灰提镁烧结的研究与生产实践

通过对烧结含镁熔剂进行综合评价选择镁质灰替代白云石粉作为新的烧结提氧化镁熔剂用于生产。实践表明：碱度2．1,用镁质灰逐渐替代白云石粉,烧结矿的氧化镁质量分数由2．4％提高到2．9％,转鼓下降,但对利用系数和成品率影响不大;固定碱度和氧化镁,增大镁质灰用量直至替代自云石粉,烧结矿产量和品质指标有所好转,固体燃耗有所降低。     

石钢提高烧结矿中MgO含量探讨

为配合高炉原料结构调整,需将烧结矿中MgO含量从1.8%提高到2.65%,进行了白云石粉、轻烧白云石粉作烧结鎂质熔剂的铁前原料成本分析。从理论上分析,用白云石粉做烧结镁质熔剂提高烧结矿中MgO含量可降低铁前成本。生产试验表明:随着烧结矿中MgO含量的提高,烧结矿的转鼓强度下降、固体燃耗上升。在石钢目前的条件下,单纯用白云石粉满足铁前对MgO的需求并不经济。
