The paper puts forward the idea of problembased engineering management, expounds its connotation and guiding ideology and moreover, substantially demonstrates its practical significance in the engineering management system for the maintenance of Chinese military aircraft engines.     

Research on Emergency Management System for Military Engineering Projects

Emergency management systems for military engineering projects have been established to enhance the capacities of wartime logistics and emergency logistical support. This study focuses on the combat characteristics of the warfare information system and based on analysis of emergency response for military combat systems, utilizes the concept of systematic combat and comprehensive integrated approach to investigate management of military engineering projects. Also, a basic mode for emergency management of military engineering projects based on the concept of “pre-war intelligent engineering on demand, wartime early engagement warning and monitoring, post-war emergency repair and rescue” and “strategic, comprehensive, integrated response” is proposed.     

工程与工程管理的哲学思考

当前,我国正处于经济建设快速发展时期,许多重大工程相继建成并投入使用,凸现工程活动的重要地位和工程管理的巨大作用,标志着我国已经进入工程时代。工程时代呼唤工程哲学,工程建设管理活动离不开哲学思想指导,大力开展工程哲学研究既是哲学发展的必然,又是时代的迫切要求。文章在分析工程哲学的形成、发展及主要研究内容的基础上,提出了工程的哲学内涵与本质：物质性、变化性和时空性,进而对工程管理的理念、价值观、方法论、组织与创新等方面的哲学内涵进行了探讨,以促进我国工程管理理论的发展和管理水平的提高。     

The Development and Comparative Analysis of Engineering Project Management Modes

Engineering project management is the whole process of project construction management activities up to the point of achieving the goals of engineering construction, which adopts the means of planning, organizing,leading, and controlling. In addition, engineering project management modes are the works of project management and the technical guarantee of project success. For the quality and efficient transformation demands of the Chinese construction industry in the process of marketization, internationalization and informatization, based on the connotation and development path of engineering project management modes, the 16 main and new kinds of project management modes both domestically and abroad are divided into trading mode, financing mode and management mode. These have led to comparative analysis and brief commentary. Finally, it will be pointed out that the engineering project management modes move throughout the whole management process, the combined model and the expansion development of financing model. This work will provide reference for project participants to choose the appropriate project management modes and better understand building company transformation.

On the Core Essence of Engineering Management Theory

At present, China’s economy is in rapid growth. The scale of engineering construction is significantly increasing and a number of major projects have been completed and put into use, bringing the engineering management practice new issues and challenges with each passing day. In the meantime, Chinese scholars are constantly summarizing what they have learnt in these activities and making great effort to gradually establish their own theoretical system of engineering management, of which the core essence of theoretical system of engineering management becomes a critically important topic. By studying our engineering management theory and practice, this paper preliminarily sums up the core essence of the engineering management theory in China as: “establishing a perfect harmony between human and nature through a people-oriented approach and dual innovation”, with a hope to help and enrich the research on the theoretical system of engineering management in China.     

面向并行工程的知识管理研究

知识经济和大规模定制等概念的提出，使得企业把知识财富作为获得竞争优势的战略要素来看待，企业知识管理由此受到学术界和企业界的共同关注。知识管理方法和工具集同并行工程现有方法和工具集的结合，产生了一个新的研究和应用领域，作者在跟踪国外研究和并行工程实践经验的基础上，对这一新兴领域的基本内容，实施方法和关键技术作了初步的讨论，以期引起国内学术界和企业界对该领域的关注，促进我国企业形成自己的核心竞争能力。

Revealing Engineering Management System and Education Model in Developed Countries for Engineering Management Major Education Improvement in China

Different developed countries have differences in regulations for engineering management systems. The related education modes and their curriculum arrangement in universities in the US, UK, and Germany show their specializations. Through comparative research into engineering management systems and professional education modes between China and these developed countries, the paper proposes suggestions for improving the education of engineering management majors in China, which could speed up development of Chinese engineering general contracting enterprises and engineering project management enterprises.     

Synergetic Management Theory for Coal-Based Energy Engineering and the Engineering Practice of Shenhua

To deal with problems in synergetic development of coal-based energy engineering, this paper, guided by the philosophy of engineering, proposes the synergetic management philosophy of “factors coordination, systems synergy, dynamic optimization and three-dimension planning.” The paper also establishes the synergetic management system characterized by systems factor synergy, resource-environment synergy and systems boundary extension and supported by the “two-wheel driven” management innovation and technological innovation. In addition, the paper presents a multi-objective dynamic optimization model for energy engineering, designed based on Shenhua’s own engineering practice, to analyze Pareto optimal solution in three scenarios: best resource allocation, minimal environmental impact and maximal value creation. This provides important reference to synergetic development strategies and decision-making in engineering management.     

工业工程专业“管理信息系统”课程设计的几点探索

面向企业的工业工程专业学生在“管理信息系统”（简称MIS）课程设计的过程中，由于时间和条件所限，无法真正到企业调研并解决企业信息化课题。因此，如何在课程设计的题目设计，需求分析、系统开发及项目管理等环节充分模拟企业环境，使学生充分了解企业信息化的相关问题，将显得尤为重要。文章旨在就以上方面进行了一些探索。     

Research on a Product Information Management System Facing Remanufacture Engineering

Remanufacture Engineering is an important characteristic and development trend of a manufacturing system in the 21st Century, and product information management is very important to Remanufacture Engineering. In this paper, we first compared traditional manufacturing and remanufacturing. Then, according to the features of Remanufacture Engineering, we analyzed the request of product information management system facing Remanufacture Engineering, and designed the system module. Finally, we built a kind of system structure of product information management facing Remanufacture Engineering and gave realization methods based on Web.     

The TDCPR Management Mode of Engineering Equipment

The Three Gorges Project is a very large project,and its structure is very complex.Interna-tional advanced engineering equipment is broadly used.The state of equipment running directly influ-ences project building qualities and limited time.According to the factud conditions of the Three Gor-ges Project,the characteristics of engineering equipment are analyzed.At the same time ,some theories about equipment management are induced ,and the TDCPR management mode of engineering equip-ment of the Three Gorges Project is put forwared in order to gain the aim of managing and using equip-ment well and speeding up the project construction.     

我国工程管理学科现状及发展

提升工程项目的管理效率需要大量工程管理专业人才，现有的工程管理培养体系与我国经济与社会发展需要仍存在一定距离。基于国内各院校的调研分析了我国工程管理学科的现状，探讨了工程管理学科特征；基于调研与分析结果研究了我国工程管理学科教育的发展问题，指出可以从以下五方面来提升工程管理教育：充分发挥各院校优势，准确合理定位、各自办出特色；调整与优化工程管理学科的知识体系；加强与企业的联系、提升工程管理专业人才的实践能力；完善工程管理学科的办学层次，明确各层次的培养目标；改革工程管理教学方法和手段。

并行工程管理系统是并行工程的核心，它由产品开发过程建模仿真与优化子系统和产品开发过程管理与协调子系统组成。本文讨论了开发过程建模的ＩＤＥＦ３过程描述获取方法，提出了系统的体系结构和主要功能，建立了面向对象的产品开发过程仿真机制。

Engineering Management Problems of Remanufacturing Industry

Remanufacturing in China is still in its early stage and faces pressures from society, policy, technology and management. Considering the current state of remanufacturing in China, this paper researched several key management issues involving various aspects from the perspective of remanufacturing players. Based on a needs analysis on the trend of remanufacturing development in China, the following six key management problems were researched; risk management of remanufacturing players, remanufacturing production management, remanufacturing quality management, authentication mode of remanufacturing in China, subsidy policy of remanufacturing industry, and performance assessment of remanufacturing. The characteristics of issues were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.     

Inheritance and Innovation of Engineering Management Informatization

In the life-cycle of large projects, the operational phase lasts the longest, costs the most and substantially benefits the project. During the whole phase, energy, material and human resources may cost a lot. Effective control of such costs is one of the main targets of engineering management informatization. How to lower the organization collaboration cost in project management and how to support effective collaboration among different areas, organizations and departments in the ways of technology and management are major goals in engineering management informatization. In the phase of project operation, project owners, partners and customers are the stakeholders of engineering management informatization. Through the case of airport management informatization, inherited and innovation of engineering management informatization will be discussed. It is illustrated that airport informatization is the innovation of business model and technology applications through the analysis and study on cases of airport informatization.     

现代建设项目全寿命期组织集成的实现问题

现代建设项目承发包模式体现出来的“建设生产过程一体化”趋势及建设项目业主方管理与承包方管理的新特点要求业主对工程项目实行全寿命期的集成管理;但目前国内外工程管理领域对于建设项目全寿命周期集成管理中组织集成的实现问题的研究尚存在局限性。通过建立一种敏捷、高效的新型组织集成模式来实现对现代建设项目全寿命期的集成管理,并探讨了该组织集成模式的运行机制。
