影响稀土上市公司财务能力和综合绩效差距的一个重要原因是因为跨地区的资本投资。本文基于2007-2019年稀土上市公司对外投资和财务指标,采用因子分析对稀土上市公司财务指标进行降维评分,研究对外投资水平对企业财务能力和综合绩效的影响。实证结果表明,稀土企业对外投资与其营运能力产生显著负向影响,对其偿债能力、盈利能力和综合绩效具有正向的促进作用。异质性分析表明,处于产业链下游和兼营业务的稀土企业面临的企业对外投资决策行为更为敏感。  相似文献

为了度量和比较中国金、银、铂3种主要贵金属现货投资的风险与收益,在验证3种贵金属现货资产收益率序列具有尖峰、厚尾和波动集聚性特征的基础上,运用基于GED-GARCH模型的VaR方法度量3种贵金属现货的投资风险,并以同期上证综指的表现为参照基准,依据RAROC指标对3种贵金属现货的投资绩效进行比较和评价。实证结果表明,黄金资产的风险最小,铂金次之,两者均小于同期上证综指,白银资产的风险与同期上证综指相当;从风险调整后的综合业绩表现来看,投资黄金的回报最优,白银次之,两者都优于上证综指,而铂金的回报略差于同期上证综指。  相似文献

目的 观察针刺联合明目地黄胶囊治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(centralserouoschorioretinopathy,CSC)的临床疗效.方法 选择CSC患者64例(68眼),随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组采用维生索C、肌苷、三磷酸腺苷等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用明目地黄胶囊和针刺疗法,4周后观察疗效.结果 治疗组治疗后治愈15例、好转16例、无效1例,而对照组治疗后治愈8例、好转11例、无效13例,两组治疗后的疗效经Ridit分析表明,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(U=2.848 4,P<0.01).结论 针刺联合明目地黄胶囊能显著提高CSC患者视力,具有较好的疗效.  相似文献

采用中国1983~2007年时间序列样本数据,运用协整检验和格兰杰因果关系检验,研究了FDI、出口贸易结构、进口贸易结构与国内就业之间的关系。经验分析表明:出口贸易结构、FDI与国内就业之间存在正向关系,进口贸易结构对国内就业没有显著的影响,而资本深化与国内就业之间呈负相关关系,"资本替代劳动效应"现象明显。提高工业制成品出口比例、把劳动密集型产业作为利用外商投资的重要领域对国内就业有着重要的战略意义。  相似文献

激光源是激光焊机的核心部件,是实现激光焊接的关键。激光源生成的自由激光不能直接作用于工件,要实现焊接,激光焊机对激光源实现控制的同时,还需提供激光传输光路、能量聚焦、冷却和激光气体供应,最终使激光能量作用带钢实现焊接。详述了通快CO2激光源在激光焊机应用中所需的辅助设施,并重点研究了基于DP网络通讯方式下激光源电气控制,最后结合激光源在冷轧产线激光焊机中的实际应用,提出激光源稳定运行措施,保证了激光源工作稳定性。  相似文献

本文提出一种基于生产实践样本数据、BP神经训练和嫁接网络对锌窑渣、水解渣共同熔炼进行预测的模型。10组数据所构建的9-16-13-8BP神经网络训练模型,是以锌窑渣、水解渣中各成分作为输入参数,冰铜、烟尘和水淬渣相应成分作为预测目标。建立输入参数和预测目标之间的模拟关系,训练误差为10-4。预测网络是采用训练网络权值、阈值,和相同设计参数,在Matlab的GUI可视化界面中输入各成分的含量,实现各元素成分的预测,误差为10-4,人机交互性强。  相似文献

This study of 126 employee-supervisor dyads examined a mediated model of the relationship between proactive personality and job performance. The model, informed by the social capital perspective, suggests that proactive employees reap performance benefits by means of developing social networks that provide them the resources and latitude to pursue high-level initiatives. Structural equation modeling suggested that the relationship between proactive personality and job performance is mediated by network building and initiative taking on the part of the employee. Performance Monitoring of Embankments Containing Tire Chips: Case Study   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Tire chips (or shredded tires) have been successfully used as a filler material in a number of embankments, but this use has also led to problems such as spontaneous combustion, settlement, and so on. To ensure proper construction and to avoid such problems, the Texas Department of Transportation sponsored a study to monitor the performance of embankments constructed of tire shred fill material in El Paso, Texas. Three embankments, consisting of (1) a mixture of soil and shredded tires; (2) shredded tires wrapped in a geotextile; and (3) a reference embankment built with conventional soil, were instrumented and monitored. The performance of the embankments in terms of vertical settlement, temperature change, and air and water constituency changes were monitored. The performance of these three embankments has shown that there is little potential for environmental impacts in a climate like that of El Paso, and that the construction techniques employed limited the settlements in comparison with some previous experiences.  相似文献

The dynamic nature of today’s construction industry compels construction partners to seek strategies in order to improve performance. Current research introduces a performance evaluation model for construction companies in order to provide a proper tool for a company’s managers, owners, shareholders, and funding agencies to evaluate the performance of construction companies. The model developed helps a company’s management to make the right decisions. Financial, economical, and industrial data are collected from Egyptian construction companies for nine consecutive years (1992–2000). Five indices (models) are developed: company performance score, economy performance score, industry performance score, performance index, and performance grade. The models developed consider companies in four construction sectors: general building, heavy, special trade, and real estate. These models accommodate the effect of macroeconomic and industry related factors and company size on the performance evaluation. The final outcome of current research is a performance grade, which provides the performance of a construction company. The developed model is validated, which shows robust results.  相似文献

The goal of this study was twofold: (1) To demonstrate that engineered heat straightening is a viable alternative for the repair of damaged steel bridge girders; and (2) to illustrate how the latest results of research and development can be implemented for heat-straightening repairs. The bridge chosen for repair crosses over I-10 in Louisiana, just east of Lake Charles. Working with personnel from the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, the bridge was repaired during August 1998. A fascia noncomposite beam had been impacted, and the bottom flange was displaced 0.43 m (17 in.). The repair was designed by the writers and implemented in conjunction with Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development personnel. Described in this paper are the design of the repair, including assessment of damage, selection of heating patterns, development of jacking restraint locations and magnitudes, and heating sequences; the step-by-step implementation; a cost comparison; and a discussion of lessons learned. It is concluded that heat straightening is an effective alternative for repairing damaged steel bridges, when implemented with proper engineering design.  相似文献

This paper describes a case history of a geogrid-reinforced and pile-supported (GRPS) highway embankment with a low area improvement ratio of 8.7%. Field monitored data from contact pressures acting on the pile and soil surfaces, pore-water pressures, settlements and lateral displacements are reported and discussed. The case history is backanalyzed by carrying out three-dimensional (3D) fully coupled finite-element analysis. The measured and computed results are compared and discussed. Based on the field observations of contact stresses and pore-water pressures and the numerical simulations of the embankment construction, it is clear that there was a significant load transfer from the soil to the piles due to soil arching. The measured contact pressure acting on the pile was about 14 times higher than that acting on the soil located between the piles. This transfer greatly reduced excess positive pore water pressures induced in the soft silty clay. The measured excess pore water pressure ratio max in the soft silty clay was only about 0.3. For embankment higher than 2.5?m, predictions of stress reduction ratio based on two common existing design methods are consistent with the measured values and the 3D numerical simulations. During the construction of the piled embankment, the measured lateral displacement–settlement ratio was only about 0.2. This suggests that the use of GRPS system can reduce lateral displacements and enhance the stability of an embankment significantly.  相似文献

There are various teaching approaches that instructors may adopt in their quest to teach effectively, and students can choose from a range of learning approaches to help them achieve good grades. This study investigates the effectiveness of personal learning approaches adopted by undergraduates and the teaching approaches employed by instructors in the context of construction engineering courses. The research questions are as follows. (1)?What are the students’ learning approaches that lead to better academic achievement? (2)?What are the instructors’ teaching approaches that give rise to better academic achievement? The study also aims to construct a model to predict a student’s likely academic performance in a construction engineering course. The research design is a self-administered survey. Using a structured questionnaire consisting of questions relating to learning strategies and teaching approaches, data were collected from undergraduates who majored in construction engineering. Statistical analyses undertaken include Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression modeling. Pearson correlation analysis shows that both the Growing Teaching approach and the students’ Achieving Motive learning approach are significantly correlated with academic performance. A robust grade prediction model was developed, whereby a student’s grade in a construction engineering course may be predicted using one teaching approach (Growing Teaching) and three learning approaches (Achieving Motive, Achieving Strategy, and Deep Motive). To help students obtain higher grades in a construction engineering course, instructors should adopt the Growing Teaching approach, and students should adopt the Achieving Motive learning approach. Because students who adopt the Deep Motive learning approach are penalized with lower grades, it is recommended that instructors modify their teaching methods and approaches so that students do not take shortcuts in their learning without deeper regard for higher-order learning outcomes.  相似文献

A case study is presented to illustrate how an undergraduate hydraulic engineering course was refined to address student concerns, meet educational requirements and departmental goals, serve employer needs, and satisfy alumni interests. The refinement process was influenced, in part, by ABET 2000 criteria for program outcomes and assessment. This paper documents how several of the ABET 2000 criteria are satisfied and how they are in turn used in continuous improvement of the course. Alternate measures of FE Exam results and other current and proposed tools used in assessing and documenting the outcome of the changes implemented are presented.  相似文献

Cost and schedule planning and control are two of the most important management functions in the construction industry. Major research efforts are focused on developing procedures for improving the effectiveness of these functions. As a result, researchers are concerned with the quality, integrity, and timeliness of data that flows through such planning and control systems. A number of data models have been proposed to integrate cost and schedule control functions because such integration is viewed as the solution to the many problems facing the management of construction projects today. This paper provides an overview of cost and schedule control, and discusses how these research findings were incorporated in the construction courses offered at the Construction Division of the Department of Civil Engineering and Construction at North Dakota State University.  相似文献
