通过机械力、化学及热力耦合活化方法提高再生微粉的活性,研究粉磨时间、水玻璃模数与掺量、养护温度与时间对废弃混凝土再生微粉活性及硬化浆体微观结构的影响。结果表明:废弃混凝土再生微粉平均粒径从89.93μm降至24.71μm时,其强度活性指数较原粉提高26%。利用水玻璃激发再生微粉可制备碱激发再生微粉胶凝材料,当水玻璃模数为1.4,Na2O掺量为6%时,28、90 d净浆试件抗压强度分别为11.5、18.2 MPa。在养护温度为60℃,养护时间为6 h的条件下,28 d净浆试件抗压强度提高28.1%。随着养护温度的升高,水化产物与碳化产物相继增多,对于提高早期强度有一定的促进作用,但是养护温度过高会使结构易产生裂缝,后期强度随养护时间的延长呈下降趋势。 相似文献

为实现循环流化床燃煤固硫灰(简称固硫灰)的资源化利用,本研究以固硫灰为前驱体,固体偏硅酸钠为激发剂,制备了化学激发固硫灰胶凝材料,研究了不同碱含量对化学激发固硫灰强度、体积稳定性的影响。结果表明:碱含量对化学激发固硫灰胶凝材料强度及体积稳定性有重要影响,随碱含量增加,抗折、抗压强度均先增大后减小。标准养护下,硬化体的线膨胀率均随碱含量的增加表现为先增后降的变化规律。XRD、SEM对化学激发固硫灰水化产物分析结果表明,偏硅酸钠激发固硫灰主要水化产物为水化硅酸钙,硬化体膨胀主要为水化硅酸钙吸水膨胀引起。 相似文献

对配制无机聚合物混凝土的激发剂最佳模数、水玻璃最佳掺量及矿粉和粉煤灰质量比等指标进行了大量试验工作,获得制备无机聚合物混凝土碱激发剂的合理参数指标,据此制备掺入不同膨胀剂的无机聚合物砂浆及混凝土试件,并对其各自膨胀性能进行测试,试验结果表明:激发剂模数在1.0~2.0范围内,无机聚合物体系初凝和终凝时间随激发剂模数及水玻璃掺量增大而逐渐延缓;调整激发剂模数为1.5,水玻璃掺量20%,矿粉与粉煤灰质量比为7∶3,可顺利制备无机聚合物混凝土;掺入HCSA膨胀剂的砂浆和混凝土均能表现出良好的膨胀性能,偏高岭土对于改善无机聚合物混凝土前期干缩具有较好的效果。 相似文献

研究了NaOH、水玻璃激发矿渣砂浆在5℃环境下抗压强度的发展,采用电阻率、选择性溶解法、压汞法(MIP)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了碱矿渣胶结材(AAS)低温水化过程及其早期微观结构.结果表明:碱矿渣胶结材在5℃环境下能持续水化,但其水化速度和抗压强度发展速度低于标准养护试件;在相同条件下,水玻璃激发AAS砂浆抗压强度较高,但其电阻率和水化程度低于NaOH激发AAS砂浆.另外,碱矿渣胶结材在5℃环境下养护1d时,硬化浆体孔隙率和大孔增加,其内部存在大量未反应微小矿渣颗粒,水化产物层薄弱、结构不密实,导致其早期强度发展缓慢. 相似文献

A lightweight inorganic polymer is produced from Class F fly ash, metakaolinite and lightweight aggregate. This inorganic material is activated using small amounts of sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate solution. Processing parameters including the amounts of chemical activator and various curing conditions, such as curing temperature, curing time and moisture, are investigated. The influence of activator ratio, time, and curing temperature on the mechanical strength of geopolymers synthesized from natural zeolite was evaluated by employing silicate solutions and sodium hydroxide. The results demonstrated that an increase in the activator ratio as well as that of curing time favors mechanical strength in the material. Nevertheless, with 90 day of curing time and 80 °C or a greater curing temperature, have a negative effect on strength. Through characterization by X-ray diffraction a slight shift along with an increase in the amorphous halo between 20° and 30° (2θ) was observed and is characteristic of geopolymers. SEM–EDS analysis indicated the presence of Na and an increase in the Si/Al ratio from 8 to 11.5 with the incorporation of activators. The results indicate that the use of alkali and silicate activators on non commercial zeolite could be use in the synthesis of geopolymers. 相似文献

介绍了碱激发胶凝材料的制备技术和碱激发反应机理,总结了碱激发胶凝材料的工作性能、力学性能、耐久和耐高温特性。分析表明:激发剂的掺量和水玻璃模数是影响碱激发胶凝材料凝结时间和流动度的关键参数,凝结时间介于13~183min之间,终凝时间介于15~215min之间,流动度介于133~230mm之间,可通过改变激发剂的掺量和水玻璃模数使凝结时间和流动性满足不同要求;碱激发胶凝材料具有早强、高强的特点,28d抗压强度可达到60MPa以上,3d抗压强度可达到稳定强度的70%以上;碱激发胶凝材料高温下性能较稳定,在600~800℃的高温下抗压强度可达到常温状态下的60%以上;碱激发胶凝材料具有优异的抗冻融性能,其抗冻等级可达到F300以上;碱激发胶凝材料中由于没有极易遭受侵蚀的水化产物存在,故抗酸腐蚀能力强;碱激发胶凝材料由于孔结构致密,具有良好的抗渗性能。并针对碱激发胶凝材料优选配比和应用所需要解决的收缩、泛霜等问题,对未来研究的方向进行了展望。 相似文献

以电石渣、粉煤灰和碱激发剂作为原材料制备一种盐渍土固化剂,采用正交试验方法研究各因素对固化盐渍土击实性能和抗压强度的影响,并探索电石渣-火山灰质胶凝体系固化盐渍土的固化机理和水化产物。结果表明:各因素对固化盐渍土抗压强度的影响顺序为:碱激发剂>胶凝材料掺量>m(电石渣)∶m(粉煤灰);固化盐渍土养护7 d抗压强度和水稳定性满足实际工程中对固化盐渍土强度的需求;在电石渣和碱激发剂双重激发下粉煤灰发生火山灰反应,反应产物以水化硅酸钙凝胶、钙矾石和二水石膏为主。当养护龄期为360 d时,试件内未发现明显的Ca(OH)2存留,说明固化土试件养护360 d时,火山灰反应基本完成。 相似文献

The alkali activation of one low calcium hard coal fly ash and four high calcium lignite coal fly ashes was studied by means of conduction calorimetry, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy to assess their potential for mortar and concrete production. The ashes were activated by different additions of sodium silicate with a molar SiO2/Na2O ratio of 1.0. Besides the chemical analysis of the hydrated samples, strength tests have been carried out on mortars, applying different curing regimes. The results indicate that a high content of vitreous phase and low calcium content are important factors determining the reactivity and performance of fly ashes in alkali activated systems. In the high calcium fly ashes, less alkali aluminate silicate hydrates and a much more porous microstructure are formed compared to the low calcium fly ash. Consequently, the low calcium fly ash seems to be suited best for the production of building materials. 相似文献

混凝土构件的早期养护条件是决定其长期抗压强度的重要因素,为研究早期养护温度对预制混凝土构件长期抗压强度的影响,制作了单掺粉煤灰(SPC)、双掺粉煤灰、矿渣(DPC)和三掺粉煤灰、矿渣、硅灰(TPC)以及对比普通水泥混凝土(OPC)试件,按照有、无预养分别进行了40℃、60℃和80℃的水养护,达到设计强度后取出放置在室内大气环境,再分别测试其28 d、100 d、200 d和300 d龄期的抗压强度。研究结果表明:无论普通混凝土还是矿物掺合料混凝土,早期养护温度越高,混凝土达到设计强度所需的养护时间越短,但长期的抗压强度越低。掺加矿物掺合料和20℃的预养有助于增强混凝土抵御高温养护导致的热应力问题,有利于预制混凝土构件长期强度的提高。 相似文献
