采用马来酸(MA)和衣康酸(IA)以在位聚合-交联法对棉织物进行防皱整理,分析了氧化还原引发体系及添加剂三乙醇胺(TEA)对整理品性能的影响与作用机理.在处理液中加入极少量的还原剂亚硫酸氢钠能与原有引发剂过硫酸钾组成氧化还原引发体系,预烘温度可从100℃降低到90℃,整理品的回复角由244°变为248°,断裂强力保留率从57.8%提高到61.2%.整理液中添加2%的TEA后,整理品回复角从246°变为243°,断裂强力保留率从62.2%提高到70.4%,回复角的增值保留率WRAR5从71%提高到83%,白度从76.5%提高至82.2%.通过酸碱滴定分析,认为作用机理可能与TEA分子中的羟基与多元羧酸的羧基发生反应有关.研究还发现,MA/IA在位聚合-交联整理品在洗涤时,形成单端结合的酯键在洗涤初期水解较多,这与MA/IA整理品具有较高的耐洗牢度是一致的. 相似文献

为提高全棉府绸的高易护理性,以整理品的DP等级或折皱回复角、断裂强力和撕破强力为主要指标进行整理液组分种类和用量的优化试验。具体包括N-羟甲基酰胺型交联剂用量;催化剂氯化镁/柠檬酸或催化剂LFC的应用效果及用量;添加剂如聚乙烯型、有机硅型或聚氨酯弹性剂的应用效果及用量。优化后的整理液组成为:交联剂SDPI 120g/L、氯化镁18g/L、柠檬酸1.2g/L、聚乙烯乳液P4010g/L、有机硅AE38CN15g/L、水溶性聚氨酯超爽弹性剂DM-3541120g/L、催化剂DM-354212g/L和渗透剂JFC2g/L。全棉府绸织物经优化处方处理后,DP等级可达4.0,断裂强力保留率40.6%,撕破强力保留率65.2%,织物释曲甲醛僖低千75mg/kg. 相似文献

Polypyrrole-coated cotton conductive fabrics were prepared by in situ polymerization. The influences of pyrrole dosage, mole ratio of pyrrole to iron (III) chloride, reaction temperature and reaction time on the conductivity of the polypyrrole-coated cotton conductive fabrics were analyzed. The best method for preparing the polypyrrole-coated cotton conductive fabrics was determined. The structures of the conductive cotton fabrics were characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that when mo1e ratio of pyrrole to iron (III) chloride was 2:1, reaction at room temperature for 1 h with a bath ratio of 1:40, the conductivity of the prepared fabric was the best with a surface resistance of 0.15 kΩ/cm. The chemical structure and the surface morphological structures of the conductive cotton fabrics were different from that of the untreated cotton fabrics. By in situ polymerization, the fiber surfaces appeared homogeneously coated with a film of polypyrrole. Importantly, the process of pyrrole polymerization is very simple. This study offers a new simple way for preparing the polypyrrole-coated cotton conductive fabrics effectively. 相似文献

AbstractThe preparation of activated carbon fabric (ACF) from cotton fabric treated with phosphoric acid (H3PO4) was optimized using the response surface methodology (RSM). Experimental activation variables including; impregnation ratio, heating rate, activation temperature, and activation time were optimized based on the responses evaluated (adsorption capacity, yield of the produced ACF). The operation conditions for obtaining the ACFs with the highest the adsorption capacity and process yield were proposed. Optimized conditions were: impregnation ratio of 2, heating rate of 7.5 °C min?1, the activation temperature of 500 °C, and the activation time of 30 min. The ACFs produced under optimized conditions were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDX). The surface area and pore volume of carbon nanostructures were characterized by nitrogen adsorption isotherm at 77 °K using BET method. The obtained results showed that the produced ACFs have developed porous structure, fabric shape, BET surface area (690 m2/g) and total pore volume (0.3216 cm3/g), and well-preserved fibers integrity. 相似文献

针对常规分散加工荧光颜料分散体粒径较大,稳定性较差的问题,采用细乳液聚合法制备了纳米乳胶荧光颜料,并将其作为着色剂用于改性棉织物染色,探讨了纳米荧光乳胶颜料对阳离子化棉织物的染色工艺。结果表明,依据本法制备的纳米乳胶荧光颜料的平均粒径为162 nm,Zeta电位为-34.3 mV,最大吸收波长为425 nm,最大荧光发射波长为517 nm。该着色剂对棉织物的染色性能与其阳离子化程度密切相关,在改性剂3-氯-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵用量为0.10 mol/L时,改性棉织物较佳的染色工艺为pH值为7,染色温度50 °C,染色时间40 min,浴比1:30,染色织物具有良好的干湿摩擦牢度。 相似文献
