为制备基于可见光光催化降解机制的自清洁织物,吡咯(Py)为单体,以硝酸银为银源,通过化学氧化聚合在商业化的纳米二氧化钛(TiO2 )表面形成聚吡咯掺杂银包覆层(PPy-Ag/ TiO2 ),然后高温焙烧去除PPy,获得可见光响应催化剂银/ 二氧化钛(Ag/ TiO2 )。通过共分散溶液用浸渍涂覆法将其涂覆到聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维上,经加捻、合股织制成织物。借助扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱分析仪、热重分析仪、紫外可见分光光度计等测试织物的结构和性能。结果表明:Ag/ TiO2 粒子较均匀地负载到PAN 纤维表面,其负载率约为3. 17%;涂覆Ag/ TiO2 的织物对亚甲基蓝、罗丹明B 和红酒在可见光下具有良好的降解作用,表现出良好的自清洁效果;经多次洗涤后,该织物仍保持良好的光催化效果,具有良好的耐洗牢度。 相似文献

为赋予涤/棉混纺织物光催化自清洁性能,基于水热合成技术,分别使用钛酸四丁酯、硫酸钛以及硫酸氧钛在涤/棉混纺织物表面负载纳米TiO2颗粒,借助扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和紫外-可见光漫反射光谱仪等对TiO2改性涤/棉混纺织物的结构和性能进行分析,比较了不同种类TiO2前驱体改性涤/棉混纺织物可见光下降解污物的自清洁能力。结果表明:较钛酸四丁酯和硫酸钛改性的涤/棉混纺织物,硫酸氧钛改性涤/棉混纺织物接枝的锐钛矿型TiO2颗粒多且尺寸小,光吸收能力增强,禁带宽度减小,其光催化自清洁性能优异,5次洗涤后自清洁性能没有明显减弱。 相似文献

This research aims to create the durable self-cleaning property on cotton fabric using nano titanium dioxide and corona treatment as a dry and environmentally friendly process. In this regard, cotton fabrics were investigated under corona treatment with intensities of 2 and 3 A for 1, 3, and 5?min of irradiation. The treated samples with 0.1, 0.5, 1, and 1.5 on weight of bath percent were cured by nano titanium dioxide to obtain the highest self-cleaning property. The treated cotton fabrics, which were stained with direct green 6, were exposed to 20 and 400?W of UV radiation and their self-cleaning property was examined, and the results were reported. In addition, using corona treatment helped to stabilize the nano titanium dioxide on the cotton fabric surface even after 50 washing cycles. Through SEM images, Thermo Gravimetric Analysis plots, and XRD patterns, the presence of nano titanium dioxide on the surface of the treated cotton samples after washing was verified. 比较不同制备方法制得的复合催化剂,由超临界干燥法制备的光催化剂具有粒径小,分散性好,光催化活性高等特点.以TiCl4为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法结合超临界流体干燥法(SCFD)制备了纳米级SnO2TiO2/MMT(蒙脱土)复合光催化剂.采用XRD和TEM对样品进行了表征.结果表明:TiO2以锐钛矿型形式存在,催化剂粒径在13~20 nm.以活性红X-3B溶液、活性橙K-NG和活性紫X-2R为反应模型,对所得催化剂的催化活性进行了评价,降解率分别达到99.9%、99.6%和99.5%,化剂循环利用时仍具有较高的催化活性. 相似文献

采用TiO2纳米溶胶与增稠剂混配制成防紫外线涂层剂,并对棉织物进行涂层,通过对织物性能分析测试,比较了不同增稠剂制备的涂层剂外观颜色、粘度以及涂层效果,发现A邦浆的效果较好;TiO2纳米涂层胶的浓度视织物厚薄而定,一般为0.04~0.15mol/L,涂层织物的耐洗涤性、手感、白度和强力均较好。 相似文献

以硫酸钛、CoCl2·6H2O和FeCl3为原料,采用共沉淀法制备了掺杂不同量Co2+和e3+的TiO2纳米粒,通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、差热-热重(TG-DTA)和紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)等分析手段对样品的晶体类型、光谱吸收特征进行了表征.结果表明,金属共掺杂TiO2纳米粒仍以锐钛矿相存在,粒子的粒径约为12 nm;Co2+和Fe3+掺入TiO2后,主要以替代的方式占据TiO2晶格中Ti4+的位置,并在TiO2禁带中产生掺杂能级,使原来位于380 nm的吸收带边红移至460 nm.以太阳光为光源,当Co2+掺杂量为0.025%,Fe3+掺杂量小于0.05%时,光催化剂TiO2的活性较高,对甲基橙的降解率接近100%. 相似文献

In this research, protease pretreated wool fabric (PWF) was treated with butane tetra carboxylic acid (BTCA), citric acid (CA), and nano TiO2 (NTO) to produce fabric with enhanced durable antimicrobial and ultraviolet (UV) protection properties. However, treatment of proteases enzymatic wool with NTO/CA/BTCA has not been informed. The NTO particles were stabilized on the enzymatic wool surface using CA/BTCA cross-linking agents. In order to create optimum UV protection (UP) based on (ΔE?) and bacteria reduction against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, the appropriate models were obtained based on Design-Expert software. The roles of CA, BTCA, and NTO concentrations in UP and antimicrobial properties of the PWF were investigated using response surface methodology. Overall, the protease pretreatment of the wool fabrics made the improvement of the antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria, and also caused the remarkable enhancement of UP properties as compared with control samples. Also, reflectance spectra analyses (200–400?nm) and scanning electron microscopy were employed to confirm the NTO particles on the pretreated wool surface. 相似文献

AbstractIn this research work, TiO2 nanoparticles were in situ synthesized on cotton fabrics using laser ablation method. For producing the TiO2 nanoparticles, the Ti plate were irradiated with Nd:YAG pulsed laser operating at 1064?nm in deionized water medium. Simultaneously, the cotton samples were placed near Ti plate in ablation container. Laser fluence was 1, 2 and 3?J/cm2 for samples 1–3 to make nanoparticles with different sizes. The morphology and size of prepared nano particles were investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmition electron microscope (TEM). The concentration, structure and crystalinity of synthesized nano TiO2 was studied using absorption spectrophotometry and X-Ray diffraction method. The morphology changes of cotton samples after laser ablation and in situ synthesizing the TiO2 nanoparticles was compared using SEM. The hydrophilicity changes of cotton were determined by water absorption time method. Finally the cotton samples were stained by one ml of diluted methylene blue and the color changes of samples after daylight irradiation were studied with reflective spectrophotometry. Results show that, by increasing the laser fluence, the concentration and size of synthesized TiO2 nano particles increases. The self-cleaning and photocatalytic activity increases by increasing the concentration of TiO2 nanoparticles. 相似文献
