目的 对实践共同体理论下数字化设计与建造课程教学组织的优化途径进行梳理和研究。方法 以认知学科的实践共同体理念为基础,群体性、异质性和实践性是实践共同体理论的要素和特征,从这三个维度探究设计教学组织的要点和方法。结果 实践共同体理论下的教学组织是实现综合应用性创意设计人才培养目标的合理途径。结论 实践共同体理论从应用层面提供教学组织优化的路径和措施,包括注重教学范式的转变、学习共同体的建构、促进共同参与的活动、学习成果评价的多元化;将理论研究应用到南艺设计教学实践中,数字医疗康复产品设计和建造是艺术与技术高度交叉的应用性课题,围绕该主题以工作坊的形式,从真实性任务的课题设置、促进协同的教学组织、全过程的学习反馈机制三个方面展开教学实践。  相似文献

冷冻外科实践证明,组织经历连续冻-融循环后治疗效果确切,并且比单一冻融过程疗效有所提高。在焓法理论基础上,通过应用有限元数值分析方法对模拟生物组织中连续两次冻融循环过程进行理论分析。研究了连续冻融循环过程中,组织中温度场、冰球生长和温度梯度场的变化规律。结果表明,实施连续冻融循环,组织中冰球反复冻融、温度和温度梯度波动明显,这些因素均为疗效提高的热力学机理。这些分析可以为从组织学、生物力学和生化理论角度进一步分析连续冻融损伤机理提供热力学依据。  相似文献

The target organization of a problematic business process is the one that is completely focused on the target market, whereas the organizational change plan is the set of intermediary organizations that lead to a satisfactory organization close to the target organization. Organizational re-engineering includes the identification of the target organization and the design of the organizational change plan for a problematic business process. Current re-engineering methodologies do not use fuzzy cognitive maps for identifying the target organization or formal tools for designing the organizational change plan. This paper presents a new CAD system that supports organizational re-engineering. This system includes fuzzy cognitive maps that identify the target organization using industry knowledge and feedback control models that support the design of the organizational change plan by adapting the target organization to the current reality of the firm. The organizational change plan can be corrected during the implementation of the organizational changes because it is expressed as a function of the state of the problematic system. The suggested CAD system is applied to re-engineer the setup operations of a problematic press.  相似文献

The paper criticizes the currently dominant view of organization forms as “discrete alternatives” and “coherent” set attributes, and proposes a more refined and micro-analytic view of organization forms as particular combinations of coordination mechanisms and rights allocations. This view is relevant for understanding and devising “new” forms and proposing solutions for governing the composite and fast changing systems of today. The view is “relational” as it offers a procedure for devising “superior” configurations as combinations—relations between organizational components—in a quasi-continuous space of possibilities. The approach is sustained by the quantitative methods of network analysis as applied to relations among firm's resources and activities. Theoretically, the approach revisits organization design, integrating classic organization theory tenets with the new inputs provided by organizational economics. Substantively, it is argued that a mix of much differentiated coordination mechanisms is usually superior to the codified, “packaged”, allegedly “coherent”, forms of organization. The procedure presented in the paper is applied to a field experiment in a medium size firm.1  相似文献

There is an increasing recognition of the critical role played by an organization's performance measurement system in achieving competitive success. The success of an organization may well depend upon the compatibility between the performance measurement system in operation at subordinate organizational levels and the organization's global goals. An increasing amount of research in operations management addresses the relationship between the operation's performance measurement system and its apparent incompatibility with global organizational goals. The performance measurement system associated with the theory of constraints (TOC) has been advocated by some researchers as a mechanism for linking operational objectives to the global goals of an organization. However, empirical research is lacking to determine and test the relevance of the proposed performance measurement system presented in TOC. This study examines the application of a TOC-based performance measurement system in an operating environment and reports on the results. We synthesize organization learning theory and organizationalecology to predict systematic patterns in the founding and growthof organizations over time. Our central argument is that competitiontriggers organizational learning, which in turn intensifiescompetition that again triggers an adaptive response. We modelthis self-exciting dynamic—sometimes referred to as the‘Red Queen’ in general evolutionary theory—toexplain organizational founding and growth rates among the thousandsof retail banks that have operated in Illinois at any time from1900–1993. We find strong evidence that Red Queen evolutionled some organizations to grow quickly and to place strong competitivepressure on rivals. Red Queen evolution also helped establishbarriers to entry. However, this same evolutionary process appearsto make organizations more susceptible to ‘competencytraps’, ultimately slowing their growth rates and invitingnew market entry. Organizations confronted by a widely varyingdistribution of competitors grow more slowly and are more likelyto face new entrants. Overall, the results suggest that processesof organizational creation and growth emerge from ecologiesof learning organizations. More generally, we discuss the useof ecological theory and models to study the empirical consequencesof organizational learning.  相似文献

To study the relationship between the evolutions of Chinese Traditional Culture (CTC) and program organization, an outline of the CTC is generalized by reviewing literature, and which is also compartmentalized into two aspects according to economic philosophy views: traditional philosophy aspect and value judgment. Based on three dimensions, which are the philosophy aspect (P), program organization model (P), and value judgment from economic philosophy views ( V), and this evolution sequence, the CTC's influence on the program organization model in the evolution is discussed; then the cultural spatial evolution model for program organization based on the three dimensions (PPV) is constructed. From analyzing the plane matrix of P-P and empirical investigating on the organizational model of construction enterprises, it is found that the ancient Chinese government organizational model still has prevailing influence on the modern program organizational model in China.  相似文献

This paper describes and demonstrates an organizational dashboard. An organizational dashboard is a tool used by management to clarify and assign accountability for the “critical few” key objectives, key indicators, and projects/tasks needed to steer an organization toward its mission statement. Dashboards are both strategic and tactical in nature. An organizational dashboard is just like an automotive dashboard; it keeps management's eyes on what is important to steering the organization.
