纸质捆扎带粘接特性的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在充分论证聚丙烯塑料捆扎带替代物——易回收纸质捆扎带应用的可行性基础上,通过单因素及正交实验法,研究了易回收纸质捆扎带的粘结方法与工艺,其结果表明:采用9201E型热熔胶,每个粘结点使用胶量为0.05 g;在140℃温度下热熔,经90 N压力及4 s的保压粘结,其强度达到292.717 N,超过200 N的国家标准。为环保型捆钞机的设计与研制提供了有效的技术保障。  相似文献

烟草生产中纸箱捆扎带的拆除及回收仍需要由人工完成,系统工作效率低,工人劳动强度大,有些企业引进了国外先进机械手,但设备工艺复杂,占地面积大,价格昂贵,对不同规格的纸箱适应能力低,无法普及应用。该文设计了一种烟箱捆扎带的自动拆除和收集设备,凸轮机构位于割刀前,纸箱压在凸轮机构上时,由于纸箱自重下盖板被顶起,割刀切割捆扎带而不损坏烟箱。切割后的捆扎带由排刷收集至收集盒。经实际应用验证该设备结构简单、成本较低、适应能力强、维保方便。  相似文献

根据钢板包装中捆带的捆扎方式,建立了捆带受力的物理模型,对钢板包装捆扎的力学性能进行了研究,计算和分析了捆带的受力状态,并提出了改进钢板包装效果的方法。同时,基于Hypermesh 10.0对钢板包装捆扎进行了有限元分析,研究结果可为钢板包装捆扎设计提供理论依据。  相似文献

目的为了解决瓦楞纸板生产线后端纸板垛自动捆扎问题,设计一种自动捆扎设备。方法针对绕绳打结等要求,选用经济实惠、轻便灵活的塑料绳,由此设计、试验、制造出能对瓦楞纸板垛进行绕绳、打结动作的机构。结果设计的自动绕绳打结机构使用电机、气缸驱动,替代人工对瓦楞纸板垛进行自动捆扎,降低了劳动强度,工作效率明显提高。结论所设计的自动绕绳打结机构能满足瓦楞纸板的捆扎要求,降低了人工成本,提高了生产效率,具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

针对一种新型胶带捆扎机构,分析了其对柔性塑料袋的缠绕捆扎过程;引入断裂力学概念,基于断裂能量释放机理,建立了胶带剥离的力学模型;研究了胶带剥离速度与剥离力关系,得到了实现胶带缠绕捆扎所需的最小驱动力;最后,对弹簧支座位置进行了优化,使捆扎机构在最小驱动力条件下,能够实现对成束后塑料袋的捆扎。  相似文献

目的为减轻工人劳动强度、确保操作安全、提高产品质量,设计开发一种针对瓶盖的自动烫金机。方法通过对瓶盖烫金工艺及烫金设备现状的分析和探讨,构建机器总体方案,制定工作流程,借助Solid Works和Caxa软件对机器的组成和结构进行设计和验证。结果通过改进上料机构,满足了对瓶盖上料速度和上料质量的要求;通过优化传送机构、转印烫头、运行机构等关键部件,保证了瓶盖的传送精度和瓶盖的烫金质量。结论实际使用表明,该机器设计合理、结构紧凑、效率高、操作安全、工作运行平稳可靠。  相似文献

Self-reinforced polypropylene is a very tough material. It is even thought that its impact resistance increases with decreasing temperature. This was investigated by examining the constituent tapes and matrix. Tensile tests on both drawn polypropylene tapes and self-reinforced polypropylene were similar: the stiffness increased and the failure strain slightly decreased at low temperatures. The matrix, however, embrittled below room temperature due to the glass transition. In contrast with literature data on Izod impact resistance, the penetration impact resistance did not increase at low temperatures. At lower temperatures, the damaged area after non-penetration impact was significantly reduced. This was caused by a change in the damage mode from tape–matrix debonding to matrix cracking, as the matrix went through its glass transition. These conclusions provide the first understanding of the failure behaviour of self-reinforced polypropylene below room temperature, and can be exploited to further optimise the excellent impact resistance of self-reinforced polymers.  相似文献

Highly oriented polypropylene (PP) tapes, with high tensile strength and stiffness achieved by molecular orientation during solid state drawing are consolidated to create high performance recyclable “all-polypropylene” (all-PP) composites. These composites possess a large temperature processing window (>30 °C) and a high volume fraction of highly oriented PP (>90%). This large processing window is achieved by using co-extruded, highly drawn PP tapes. This paper investigates the impact resistance of these all-PP composites, and the relationship between penetrative and non-penetrative impact behaviour, and composite consolidation conditions. The response of all-PP composites to falling weight impact is reported together with a comparison to conventional commercial glass reinforced polypropylene composites. A model for energy absorption is proposed by comparison with previous studies based on interfacial and tensile failure of tapes and composites.  相似文献

Self-reinforced polymer or all-polymer composites have been developed to replace traditional fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) with good interfacial adhesion and enhanced recyclability. Poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) is one of the most attractive polymers to be used in these fully recyclable all-polymer composites, in terms of cost and properties. In this work, all-PET composites were prepared by film stacking of oriented PET tapes. A processing temperature window was determined by a series of tests on PET tapes and co-PET films, including DSC and T-peel tests. Tensile properties of PET tape, co-PET film and all-PET composites are reported and compared with a commercial co-extruded PURE® polypropylene tape. The effect of compaction temperatures and pressures on tensile properties of all-PET composites was investigated to explore the optimum processing parameters for balancing good interfacial adhesion between tapes and residual tensile properties of PET tapes.  相似文献

Recent research on the mechanical properties of hot-compacted polypropylene composites is reported. It is shown that incorporation of new high performance polypropylene tapes leads to significant improvements in tensile and flexural properties. The high temperature properties of these new composites are outstanding, showing higher stiffness and very low creep under permanent load. Comparisons are presented with both chopped glass-reinforced and continuous glass-reinforced polypropylene composites.  相似文献

目的以不同长度尺寸的医用胶带和包装纸盒为对象,设计一种由取盒机构、推料机构、传送机构、封盒机构及机架组成的自动装盒机,实现对不同长度盒型的包装作业。方法以圆柱齿轮行星轮系旋转式取盒机构为基础,设计优化一种圆-椭圆齿轮行星轮系取盒机构;设计具有可调节功能的推料机构、封盒机构及传送机构;通过试制并调试样机,进行2种规格胶带和纸盒的试包装。结果新型取盒机构在取放盒点的加速度比原机构减少了14.3%,在纸盒与阻挡物碰撞点的速度也比原机构减少了14.3%,样机可进行不同长度规格物料包装作业。结论圆-椭圆齿轮行星轮系取盒机构增加了装盒机取放盒的可靠性,装盒机设计合理,能适应不同长度尺寸盒型的装盒需求,为包装行业同类应用提供参照。  相似文献

In this paper we describe the hot compaction of woven polypropylene (PP) tapes. It is shown that under suitable conditions of temperature and pressure, successful compaction is achieved by selective melting of the PP tapes. Mechanical measurements, combined with morphological studies, show that good tape to tape bonding, and good interlayer bonding, are achieved using an optimum compaction temperature of around 182 °C, while retaining a significant proportion of the original PP structure. Differential scanning calorimetry studies have shown that the compaction temperatures employed to produce a homogeneous coherent material have a significant annealing affect on the crystalline structure of the original drawn tapes, with a large change in the crystal size and a small increase in overall crystallinity (accompanied by a small increase in sample density). The mechanical properties of the compacted PP sheets show a combination of low density and good stiffness and strength.  相似文献

The creation of high-strength co-extruded polypropylene (PP) tapes allows the production of recyclable “all-polypropylene” (all-PP) composite products, with a large temperature processing window and a high fibre volume fraction. Available technologies for all-PP composites are mostly based on manufacturing processes such as thermoforming of pre-consolidated sheets. The objective of this research is to assess the potential of filament winding as a manufacturing process for all-PP composites made directly from co-extruded tapes or woven fabric. Filament wound pipes or rings were tested either by the split-disk method or a hydrostatic pressure test in order to determine the hoop properties, while an optical strain mapping system was used to measure the deformation of the pipe surfaces.  相似文献
