文章在分析协同设计系统体系结构的基础上,提出了面向客户化定制的产品数字化协同与网络交互式设计系统的体系结构,分析了基于该体系结构的产品数字化协同与网络交互式设计系统的功能.深入研究了在协同设计过程中,参与设计人员的协同交互管理技术、基于Web的产品三维模型可视化交互式浏览等关键技术.在研究这些关键技术的基础上,开发了产品数字化协同与网络交互设计原型系统.  相似文献

塑性加工过程中对各种成形参数进行实时记录和监控,对冲锻工艺的研究以及成形数值模拟时各阶段参数对比有着重要的意义。运用图形化编程语言Lab VIEW作为上位机软件开发工具,利用计算机的强大计算功能和良好的交互性能,与西门子S7-300 PLC及其采集模块相结合构建监控系统,无需配置采集板卡即可实现对冲压工艺状态信息的实时监控。运用OPC技术实现了Lab VIEW与PLC的通信,实现了运用上位机对液压机冲压试验过程的实时监控。实际运行结果证明:该系统运行稳定可靠,能够对液压机的位置、速度、压力等数据进行实时采集、监控、数据导出记录以及系统报警等任务。  相似文献

This paper discusses the capabilities and implementation of an “intelligent” CAD system (INCAD). The system provides direct feedback from the manufacturing experience to the CAD process by guiding its user to design with a view to manufacturing, to economic manufacturing, and to automated manufacturing. Specific features include checks for consistency of multiple views, appropriateness of tolerances, missing dimensions, adequate bending radii for sheet metal parts, hole spacings, proper utilization of standard parts, etc. Such an intelligent CAD system is currently under development at UCLA utilizing the CADAM system.An INCAD system may operate in an interactive and/or a postprocessing mode. It may provide various types of responses whose severity can be adjusted. INCAD systems can be developed for various types of CAD models and in various application areas. A proposed architecture would allow convenient modular implementation.  相似文献

以组合夹具为研究对象,提出了一种基于VC++6.0编程语言,应用MDT、Excel和Access等软件相结合进行组合夹具元件的数据驱动参数化特征建模和建立数据库的方法,目前阶段得出的结果表明,应用这些软件的链接可实现组合夹具元件的参数化设计和特征数据管理.所开发的用户应用程序可以快速查询所需夹具元件的几何信息、预览其基本形状和各种特征信息.结论是此方法可推广至各种机械零件的系列设计开发.  相似文献

In safety critical components, the capability of an inspection may need to be demonstrated by an independent process of inspection qualification (IQ). Due to the skill level of the manpower involved, IQ is both costly and time consuming. Therefore, an approach that can aid the production of the required documentation would be beneficial. This paper presents a practical example in the form of a case study, which demonstrates how an intelligent approach to IQ, utilising smart software operating within the context of a non-destructive testing Workbench, can be used to evaluate the capability of an ultrasonic inspection. This is accomplished using four interactive software tools which include: a beam-coverage analyser, a worst-case defect search engine, a flaw modelling expert system and a case-based reasoning system to retrieve previously measured data. This paper discusses the motivation for such an approach and the benefits it provides.  相似文献

设计一种数字化焊机的人机交互系统可以体现焊机数字化所带来的优越性。介绍了一种大功率中频逆变电焊机人机交互系统的设计,该交互系统采用上、下位机的方式,上位机为基于Windows的PC机,PC上运行与操作人员交互的焊机管理界面,该管理界面采用VC6.0编写,具备多控制器管理,参数设置,实时数据监控等功能;下位机为选用ARM主控制器的管理系统,该系统通过RS232或网络方式与上位机进行交互,同时通过SPI接口与DSP进行通信,并通过IO接收检测系统的信号。该系统功能强大,可以实现友好、安全的人机交互功能。  相似文献

The application of a neural network to cutting state monitoring in face milling was introduced and evaluated on multiple sensor data such as cutting forces and vibrations. This monitoring system consists of a statistically based adaptive preprocessor (autoregressive (AR) time series modeling) for generating features from each sensor, followed by a highly parallel neural network for associating the preprocessor outputs (sensor fusion) with the appropriate decisions. AR model parameters were used as features, and the cutting states (normal, unstable and tool life end) were successfully detected by monitoring the evolution of model parameters during face milling. The proposed system offers fast operation through recursive preprocessing and highly parallel association, and a data-driven training scheme without explicit rules or a priori statistics. Many material systems of fundamental as well as industrial importance are significantly affected by underlying fluctuations and variations in boundary conditions, initial conditions, material property, as well as variabilities in operating and surrounding conditions. There has been increasing interest in analyzing, quantifying, and controlling the effects of such uncertain inputs on complex systems. This has resulted in the development of techniques in stochastic analysis and predictive modeling. A general application of stochastic techniques to many significant problems in engineering has been limited due to the lack of realistic, viable models of the input variability. Ideas of material informatics can be used to utilize available data about the input to construct a data-driven, computationally viable model of the input variability. This promising coupling of material informatics and stochastic analysis is investigated and some results are showcased using a simple example of analyzing diffusion in heterogeneous random media. Limited microstructural data is utilized to construct a realistic model of the thermal conductivity variability in a system. This reduced-order model then serves as the input to the stochastic partial differential equation describing thermal diffusion through random heterogeneous media.  相似文献

This paper describes a computer-installed interactive knowledge base that facilitates the choice of alloy and casting method, given a component design and specification. The input comprises certain mechanical and physical properties, dimensions and the quantity of castings to be made. The system will select a list of alloys whose properties fall within the input specification. The user may refine the list by tightening the specification, or select an alloy from it, on the basis of requirements not specified to the software. Alternative ways of addressing the knowledge base are either through chemical composition or an internationally recognized specification. Casting alloys currently contained in the knowledge base are aluminium alloys, copper alloys, cast irons and steels. Once an alloy has been selected, the most suitable casting proces smay be determined by inputting the number of castings to be made and physical details such as weight, size of surface features, holes, and dimensional tolerances. A user, unskilled in foundry technology, may examine alternative manufacturing routes and select the best one for particular engineering requirements.  相似文献

针对液压支架姿态监测中的远程监测图像质量差、监测结果的可靠性不强等问题,提出一种用于液压支架姿态监测的数字孪生模型的构建方法。以液压支架运动学模型、环境数据以及同步控制信号构建物理模型;以液压支架姿态的历史数据以及实时监测数据构建数据驱动模型;以物理模型和数据驱动模型的数据通过长短期记忆网络处理生成用于液压支架姿态监测的数字孪生模型数据;并以数字孪生模型的数据为基础驱动液压支架姿态监测的虚拟模型。实验表明:所提出的基于数字孪生的液压支架姿态监测方法在提高了监测可靠性的同时,实现了支架异常姿态的准确预警。研究结果为数字孪生模型的构建以及推动数字孪生技术在液压支架姿态监测的应用提供参考。  相似文献

For example, smart vehicles equipped with advanced embedded intelligence are connected to other vehicles, people, and environment, and offer innovative data-driven services. Since smart products are software-intensive, data-driven, and service-conscious, their development clearly needs new capabilities underpinned by advanced tools, methods, and models. 提出了一种基于PC的交互式三维可视化离线编程和动态仿真系统。利用目前流行的PC机和Windows操作系统所支持的OpenGL三维图形功能,在系统中实现了焊接机器人及其工件的三维几何建模和机器人运动学建模,并研究了机器人运动轨迹的自动规划和编程以及它的图形化三维动态仿真。采用交互式三维“虚拟示教”方式实现了机器人单道焊焊接路径的规划和编程,对多层多道焊,则通过采用“宏”技术实现机器人焊接运动轨迹的自动规划和编程,通过图形化三维动态仿真实现了对机器人程序及运动轨迹的可靠性和安全性验证。离线编制的程序在向机器人控制系统传送的过程中实现了向机器人语言的自动转换,从而使机器人离线编程的实用性得到大大提高。  相似文献

Metal hydride (MH) alloys are a promising type of material in hydrogen storage applications, allowing for low-pressure, high-density storage. However, while many studies are being performed on enhancing the hydrogen storage properties of such alloys, there has been little research on large-scale storage vessels which make use of the alloys. In particular, large-scale, high-density storage devices must make allowances for the temperature variations caused by the heat of reaction between hydrogen and MH alloys, which may impact the storage characteristics. In this study, we propose a numerical model for the design and evaluation of hydrogen storage devices using MH alloys. Hydrogen desorption reaction behavior for an alloy is observed in terms of temperature and reaction rate. This behavioral correlation is used as the basis for a comprehensive simulation model of the alloy system. Calculated results are found to be in good agreement with experimentally measured data, indicating that the model may be applied to multiple system geometries, scales, and alloy compositions.  相似文献

研究了LM25Al/SiCp复合材料的铣削加工特征。将获得的相关试验数据采用响应面方法建立了一个数学模型来描述各种加工参数对后刀面磨损率的影响。采用标准的响应面方法来设计实验。方差分析结果表明,在实验研究范围内,所建立的数学模型能够很好地描述铣削加工各参数的影响。采用优化组合参数得到了最小的后刀面磨损率。  相似文献

针对配网环境差、供电范围大、事故率高且检修困难等特点,对主从式遥操作配网带电作业机器人进行了研究,主要包括对总体设计方案、移动绝缘升降机构、机器人高空作业平台、人机操作交互控制系统的研究,并进行了试验验证,结果表明:主从式遥操作配网带电作业机器人能够完成断接引流线、除枝、清除异物等带电作业任务。  相似文献
