The Miao nationality is the sixth largest ethnic group in China which has a history of thousands of years. It has created a unique material culture and spiritual culture in its development process and the Miao costume is a highly condensed collection of the material and spiritual culture of the Miao nationality. As one of the unique symbols of Miao culture the Miao costume has profound cultural heritage and cultural connotations. The patterns of the Miao costume are particularly eye-catching as they not only symbolize the wisdom of the Miao people in thousands of years of production and life but also symbolize the pursuit of the good spirit of the Miao people. However under the impact of modern pop culture and foreign culture these cultural symbols are gradually disappearing. In order to protect and inherit them the Miao costume pattern segmentation has become the most important work. However the Miao costume pattern segmentation is quite difficult. At present there are few studies on the extraction classification identification and preservation of the features of Miao costume pattern segmentation. With the excellent segmentation performance of the U-Net model and the advantages of easy deployment the paper improves the basic structure of the U-Net model and proposes a Miao costume pattern segmentation algorithm based on the RSKP-UNet Residual Selective-Kernel Parallel U-Net model. The algorithm adds Residual modules in the encoder part of the U-Net model to improve the feature extraction capability of the model and embeds the SKNet modules and ParNet modules in the decoder part to enhance the feature expression capability of the model. The paper uses evaluation metrics to measure the segmentation performance of the model and compares it with four segmentation models based on deep learning. The paper not only combines the current research focus-deep learning and attention mechanism but also introduces the Lovász-hinge loss function to effectively solve the problem of class imbalance in the Miao costume patterns. The RSKP-UNet model is better than other models in various segmentation indicators. Compared with the benchmark model U-Net the Dice coefficient IoU precision recall and accuracy are improved by 6. 98% 11. 07% 2. 89% 6. 75% and 3. 92% . The segmentation algorithm proposed in this paper realizes the extraction of the element content of the Miao costume patterns through image segmentation of Miao costume patterns which can be used to build the Miao costume pattern database in this way thus helping designers relevant researchers and organizations to provide research foundation and completing the protection and inheritance of the Miao costume culture. Agricultural system is very complex since it deals with large data situation which comes from a number of factors. A lot of techniques and approaches have been used to identify any interactions between factors that affecting yields with the crop performances. The application of neural network to the task of solving non-linear and complex systems is promising. This paper presents a review on the use of artificial neural network (ANN) in predicting crop yield using various crop performance factors. General overview on the application of ANN and the basic concept of neural network architecture are also presented. As for domestic washing the problem of fabric dye transfer in washing is becoming more and more serious which leads to the decrease of added value of fabrics and affects the aesthetics. With the improvement of people's living standards the demand for fabrics with high color saturation is increasing day by day. However fabrics with high color saturation are often accompanied by problems such as fabric dye transfer in the washing process which has become a pain point in clothing washing. For this reason washing machines at home and abroad are generally equipped with dye transfer inhibition and color protection washing procedures to alleviate the dye transfer phenomenon caused by mixed washing. Jiangnan University and Wuxi Little Swan Electric Co. Ltd. have carried out a series of studies on the formulation of dye transfer inhibition washing standards and the development of standard samples. In order to realize scientific and objective evaluation of dye transfer inhibition performance and solve the problem of lack of standard samples in washing dye transfer inhibition tests white cloth standard samples and red cloth standard samples for washing dye transfer inhibition tests were prepared to simulate light color clothes and dark color clothes in mixed washing. The color depth and water fastness of the prepared standard color cloth are 0. 2% and grade 3 respectively which comply with the provisions of GB / T 12490 - 2014 Textiles—Tests for Colour Fastness—Color Fastness to Domestic and Commercial Laundering. The homogeneity of standard white cloth and standard red cloth were tested by variance analysis the short-term stability test and long-term stability test were carried out for the data with an interval of one month and one year respectively by using the stability test formula. For the whiteness and color difference data tested by seven laboratories in order to analyze the normality of the fixed value data it is necessary to conduct a normality test on the obtained data. For this reason the skewness and kurtosis methods are used to conduct a normality test. The indicators tested include the average standard error standard deviation skewness skewness standard deviation kurtosis and kurtosis standard deviation etc. And Cochrane criterion and Dixon criterion are used to judge whether there are outliers. The indicators tested include statistics low-end outliers and high-end outliers. When calculating the uncertainty the uniformity short-term stability long-term stability and uncertainty introduced in the process of setting are calculated respectively to obtain the combined uncertainty. The results show that the standard white cloth and standard colored cloth have good uniformity and high stability. The combined uncertainty of the standard white cloth is 0. 365 8 and the combined uncertainty of the standard color cloth is 0. 358 0. The uncertainty mainly comes from the uncertainty introduced in the process of value determination. The uncertainty introduced by the uniformity short-term stability and long-term stability has little impact. This paper has prepared the standard sample for washing dye transfer inhibition test and provided the standard sample that is missing in the washing dye transfer inhibition test which is expected to realize the objective evaluation of the dye transfer inhibition performance promote the development of the dye transfer inhibition program carried by the washing machine and realize the scientific evaluation of the washing dye transfer inhibition performance. © 2022 Authors. Synthetic fibers are widely used because of their stable chemical properties high mechanical strength and low cost. Among them polyester has the largest production and is the most widely used and China is also the country with the largest polyester production in the world. With the technological progress of energy saving and emission reduction of liquid disperse dyes the technology of micro printing of polyester and polyester / spandex fabrics has been realized. Based on the high market share of black polyester / spandex printed fabrics and the increasing market demand for functional finishing (e. g. anti-static finishing water repellent finishing UV resistance finishing etc.), it is of great significance to study the process of one-step short processing of polyester printing and functional finishing using carbon-based materials (e. g. carbon black). Carbon black is a gray-black organic pigment with good antistatic and anti-UV properties. It is an eco-friendly advanced material that integrates printing dyeing and functional finishing. To make up for the lack of color depth of carbon black pigment a disperse black dye and carbon black pigment in the same bath preparation scheme are chosen to prepare a functional liquid carbon black @ disperse black dye (CB-D). Not only does CB-D meet the requirements of deep black printing but also it can simultaneously provide water-repellent finishing to the fabric. In this way the application of organic fluorine or organic silicon resin can be dispensed with. A functional liquid CB-D was prepared by pre-dispersion and zirconium oxide grinding method under the action of abrasive agent AL50 (anionic / non-ionic surfactant complex) . The effects of CB-D mass fraction binder type binder D101 mass fraction baking temperature and time on color (L∗ value) rubbing and soaping colorfastness were investigated by optimizing the printing process of liquid CB-D. At the same time the fixation mechanism of CB-D was investigated and the properties of polyester-spandex printed fabrics were tested. The stability of CB-D and the colorfastness of polyester-spandex printed fabrics to hot-wash effluent were investigated by the rate of change of absorbance. The effect of hot-washing on dye floating in the printed area and dye staining in the non-printed area was characterized by the brightness of the printed area L∗ value and the whiteness of the non-printed area (CIE whiteness W10). The properties of CB-D were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy and the antistatic property water repellency air permeability moisture permeability and tensile breaking strength of the fabrics were tested. (i) The first functional liquid CB-D with excellent stability is prepared by grinding carbon black and disperse black dye composed of orange 288 purple 93 and blue 291:3 in the same bath. (ii) A durable fluorine-free and silicone-free water repellent black polyester spandex fabric is prepared reducing the cost of functional finishing and environmental pollution. The preparation of durable water-repellent polyester spandex fabrics without a functional finishing agent is a new technology. CB-D as functional organic melanin with excellent performance and simple processing is a new low-carbon and eco-friendly material and ecological printing and dyeing process. (i) As for the black polyester spandex fabric prepared by a micro-printing process the color fastness of deep black color is not less than grade 4 the white ground is not stained and the color of wastewater is very low. The printing process requires 5% functional CB-D and 8. 5% binder D101. (ii) The black polyester spandex fabric has excellent and durable water repellency air permeability moisture permeability and antistatic property. The water contact angle is 132° anti-static grade is A and the air permeability and moisture permeability are more than 260 mm / s and 2 880 g / (m2h) respectively. After 30 times of home washing it almost keeps the original excellent performance. (iii) The CB-D prepared based on carbon black and disperse black dye is a colloidal aggregate that easily forms continuous carbon black aggregates on the fiber surface showing more excellent porosity film formation and water repellency while maintaining air permeability and moisture permeability. Carbon black is a low-cost material and the liquid CB-D prepared by modifying carbon black with disperse black dye has a new use in preparing functional textiles with good application prospects. © 2022 Authors. In this study,rice straw(RS) was liquefied by ethylene carbonate(EC) using H_2SO_4 as a catalyst.The effects of various process conditions on the liquefaction characteristics were investigated by FT-IR and residue content analysis.The results show that cellulose and lignin are degraded during the liquefaction process and large amounts of groups are generated.In addition,it is difficult to effectively liquefy RS by using EC alone as the liquefying agent without other additives.Compared to water addition on liquefaction,the residue content can be significantly reduced up to 30% by adding H_2O_2.It has also been proved that the liquor ratio(RS/EC,w/v) of 1∶5 with H_2O_2 as an additive at 145℃ for liquefaction time of 60 min in the presence of H_2SO_4 can accelerate the liquefaction process and high liquefaction yield can be obtained.  相似文献

Mulberry silk is composed of the two major parts of two triangle-like silk fibroin fibers and sericin covering the fibers and a few lipids. After removing the sericin on the raw silk what is left is the silk fibroin fiber. Silk fibroin is the main part of silk accounting for about 75% of the total weight. Silk fibroin contains 18 natural amino acids such as glycine Gly alanine Ala serine Ser serine aspartic acid Asp and tyrosine Tyr . The secondary structure of silk fibroin has three main conformations α-helix β-fold and random coil. Under certain conditions the three conformations can transform into each other and change the mechanical properties of the silk fibroin material. Silk fibroin extracted from silk fiber is a natural polymer with biocompatibility and biodegradability. It can be further processed into different forms of materials nanoparticles films hydrogels sponges etc. It has been applied in many fields such as biomedicine and cosmetics. In order to meet the needs of different fields researchers have conducted further chemical modification treatment based on the original excellent properties of silk fibroin. Meanwhile the active groups on various amino acid residues in silk fibroin also provide chemical reaction sites for the chemical modification of silk fibroin. The chemical modification methods of silk fibroin mainly include amino acid residue modification macromolecular grafting modification and crosslinking reaction modification. Among them amino acid residue modification can modify protein amino acid residues by chemical reagents and some groups can be introduced into the side chains of silk fibroin macromolecules. Grafting modification of silk fibroin macromolecules is one of the main means to bind functional compounds to silk fibroin macromolecular chains. The properties of grafted silk fibroin are affected by the type and grafting rate of the grafts. The chemical crosslinking reaction modification of silk fibroin macromolecules is to make the macromolecular chains connected by covalent bonds and form a network structure by means of crosslinking agents enzymes or ultraviolet irradiation. The cross-linking reaction can not only form covalent bonds within and between the molecular chains of silk fibroin thus changing its structural properties and improving its stability but be used to form covalent bonds with other polymers. At present the chemical modification of silk fibroin is mainly applied in the fields of silk textiles biomedicine and environmental science. In the field of silk textiles graft copolymerization modification of vinyl and other monomers crosslinking agent modification and other methods are used to overcome the shortcomings of silk like being easy to wrinkle. The graft modified monomers mainly include ethylene methacrylate and methylacrylamide. The active groups on crosslinking agents such as polycarboxylic acid / anhydride and epoxide are covalently combined with carboxyl hydroxyl and amino groups on macromolecules of silk fibroin to improve the wrinkle resistance of silk fabrics. In the field of biomedicine silk fibroin materials with appropriate chemical modification have better biological activity drug delivery ability antimicrobial properties and mechanical properties. The optimization of these properties enables silk fibroin materials to show great potential in drug control delivery tissue regeneration and wound repair. The applied research in the field of environmental science mainly focuses on the adsorption separation and catalysis of impurities in water. Therefore the modification of amino acid residues grafting and cross-linking of protein macromolecules can change some important properties of silk fibroin and meet the requirements of various applications and functionalization of silk fibroin. In many fields of chemical modification and application of silk fibroin protein fruitful results have been achieved which has laid a good foundation for the further development of related fields and also shows that the chemical modification of silk fibroin material has great potential and application prospects. However there are still some problems that need to be overcome and further improved in the current chemical modification methods such as mild modification conditions and accurate adjustment of the degree of modification which will be the research direction of related fields in the future. © 2022 Authors. Rice bran oil is a healthy oil from many aspects. The oil has a balanced fatty acid profile comparing with many other vegetable oils. The key difference is the minor components or micronutrients or unsaponifiable matters contained in the oil that are very special and in larger percentages. The oil contains more than 1.5% oryzanol that gives nutritional and pharmaceutical functions from the studies so far. More studies are needed to demonstrate the wide functions in many aspects. The oil also contains large percentage of phytosterols which received huge amount of studies for nutritional applications. Furthermore, the oil contains tocopherols and tocotrienols, in which for the later particularly it gives many special functions including prevention of breast cancers for example. When the oil is properly processed and used in foods, those functions are more and more demonstrated in nutritional or biological studies. Thus the oil in food and pharmaceutical applications is in exploring both in academic studies and industrial practice. In this work, an overview of such progress is given.  相似文献

The present work is a study on the influence of temperature and the velocity of air on the drying kinetics of pineapple slices. The main objective is to define from this drying kinetics rules to help a designer choose an adequate principle or drying configuration and optimize the design of dryers adapted to the use of it. The experiments were made in an electric dryer using a parallel flow system. The air was used at three different temperatures (40, 50 and 60 ~C) and at four different velocities (0.27, 0.5, 1 and 1.8 m/s) during the experiment. The results show that an increase of 10 ℃ of the drying temperature reduced the drying time by 45% and increased the drying velocity by 30%. On the set of air velocities tested, it was noticed that the influence of air velocity on drying was more striking at the beginning than at the end of the drying process (variation of less than 20%). Whatever the variation of parameters during the drying process, the best performance was observed when the products water content during the drying process was between 50% and 80%.  相似文献

What is it? A measure of cotton fiber fineness as an e(?)timate of micrograms per inch of fiber. This estimate is influeuced signif icantly by the maturity or the cell-wall derelopment of the fibers. How is it done? A weighed sample of 50 grains is placed in the instrument chamber where compre(?)sed air is forced through it.
