综述了羊毛低温染色助剂的种类、染色机理及其研究现状,主要介绍了羊毛低温促染剂WLD、SLD、CMR以及纳米型促染荆、二乙胺预处理对羊毛染色性能的影响。论述了酶对羊毛低温染色性能的影响,包括蛋白酶HAP、Ncwol Lan L处理,氧化剂和蛋白酶联合处理,蛋白酶与壳聚糖预处理工艺的影响。指出低温助剂和酶处理在羊毛低温染色工艺中应用效果良好,具有推广前景。 相似文献

为了改善羊毛织物毡缩性能,运用低温等离子体与蛋白酶结合的方法对羊毛织物进行表面改性,探讨了整理后织物毡缩性能和强力的变化。通过对染色性能指标的测试,主要探讨了防毡缩整理对羊毛染色性能的影响,应用SEM研究了等离子体/蛋白酶处理对羊毛织物表面形貌的影响。结果表明:处理后织物的表面形态和化学性能都发生了变化,不仅使羊毛织物毡缩率下降到5.4%,而且使羊毛的染色性能得以很大的改善,从而使羊毛的低温染色成为可能。 相似文献

文章采用低温等离子体和蛋白酶联合处理技术对羊毛表面进行改性,探讨了等离子体和蛋白酶处理对羊毛抗毡缩性、润湿性能的影响。结果表面:等离子体处理羊毛最佳工艺为:时间3 min、压强50 Pa、功率150 W,蛋白酶处理羊毛最佳工艺为:蛋白酶用量2%(owf)、时间40 min、温度50℃、pH值8,低温等离子体和蛋白酶联合处理使羊毛织物抗毡缩性能提高,能够有效去除羊毛表面鳞片。 相似文献

研究了茶多酚(TP)在羊毛织物上的媒染性能,用后媒法使硫酸亚铁和硫酸铜与茶多酚络合,分别探讨了pH值、温度和时间对茶多酚吸尽率及染色深度的影响;用预媒、同浴和后媒3种方式探讨了茶多酚及金属离子浓度对茶多酚吸尽率及染色深度的影响,并对染后织物进行了牢度测试。结果表明:羊毛织物经硫酸亚铁和硫酸铜媒染分别呈紫灰色和黄棕色,在茶多酚TP-98用量5%(owf)、pH值4.1、90℃时浸渍60 min后进行媒染处理,可达到中色,并具有良好的色牢度。耐洗、耐摩擦和耐光牢度均在3级以上,沾色牢度可达到5级;铜离子络合的耐洗变色和耐光牢度均好于亚铁离子。 相似文献

Abstract The effect of lipase pretreatment on the dyeability of wool fabric with reactive dyes is thoroughly investigated. Two enzymes are applied, lipase type II and lipolase 100 L, type EX. The effect of treatment conditions such as temperature, time, and concentration of enzyme on the dyeability of wool fabric is studied. A comparative study between exhaustion and padding techniques of treatment is investigated. Kinetic investigations are also given on the dyeing process of wool fabric with reactive dyes. The treatments revealed improvement in the dyeability of wool with reactive dyes. The use of the enzyme pretreatment enables wool dyeing under mild temperature conditions with increasing dye consumption and an increase of the rate of dyeing. This is reflected as energy saving and reduction of pollution impact. 相似文献

利用壳聚糖的氨基磺酸溶液及钛酸丁酯前驱体制备了壳聚糖钛杂化溶胶并用于羊毛织物的表面改性。改性后织物的结构及形态、热稳定性分别用FT-IR, SEM,TGA进行表征。红外光谱证实了处理后羊毛结构中含有Ti-O键,由于壳聚糖氨基磺酸钛杂化溶胶溶液会成沉积在织物表面形成薄膜,改性后织物表面更加光滑,热稳定性也提高。改性后羊毛织物用弱酸性红B染色具有较好的染色性能,当染料浓度为6%(owf),pH为5.2,染色温度为70℃,时间1h,改性羊毛织物的表观得色量(K/S)比较高。70℃染色的动力学数据表明实验数据可以用准二级动力学模型来解释。 相似文献

This study presents an ecological and economical method for dyeing and durable antibacterial finishing of wool with cochineal natural dye. Wool yarn was treated with prepared chitosan-cyanuric chloride hybrid (Ch-Cy), was checked for its capability to covalently react with wool, and its dyeing, color fastness, as well as antibacterial properties were also investigated. The influences of key factors such as Ch-Cy concentration, dye concentration, pH, time, and temperature of dyeing were investigated and optimized. Results showed that Ch-Cy (15% on weight of fiber ) treatment of wool had several beneficial effects which brought about remarkable improvement in dye uptake, decrease in optimum dyeing time and temperature, elimination of metal mordant from dyeing process due to bio-mordant role of Ch-Cy, and development of antibacterial finish against pathogenic gram negative Escherichia coli and gram positive Staphylococcus aureus bacteria which was durable up to 20 washing cycles. Color fastness properties of treated wool were all satisfactory and in acceptable range. It was concluded that the simple Ch-Cy treatment of wool can considerably assist to reduce energy consumption, chemicals, and dyeing costs which makes the process cost effective and eco-friendlier over conventional processes. 相似文献

由于毛用活性染料利用率不像酸性染料那样高,为了提高染料利用率,本研究采用自行设计的紫外线辐射装置对羊毛织物进行紫外线照射处理,照射功率和照射时间都进行了分组。研究了不同条件紫外线辐射处理对羊毛染色性能的影响,测试并分析了处理后羊毛的上染率、色牢度和强力变化,最后使用正交实验得出紫外线处理染色的最优条件。最佳照射功率为60W、照射时间15min、染料利用率达90%。 相似文献
