Three manganese/4-sulfocalix[4]arene complexes, namely, {H[(C28H20O16S4)Mn(H2O)4Mn0.5(H2O)2]}n ·6nH2O (1), {NH4[(C28H20O16S4)Mn(H2O)4Mn0.5(H2O)2]}n · 5nH2O (2), [(C28H20O16S4)Mn2(H2O)8]n · 6nH2O (3), have been synthesized under different pH conditions. Complex 1, which exhibits a one-dimensional (1D) structure, is formed at [H+] = 2.0 mol L−1. Reaction at pH 4 leads to another one-dimensional (1D) coordination polymer of 2. At pH 5, a two-dimensional (2D) coordination polymer of complex 3 is formed, showing clearly structural effects on pH response.  相似文献

The novel supramolecular silver(I) compound with formula [Ag6(TST)2(bipy)6(H2O)2]n · 3nH2O (1) based on assembly of Ag(I) and mixed ligand bipy/TST3−, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, H3TST = 2,4,6-tris(4-sulfophenylamino)-1,3,5-triazine, has been prepared by hydrothermal method. In the solid-state structure of 1, two-dimensional layered polymeric structures extended with subunits [Ag6(TST)2(bipy)6(H2O)2] interact each other in the form of π–π attractions between bipy, forming a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture. Compound 1 represents a Ag-containing polymeric compound possessing room-temperature luminescence.  相似文献

Two novel cadmium(II) coordination polymers [Cd(cptpy)2]n·nH2O (1) with a 1D double chain structure and [Cd2(cptpy)2(ox)]n·2.5nH2O (2) with an interesting 3-connected uninodal six-fold interpenetrating ths network (Hcptpy = 4′-(4-carboxyphenyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine, H2ox = oxalic acid) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, single crystal X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectra.  相似文献

Reactions of 4-oxo-1(4H)-quinolineacetic acid (Hoqa) and varied metal salts of Zn(II), Cd(II) and Ag(I) resulted in the formation of three new coordination polymers, namely, [Zn(oqa)2]·H2O (1), [Cd(bpy)(oqa)2(H2O)2]·4H2O (2) and [Ag(bpy)(oqa)]·2H2O (3) (bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine). Complex 1 has a three-dimensional (3D) polymeric network with diamondoid topology; compounds 23 exhibit one-dimensional (1D) chain structure characteristics, which are further assembled through π–π stacking attractions and hydrogen bonds, forming the 3D supramolecular frameworks. In addition, the solid-state luminescent properties of the ligand Hoqa and complexes 12 have been investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

Under similar hydrothermal synthetic conditions using a novel flexible ligand 2-(3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)acetonitrile (PPAN), benzenedicarboxylate isomers (H2pa = phthalate, H2ip = isophthalate, and H2tp = terephthalate) and Cadmium(II) acetate, three novel mixed-ligand Cd(II) coordination polymers {[Cd2(PPAA)2(μ-pa)(H2O)]·2H2O}n (1), {[Cd4(PPAA)44-ip)2]·2H2O}n (2) and {[Cd2(PPAA)2(μ-tp)]·2H2O}n (3) (PPAA = 2-(3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl) acetate) have been isolated, in 13 PPAN, and are also hydrolyzed into a novel PPAA ligand. Complex 1 is a 1D coordination polymer in which the tetra-nuclear [Cd4(PPAA)4]4 + structural units are extended by tri-dentate μ-pa2  ligands. Complex 2 contains binuclear [Cd2(PPAA)2]4 + structural units, which are extended by four tetra-dentate μ4-ip2  ligands to link eight neighboring binuclear [Cd2(PPAA)2]4 + units ultimately forming a 2D layered framework, while complex 3 contains 1D double chain containing [Cd(PPAA)]n cation structural units, which are further extended by tetradentate μ-tp2  ligands to form a new 2D layered framework. All the complexes have been investigated by elemental analysis, FT-IR, thermal analysis and fluorescence characterization. The flexible coordination modes of PPAA are also briefly analyzed. The flexible coordination modes of PPAA and benzenedicarboxylate isomers also reveal great potential in the construction of these novel mixed-ligand luminescent frameworks with diverse structural motifs and unique functional properties.  相似文献

Two new 3-D Cd(II) coordination polymers (CPs) with 3,5-bi(4-carboxyphenoxy)-benzoic acid (H3L), namely [Cd3(L)2(H2O)4]·4H2O (1) and [Cd3(L)2(H2O)3]·2H2O (2), were successfully synthesized under hydrothermal condition at 140 °C and 180 °C, respectively. Complex 1 is constructed from 1-D (–Cd–O–) rod-shaped SBUs (secondary building units) and ‘Y’-shaped L ligands. In complex 2, the 3-D network is mediated by 2-D [Cd(COO)2]n layered motifs and ‘T’ and ‘Y’-shaped L ligands. The results show that the reaction temperature plays a key role on the final structures of the complexes. The luminescent properties of the complexes have also been investigated.  相似文献

The chemistry of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (btaOH) with the group 12 metal ions Zn(II) and Cd(II) resulted in the 1D coordination polymer [Zn(btaO)2]n (1) and the mononuclear complex [Cd(btaO)2(H2O)4] · 3H2O (2 · 3H2O), respectively. Polymer 1 forms double-stranded chains which are further supported by weak C–H?O hydrogen bonds resulting in a pcu (primitive cubic) rod packing. The mononuclear complexes of 2 form undulating hydrogen bonded layers while the lattice water molecules form 1D hydrogen bonded tapes, comprising 4- and 6-membered rings, within the layers and bridge them to the third dimension. The thermal and optical properties of both compounds are presented. IR data are discussed in terms of the chemical composition of the compounds and the coordination mode of btaO?.  相似文献

Three novel heterometallic complexes containing two bridging ligands bpa and benzoate, formulated as [M2M′(O2CC6H5]n(bpa)n (bpa = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane, M2M′ = Zn2Co (1), Zn2Cd (2), and Co2Cd (3)), have been synthesized. All three compounds show one-dimensional structures containing linear heteronuclear coordination units linked by bridging bpa ligands. Reactivity study of the compounds 13 for the transesterification of a variety of esters has shown that they are very efficient and 2 is the best among them.  相似文献

Two new 3-D coordination polymers bearing linear trinuclear secondary building blocks with mixed bridging ligands, {[Ni3(tbip)2(Htbip)2(bib)2]·4H2O}n (1) and {[Co3(tbip)2(Htbip)2(btb)2]·4H2O}n (2) (H2tbip = 5-tert-butyl isophthalic acid, bib = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)butane, btb = 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butane), were obtained and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, single-crystal X-ray crystallography and powder X-ray diffraction. Both complexes 1 and 2 display similar 3D 6-connected pcu networks containing the linear trinuclear [M3(COO)6] (M = Ni and Co) clusters as nodes.  相似文献

Two new complexes {[Cd(bmimx)0.5(tbip)(H2O)] · H2O}n (1) and [Zn(bmimx)(tbip)]n (2) (bmimx = 1,4-bis(2-methylimidazol-1-ylmethyl)-2,3,5,6-tetramethylbenzene, H2tbip = 5-tert-butyl isophthalic acid) based on mixed ligands have been hydrothermally synthesized by varying the metal ions. Structural analysis reveals that complex 1 displays a 2D layer structure with a 44-sql topology; complex 2 exhibits a 3D 4-fold interpenetrated framework with sra topology. The structural differences between 1 and 2 indicate that metal ions have significant effects on the formation of the final architectures. In addition, the thermal stabilities and photoluminescent properties of the two complexes were also investigated.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers {[Cu4(OH)2(btrb)2(btc)2]·4H2O}n (1) and {[Cd2(btrb)(adc)2(H2O)]·H2O}n (2) were synthesized with hydrothermal method and characterized (btrb = 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-4-ylmethyl)benzene, btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate, adc = 1,3-adamantanedicarboxylate). 1 shows an unusual (3,10)-connected two-dimensional metal–organic framework based on the tetranuclear copper(II) cluster [Cu43-OH)2]. 2 is an interesting three-dimensional network based on the one-dimensional metal–organic nanotube. 1 shows good photocatalytic activity for the degradation of methyl blue (MB). Synthesis, structure and photoluminescent properties of two novel 2-D cyano-bridged complexes {[M22-L)(μ2-CN)2 (CN)2] · H2O}n (M = Cd, Zn; L = 1,4-bis(pyridine-2-ylmethyl)piperazine) are presented. Both of them crystallize in the monoclinic space group of C2/c and possess a cyano-bridged 2-D brick wall-like layer structure. Both hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions play important roles in the stabilization of their solid state structure. Three new nickel(II) complexes [Ni2(btec)(azopy)2(H2O)8]·2H2O (1), {[Ni(H2btec)(azopy)(H2O)2]·(azopy)}n (2) and {[Ni4(btec)2(azopy)3(H2O)10]·8H2O}n (3) (H4btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid; azopy = 4,4′-azobispyridine) have been synthesized by tuning the reaction temperature and the metal–ligand ratio. The two new inorganic–organic hybrid polyoxomolybdate complexes [Himi]4[{Co(imi)2(H2O)2}Mo7O24] · 4H2O (1) and [Zn(imi)4]2[(imi)2Mo8O26] · 6H2O (2) (imi = imidazole) have been prepared by conventional aqueous solution synthesis. Compound 1 consists of heptamolybdate anions [Mo7O24]6− covalently linked by [CoN2O4]2+ octahedra into one-dimensional zigzag-shaped chains. The zigzag-shaped chains are further linked together via the hydrogen-bonding interactions to form a 2D supramolecular framework. Compound 2 is build up of an imidazole-coordinated octamolybdate anion, two imidazole coordinating zinc cations and lattice water molecules to form a three-dimensional framework via complex hydrogen-bonding.  相似文献

Two novel homochiral helical Zn(II) coordination polymers, {[Zn2(nap-l-thr)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n (1) and {[Zn2(nap-d-thr)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n (2) (H2nap-l-thr = N-(2-hydroxy-1-naphthylmethylidene)-l-threonine, H2nap-d-thr = N-(2-hydroxy-1-naphthylmethylidene)-d-threonine) have been successfully synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV–visible and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It is interesting to note that both complexes are a pair of enantiomers: 1 exhibits 1D right-handed helical chain of [Zn-COO] and 2 is 1D left-handed helical chain of [Zn-COO]. There are various hydrogen bonds between the adjacent helical chains which result in a 2D homochiral supramolecular layer structure. Notably, under similar synthetic procedure by using the NO3, CH3COO, Cl salts of Zn2 + ion as a starting reagent, and identical compounds were obtained. In addition, the chiral nature of complexes 1 and 2 are confirmed by the results of circular dichroism (CD) spectra measurements. Thermal stability and luminescence properties were also investigated.  相似文献

A novel cadmium(II) coordination polymer, [Cd2(pzdc)2(4,4′-bpy)2]·4H2O (1) (H2pzdc = pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid; 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine), has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of Cd(OAC)2, H2pzdc and 4,4′-bpy. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 constructed from dinuclear building blocks has a three-dimensional (3-D) structure with rob topology. Fluorescent measurement of 1 exhibits strong blue-green emission in the solid state at room temperature, and its framework possess remarkable thermal stability.  相似文献

A novel one dimensional coordination polymer of Cd(II)-pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylate with a new coordination mode of pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylate ligand (pzdc), {[Cd(pzdc)(4-mim)(5-mim)2]·½H2O}n (1) (4(5)-methylimidazole = 4(5)-mim), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental, thermal analysis, IR spectrum and single crystal X-ray diffraction technique. In complex 1, the Cd(II) ion has a distorted octahedral geometry, in which the pzdc moiety acts as a bridging ligand. Linkage isomerism of the coordinated 4(5)-methylimidazole ligand was observed in 1. The two adjacent one-dimensional chains connected by interchain hydrogen bonds among the N-H groups of methylimidazoles and carboxylate oxygens of pzdc, leading to a three-dimensional framework. The hydrogen bonds account for the coexistence of two unique coordination forms of methylimidazoles in the same coordination sphere.  相似文献

The structure of compound [Cd2(NDC)2(L)2(H2O)]·0.5DMF (1) (NDC = 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylate, L = pyrazino[2,3-f][1,10]phenanthroline and DMF = N,N′-dimethylformamide) is reported. Two independent Cd(II) atoms in a distorted [CdO4N2] octahedral environment and three unique NDC ligands showing different coordination modes give strongly undulated two-dimensional grid motifs. Dangling L ligands are chelated to every Cd(II) atom decorating both sides of the layers. Due to the marked undulation of the layers, the large open windows are threaded by the dangling ligands of other layers producing a three-dimensional polythreaded supramolecular array that can be also described as a single three-dimensional framework if the extended columnar face-to-face π–π interactions are considered.  相似文献
