提出了基于虚拟环境的驾驭式动态设计方法。该方法使得结构动态设计过程的各个阶段都成为一个包括设计人员和虚拟环境在内的回路,既可以将设计过程及时全面地展示给设计人员,又能够让设计人员方便地对设计过程进行驾驭,充分发挥其经验和创造力。在探讨了该方法的基本思想之后,着重研究了相应的关键技术和系统实现。在此基础上,用一个浸水旋转壳的动态设计过程证明了该方法具有可视化程度高、便于驾驭等优点。 相似文献

研究大型水泵出水流道扩散角、断面形状和中心线走向对水力损失的影响,提出当量扩散角概念,以包括沿程摩阻水力损失、扩散水力损失和出口水力损失在内的总水力损失最小为目标,对出水流道扩散角和断面形状进行优化,提出流道中心线走向优化的原则。研究结果表明,在进、出口断面位置一定的情况下,出水流道存在最优扩散角,使总水力损失最小。试验证明,由于水泵出水弯管的作用,出水流道实际开始脱流的扩散角小于理论计算的最优扩散角;采用优化渐变扩散角,可使水力损失进一步减小;矩形流道断面以正方形为最优,且存在最优角圆,使单位长流道沿程水力损失最小。成果对减小出水流道水力损失,实现泵装置优化设计,提高泵装置效率有重大意义。 相似文献

精密成形技术不仅能节省原材料和能源,缩短生产周期,还能获得复杂形状的制件,提高产品质量和增强其市场竞争力。闭塞模锻是精密成形技术的一个重要分支,模架是这项技术的重要装备。液压模架又是闭塞模锻模架的发展趋势。本文在综合分析的基础上,研制出液压力合模的模架。在该模架液压缸缸体设计中引入第三强度理论和优化设计理论,为缸体结构参数的优化选取提供理论指导。利用该模架成功地锻出轿车等速万向节星形套冷精锻件。这项技术用于生产中,经济效益显著,应用前景广阔。 相似文献

Optimization design of hydraulic manifold blocks (HMB) is studied as a complex solid spatial layout problem. Based on comprehensive research into structure features and design rules of HMB, an optimal mathematical model for this problem is presented. Using human-computer cooperative genetic algorithm (GA) and its hybrid optimization strategies, integrated layout and connection design schemes of HMB can be automatically optimized. 为解决网络化异地协同设计过程中实时三维虚拟模型交换和协同设计行为语义传输等问题,以及建立支持实时协同操作动态响应和动态虚拟模型加载的虚拟协同设计环境,通过对协同设计理论、基于虚拟模型的协同设计和虚拟装配进行研究,提出了面向装配的虚拟协同设计环境(VCDEFA),给出了VCDEFA的概念和特征,建立了六层体系结构和功能模型。在原型系统的设计实现过程中,采用了从Pro/E系统中获取虚拟模型;在保证协同设计数据一致性中,采用了数字增量网络传输技术和集中统一管理;在网络通信中,采用了动态可变长报文控制技术。原型系统的实现表明,该体系结构具有良好的实用性,能够满足网络化协同虚拟设计的需求。 相似文献

提出了一种内燃式水动力系统,该系统集成了内燃机与柱塞式水泵技术。针对三种典型的内燃式水动力系统,着重论述了系统方案、工作机理、工作特点及研发中的关键问题。通过数值模拟可知,该系统与传统的活塞式内燃机—柱塞式水泵能量组合系统相比,燃油消耗率全工况相对改善12%~42.78%,有效热效率全工况相对改善13.63%~74.75%,运转不均匀度全工况相对改善4.66%~15.57%,输出压力全工况相对改善15.21%~76.61%, 输出流量全工况相对降低0.69%~2.13%。 相似文献

Optimum design of the powerplant hydraulic mount system is made with the hydraulic mount parameters as variables and with uncoupling of energy, rational disposition of nature frequency and minimum of reactive force at mount's location as objective functions.
