在复合材料层合板的中心开一个超椭圆形孔,利用Nastran有限元软件分析,计算层合板的前二阶振动频率,研究开孔形状及其转动等设计参数对矩形层合板固有频率的影响。分析结果表明层合板的固有频率受板内开孔设计影响很大,且与边界约束条件有很大的关系。  相似文献

分析计算了中心开孔损伤对铝合金板和不同铺层方式的复合材料板承载能力的影响。结果表明:在开孔尺寸一定的情况下,随着板宽的增大,开孔损伤板的应力集中因数减小;随着材料各向异性程度的提高,开孔损伤对板件的应力集中因数和承载能力的影响增大。这一结果在试验中得到证实。  相似文献

当风载作用于门座起重机矩形拉杆时,旋涡脱落频率将会接近于其本身固有频率,此时拉杆会发生涡激共振,剧烈的振动会引起拉杆的疲劳开裂。为了改善振动情况,通常在拉杆顺风向上开孔,使拉杆的脱落频率远离固有频率,以破坏涡激共振形成的条件。为了研究拉杆上孔的尺寸和分布对改善拉杆振动的影响,对不同拉杆模型进行了研究,得出孔的最优尺寸和分布。  相似文献

应用网格划分软件Hyperworks和有限元分析软件ANSYS对三种不同焊孔形状的环焊结构试样进行强度和模态分析.通过强度分析结果,圆形孔试样的应力值最小;分别提取三种试样的前六阶固有频率和振型,通过模态分析得出圆形孔试样垂向振动固有频率略高,跑道形和正方形孔试样扭转振动固有频率略高.综合分析得出试样的最佳焊孔形状为圆形.  相似文献

无网格法是一种新颖的工程数值计算方法,与有限元法相比,具有很多独特的优势。重构核粒子法具有变时-频特性和多分辨率特性等优点,在结构动力学中有广泛的应用。本文针对带孔薄板这一不连续问题,根据无网格法和板壳振动的基本理论,采用了可视性准则处理场函数的不连续性,编写了基于重构核粒子法的模态分析程序,得到了不同边界条件下带孔薄板的前五阶固有频率和模态,并和有限元分析结果进行了比较。算例表明该方法收敛性好、精度高,为带孔薄板的模态分析提供了一种新的求解方法。  相似文献

利用十四面体模型描述开孔泡沫材料的胞体结构,并用有限元方法确定开孔泡沫材料的弹性模量。计算中使用相同尺寸的十四面体胞体模型,并考虑两种不同支柱截面(圆截面和Plateau截面)形状对弹性模量计算的影响。此外,通过数值方法研究开孔泡沫材料的弹性模量随模型尺寸的变化规律。同时,讨论边界条件处理对开孔泡沫材料弹性模量计算的影响。结果表明,支柱为Plateau截面形状的模型,其弹性模量明显高十具有圆截面支柱模型的结果。且两种模型的弹性模量均随模型尺度的增加而增加,最终趋于一个稳定值,并与Warren和Kraynik的理论预测较为一致。此外,边界条件对模型刚度的影响随着模型尺度的增加而逐渐减小。  相似文献

应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对低翅片管进行振动特性分析,考虑翅片形状、翅根处过渡圆角、管子长径比三种主要影响因素,建立低翅片管有限元计算模型.模拟低翅片管在换热器中的工作状态,得到低翅片管在四种约束模态下固有频率的有限元计算值.采用共振法对低翅片管在上述四种约束模态下的固有频率进行实验测试.对有限元计算值与实测值进行比较,四种约束模态下一阶固有频率有限元计算值的误差均小于15%,符合工程许可范围.表明该有限元模型可用于工程设计时对低翅片管振动特性进行数值分析,也可为其他形状翅片管的振动特性分析提供参考.  相似文献

本文把平面磨削的工件划分为薄板和厚板,根据热弹性理论分别推导了热变形误差计算公式,得到了两者的热变形误差计算公式。分析表明薄板和厚板在磨削过程中将产生相同的形状误差.但厚板还将产生尺寸误差。实例计算表明,对较精密零件的磨削,必须考虑热变形。  相似文献

对含有双向布的三种不同铺层厚度的中心开孔复合材料薄板拉伸性能进行研究,分别得到三种复合材料带孔板的孔边应变分布规律以及试件的损伤演化和失效行为,并得到其断裂强度值。试验结果表明,试件的铺层对试件的刚度和强度影响较大,相对于[45/0/45]的铺层,[45/(0)/0/(0)/45]增加了两个0°单向布层,其刚度及强度得到大幅改善;[45/90/0/0/0/90]s增加了多个0°双向布层,使得其刚度最大,强度也有明显提升。用Abaqus软件对三种薄板的拉伸行为进行渐进损伤模拟分析,分析中采用Hashin准则作为材料的失效准则获得薄板的断裂载荷、应力分布及渐进损伤失效过程,得到的模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。  相似文献

A three-dimensional free vibration analysis of a perforated plate with rounded corners is presented. A solution method based on the linear, small strain, three-dimensional elasticity theory and the p-Ritz algorithm is employed. This analysis method uses sets of uniquely defined one- and two-dimensional polynomial functions as the trial displacements in the thickness and surface directions to arrive the eigenvalue equation which yields the natural frequencies and mode shapes for the perforated super elliptical plates. The accuracy of these results, if possible, is validated through comparison with the available literature. Parametric investigations on the vibration behaviours of the perforated super-elliptical plates with respect to different thickness ratios, cutout sizes and boundary constraints are examined.  相似文献

In this study, the dynamic response of free vibration of laminated composite twisted (skewed) plate with mass variation via cutout and additional mass is investigated. The mathematical model employs cubic variation of the thickness coordinates in the displacement field. The mathematical formulation also includes the effects of transverse shear and rotatory inertia. A realistic parabolic distribution of transverse shear strains through the plate thickness is assumed and the use of the shear correction factor is avoided. A C0 finite element formulation of the mathematical model is developed to analyze the dynamic behavior of laminated composite twisted plate with cutout and additional mass. Given that no results on the present problem of free vibration of laminated composite twisted plate with cutout and additional mass are available in literature, novel results for different twist angles of laminated composite plates along with mode shapes are presented by varying the geometry, boundary conditions, and ply orientations.  相似文献

A numerical study was conducted using the finite element method to determine the effects of square and rectangular cutouts on the buckling behavior of a 16-ply quasi-isotropic graphite/epoxy symmetrically laminated rectangular composite plate. The square/ rectangular cutouts were subjected to uniaxial compression loading. This study addresses the effects of the size of the square/rectangular cutout, orientation of the square/rectangular cutout, plate aspect ratio (a/b), and plate length/thickness ratio (a/t) on the buckling behavior of the symmetrically laminated rectangular composite plate under uniaxial compression loading. Buckling loads were computed for seven different quasi-isotropic laminate configurations [0°/+45°/?45°/90°]2s, [15°/+60°/?30°/?75°]2s, [30°/+75°/?15°/?60°]2s, [45°/+90°/0°/?45°]2s, [60°/?75°/+15°/?30°]2s, [75°/?60°/+30°/?15°]2s, [90°/?45°/+45/°0°]2s. Results showed that the magnitudes of the buckling loads decrease with increasing cutout positioned angle as well as c/b and d/b ratios for plates with a rectangular cutout. The symmetrically laminated quasi-isotropic [0°/+45°/?45°/90°]2s composite plate is stronger than all other symmetrically analyzed laminated quasi-isotropic composite plates. The magnitudes of the buckling loads of a rectangular composite plate with square/rectangular cutout decrease with increasing plate aspect ratio (a/b) and plate length/thickness (a/t) ratio.  相似文献

This paper investigates the dynamic characteristics of a sandwich plate embedded with an electrorheological (ER) fluid. A laser holographic interference experiment and modal testing were conducted to identify natural frequencies, modal damping and shapes of the composite structure, under different electric fields applied to the fluid domain. Moreover, the influence of the ER effect on the structural dynamic responses were recorded. It was found that both of the damping and natural frequencies of the sandwich plate increase monotonously with an increasing electric field; while, at the same time, the resonant peaks of the frequency response and the amplitudes of dynamic responses decrease. Furthermore, based on the special properties of the ER fluid, a discrete dynamic model of the sandwich plate containing ER fluids was developed and validated. The numerical simulation verifies the effect of the ER material on the structure, and the calculated dynamic parameters show the coincident changes with the experimental results.  相似文献

Sweep sine-wave testing is applied for the identification of dynamic characteristics of a four-point-supported square plate with free edges. The idea behind the method is to make use of free vibration time-response data such as acceleration to determine the natural frequencies and associated mode shapes. To compare with the theoretical results, detailed experimental results have been obtained for the various support locations lying at specified positions along the plate diagonals. The natural frequencies and associated mode shapes for the first five modes have been predicted, and the variation of natural frequencies with various support positions have been analyzed for the first symmetric and antisymmetric modes. It is found that the experimental results are generally in reasonable agreement with the theoretical ones.  相似文献

A spline finite strip capability is described for predicting the buckling stresses and natural frequencies of vibration of prismatic plate structures which may be of composite laminated construction with arbitrary lay-ups. The plate structures may have general boundary conditions. The capability embraces analyses based on the use of first-order shear deformation plate theory and of classical plate theory, and utilizes substructuring procedures which include the use of superstrips. The theoretical development is not detailed since the present paper reports a very direct extension of a theoretical study developed for the analysis of single plates in an earlier paper in this Journal. A considerable range of buckling and vibration applications is documented and comparison of spline finite strip numerical values of buckling stresses and frequencies is made with results generated using the semi-analytical finite strip method and, in some cases, the finite element method. Buckled and vibrational mode shapes are presented for some applications.  相似文献

Structural components of varying thickness draw increasing attention these days due to economy and light-weight considerations. In view of the absence of research in vibration analysis of viscoelastic plate with varying thickness, this study devotes to investigate the dynamic behaviors of axially moving viscoelastic plate with varying thickness. Based on the thin plate theory and the two-dimensional viscoelastic differential constitutive relation, the differential equation of motion of the axially moving viscoelastic rectangular plate is derived, the plate constituted by Kelvin-Voigt model has linearly varying thickness in the y-direction. The dimensionless complex frequencies of axially moving viscoelastic plate with four edges simply supported are calculated by the differential quadrature method, curves of real parts and imaginary parts of the first three-order dimensionless complex frequencies versus dimensionless moving speed are obtained, the effects of the aspect ratio, thickness ratio, the dimensionless moving speed and delay time on the dynamic behaviors of the axially moving viscoelastic rectangular plate with varying thickness are analyzed. When other parameters keep constant, with the decrease of thickness ratio, the real parts of the first three-order natural frequencies decrease, and the critical divergence speeds of various modes decrease too, moreover, whether the delay time is large or small, the frequencies are all complex numbers.  相似文献

Equations of motion for a transversely isotropic circular thick plate in a general state of nonuniform initial stress where the effects of transverse shear and rotary inertia are included are derived. The natural frequencies of axisymmetric clamped plates and simply supported plates subjected to initial stresses are investigated. The initial stress is taken to be a combination of a pure bending stress plus an extensional stress in the plane of the plate. These equations are solved by the Galerkin method.
