根据现有粉磨工艺状况,总结影响粉磨效果的因素。除了考虑到硅酸盐水泥熟料的组成与结构对其易磨性的影响和外加剂的使用,主要探讨粉磨工艺操作中各种参数对粉磨效果的影响。结果表明,喂料量与磨机功率,选粉效率与循环负荷等之间都有着相互影响相互制约的关系。充分的理解这些关系,有助于增加硅酸盐水泥熟料粉磨细度或提高产量。  相似文献

研究了一种容易粉磨硅酸盐水泥熟料的组成、粉磨特性与物理性能。这种容易粉磨硅酸盐水泥熟料可以在假烧温度低于1400℃的条件下烧成。其矿物组成与普通硅酸盐水泥熟料相同,但具有C3S含量高(>70%)的特点。在水泥熟料粉磨至比表面积320m^2/kg条件下,容易粉磨硅酸盐水泥熟料需要粉磨4.5min,而普通硅酸盐水泥熟料需要粉磨8min。容易粉磨硅酸盐水泥熟料的3d抗压强度可达37MPa,28d抗压强度可达60MPa。  相似文献

试验采用分别粉磨工艺和共同粉磨工艺配制石灰石硅酸盐水泥,分析了石灰石和熟料的粉磨特性差异,并研究了在单位能耗相同情况下,两种粉磨制度下石灰石硅酸盐水泥各组份颗粒分布及水化情况。结果表明,分别粉磨制度能合理控制石灰石硅酸盐水泥颗粒的分布,使熟料处于更细的颗粒范围内,提高了粉磨效率;细的石灰石粉能促进水泥的早期水化反应,而中后期的水化速率主要取决于熟料颗粒的细度;采用合理的分别磨粉工艺配制的石灰石硅酸盐水泥,在相同龄期下,其水化产物含量较多,水化产物之间的连结更紧密,水泥石整体结构更密实。  相似文献

基于国外的研究论点,对新型干法水泥熟料及配料进行试验实测对比。结果表明:熟料热工形成过程影响易磨性的主要因素是C2S含量,其他矿相、液相含量以及密度/升重的影响不明显;快冷熟料优于慢冷;水泥粉磨过程的影响取决于熟料及其配料原料的易磨性,挤压终粉磨、联合粉磨等工艺可以忽略所有影响易磨性的因素,易磨性试验可节能30%~60%以上。  相似文献

This paper deals with the effect of intergrinding different percentages of a naphthalene-based superplasticizer with Portland cement clinker and gypsum on the fineness of the product, and on the water requirement and the compressive strength of the mortars made with the superplasticized cement. The properties of the fresh and hardened concrete made with the superplasticized cements were also investigated. The results showed that the intergrinding of a given amount of a naphthalene-based superplasticizer with Portland clinker and gypsum reduced the grinding time required for obtaining the same Blaine fineness as that of the control Portland cement without the superplasticizer. The water requirement of the mortars made with the superplasticized cements was similar to that of the mortars made with the control Portland cements when the same amount of the superplasticizer was added at the mortar mixer; for a given grinding time and a Blaine fineness of 4500 cm2/g, the mortars made with the superplasticized cement had higher compressive strength than those made with the control Portland cement. For a given grinding time or Blaine fineness of cement ≥5000 cm2/g, the slump loss, air content stability, bleeding, autogenous temperature rise, setting times, and compressive strength of the concrete made with the superplasticized cements were generally comparable to those of the concrete made with the control Portland cements when the superplasticizer was added at the concrete mixer.  相似文献

针对我公司500000t/d熟料水泥生产线生产P·C32.5R水泥时磨台时产量大幅下降的问题,对其原因进行分析,主要原因是粉煤灰细度的变粗,另外,熟料易磨性的变差和中控操作上应对磨内工况变差和选粉机选粉效率下降的措施不合适也是造成此次问题的原因。解决措施为在粉煤灰细度不变的情况下,适当降低比表面积控制指标,降低工序电耗,也能保证水泥抗压强度相对稳定。  相似文献

Identical mixes containing fixed amounts of ordinary Portland cement clinker and gypsum were ground in two types of industrial cement mills—viz. ball mill (BM) and vertical roller mill (VRM)—to identical Blaine fineness to examine the effect of any possible differential comminution of gypsum on cement setting times. The present investigation demonstrates that during comminution of cements, the degree of crystallinity of gypsum, as determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), changes with used grinding mills and this causes changes in setting times of similar cements even when ground to identical Blaine fineness.  相似文献

通过正交试验研究不同细度、掺量的矿渣微粉和熟料对渣水泥性能的影响。试验发现,影响矿渣水泥3d、28d强度的主次因素不同,3d强度主要受矿渣细度的影响,28d强度则主要受矿渣掺量影响。采用分别粉磨后混合的生产工艺,用一定细度的矿渣微粉可以生产出掺量较高、早强性能好的矿渣水泥。  相似文献

In cement industry, a great energy consumption has been observed during grinding of clinker. To reduce this consumption, some waste products have been used as grinding aids.In this investigation, the effects of sunflower oil (SO), oleic acid (OA), stearic acid (SA), myristic acid (MA) and lauric acid (LA) on the fineness and strength of the cement have been examined. These aids were added into clinker in certain ratios based on the cement clinker weight and the grinding has been done for a definite time at the same condition.All of the fatty acids used increased the fineness as compared with the cement without the grinding additives. SO and OA decreased the strength significantly, LA decreased it to a lesser extent and SA increased it definitely according to the common cement. But MA did not alter the strength of the cement as much as SA. In addition, the covering of the balls influences the grinding of cement clinker unfavourably.  相似文献

通过对助磨介质作用下不同粉磨细度的旋窑熟料所配制的硅酸盐水泥的物理性能检测,对助磨介质作用下旋窑熟料的微细化效果进行了评价。结果表明,对水泥熟料来说,早期的快速水化不一定能得到高强度的水泥,因此熟料微细化的评价要从水化性能和粉磨能耗上综合考虑,在实验中,旋窑熟料的最佳粉磨细度为5 000m2/g,而加入助磨剂可显著降低粉磨能耗,在达到同样效果时缩短25%的粉磨时间。  相似文献

The aim of the present research work was to investigate the possibility of adding a jarosite-alunite chemical precipitate, a waste product of a new hydrometallurgical process developed to treat economically low grade nickel oxides ores, in the raw meal for the production of Portland cement clinker. For that reason, two samples of raw meals were prepared, one with ordinary raw materials, as a reference sample ((PC)Ref) and another with 1% jarosite-alunite precipitate ((PC)J/A). Both raw meals were sintered at 1450 °C. The results of chemical and mineralogical analyses as well as the microscopic examination showed that the use of the jarosite-alunite precipitate did not affect the mineralogical characteristics of the so produced Portland cement clinker. Furthermore, both clinkers were tested by determining the grindability, setting time, compressive strength and expansibility. The hydration products were examined by XRD analysis at 2, 7, 28 and 90 days. The results of the physico-mechanical tests showed that the addition of jarosite-alunite precipitate did not negatively affect the quality of the produced cement.  相似文献
