提出了对渣油气化炉气化结果进行分析计算的方法,建议以有效气产出率作为评价渣油气化炉气化结果的主要指标,该指标考虑了油品对有效气产率的影响,更据客观性。以此为基础,对国内5个采用不同气化压力厂家的渣油气化炉操作数据以及目前国外专利商的报价数据进行了分析。对国内不同厂家的操作结果分析表明,气化反应离平衡较远,有继续改进提高的可能;而对国外报价数据的分析则表明,不同专利商的报价数据均以平衡计算结果为依据,在实际操作中将无法达到。气化炉工艺条件的选择必须紧紧围绕气化温度这一中心,因此还计算了氧油比、蒸汽油比、气化炉热损失及原料预热等因素对气化炉出口温度的影响,探讨了气化炉工艺条件的选择 相似文献

尝试用人工神经网络模型模拟醋酸甲酯水解催化精馏塔的操作过程,并寻求最佳工艺条件。以进料水酯比、回流进料比和醋酸甲酯的体积流率与催化剂体积比作为输入层的三个节点,醋酸甲酯的转化率和塔釜中的酸水比为输出层的两个节点,采用BP算法结合模拟退火算法,利用小试实验数据训练网络并检验训练结果;内插或外推一系列假想的工艺条件,让网络预测操作结果,最后确定最佳操作目标,通过网络模型寻找一组最佳工艺条件。结果表明:以充足可靠的实验数据为基础,神经网络模型能精确预测实验结果;利用人工神经网络模型对工艺条件进行优化,可取得令人满意的结果。 相似文献

过程系统的数据校正与参数估计是进行实时操作优化与过程控制的基础。过程系统变负荷下由于模型参数变化的非线性及显著误差的影响,导致数据校正与参数估计的结果不准确,从而影响实时操作优化与过程控制的效率。针对此问题,本文提出了一种用于变负荷下的数据校正与参数估计方法。此方法主要包括过程的稳态检测与数据采样,多工况下的数据聚类和基于多组测量的数据校正与参数估计。首先选择有效和可靠的过程测量数据,根据变负荷下工况的波动性与系统的非线性特征进行数据聚类,最后基于聚类结果调整模型参数使得模型输出与过程测量数据偏差最小。此方法可有效地减小模型参数变化的非线性及显著误差对数据校正与参数估计结果的影响。基于现场的测量数据,将此方法应用于空气分离流程系统中,结果显示了基于此方法的数据校正与参数估计结果更准确。 相似文献

The 200 MWe Tonghae thermal power plant CFB boiler (2-units) is the largest boiler to fire a Korean anthracite coal for generation
of electric power. The #1 unit CFB has been operated commercially since October 1998, and the #2 unit CFB, which will begin
commercial operation in October 1999, is currently under construction. However, there is little operational data of the large
CFB combustor firing anthracite coal, so it is necessary to predict the performance of the CFB combustor with variation of
the operation conditions. Therefore, in this study, the simulation of the Tonghae CFB has been carried out to predict the
performance with various nominal rates, coal particle size distribution and operating conditions. The simulation results with
various loads could be fitted well to the design values at the given operation conditions. At the various operation conditions,
the simulation results could explain the performance of the Tonghae CFBC well. 相似文献

A detailed mathematical model is developed to describe the operation of batch-modified SAN [styrene (ST)/acrylonitrile (AN)/α-methylstyrene (AMS)] terpolymerization reactors. The model is validated by comparing simulation results with published and plant experimental data. Optimal temperature policies and initiator feed concentrations are then computed. It is shown that optimal operation conditions may be extremely sensitive to small perturbations, so that optimal operation conditions may actually be unfeasible. It is also shown that average polymer molecular weight may be properly controlled by adding small amounts of inhibitor into the polymerization medium, which is usually cheaper than using chain transfer agents to control the average polymer molecular weight. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Experimental investigations concerning the residence time distributions of both the solid and the liquid phase have been carried out for a continuously operated stirred ball mill. It is admissible to consider the suspension as a single-phase fluid.Residence time distributions are found to be well described by an axial dispersion model. The dimensionless transport parameter, the Peclet number, is shown to be dependent on operating conditions of the mill.Comparisons between grinding results obtained during continuous operation and during batch operation under comparable conditions reveal the effect of residence time distributions. The particle size distribution of the continuously ground product can be calculated using batch grinding data and residence time distribution information. 相似文献

This paper proposes a modified operation mode of batch extractive distillation with two reboilers.The separation of ethanol and water using as ethylene glycol is well done to validate the feasibility of this mode.The pilot-plant experimental data under the identical operational conditions between the regular mode and the modified mode are in particular discussed.The studied results prove more practical advantages of the modified mode over the regular mode such as easier operation control,more flexibility and higher separation efficiency etc.So it supplies certain guidance for the industrial application of batch extractive distillation process. 相似文献

在糠醛气相催化加氢制糠醇单管实验基础上,提出了新的反应动力学模型,建立了该反应体系的拟均相二维平推流数学模型,用Powell优化方法对模型中参数进行估值。所建立模型能正确反映操作条件对反应器内温度分布和糠醇收率的影响,将它用于反应器模拟,计算结果与实测结果吻合较好。本文还应用该模型对糠醛加氢反应器进行模拟分析,得出了优化操作条件。 相似文献
