以ZnAc2、Al(NO3)3和Eu(NO3)3为原料,采用燃烧法制备掺杂Eu的ZnAl2O4:Eu2+长余辉荧光粉。探讨加入不同量的稀土Eu(NO3)3、不同燃烧温度和不同燃烧时间条件下,合成的ZnAl2O4:Eu2+长余辉荧光粉的发光效果。结果发现,当稀土加入量n(Eu)/n(Al)1/25,燃烧温度500~700℃,燃烧时间30 min时,制得的荧光粉发光效果最好。  相似文献

采用凝胶–燃烧法合成了掺Eu3+的Y3Al5O12(YAG:Eu3+)荧光粉。分别采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、发光光谱等测试手段分析了不同温度下煅烧所得粉体的物相、形貌与发光性质。XRD和SEM结果表明:YAG:Eu3+的最低合成温度为900℃,并且在该反应过程中没有中间相YAP(YAlO3)和YAM(YAl)的产生。1 100℃合成的晶粒尺寸比较均匀,平均粒径在90 nm左右。发光光谱的测试表明:在592 nm监控下的真空紫外激发光谱由峰值位于147、156、169nm和214nm的系列激发带组成,其分别归属于铝酸根的基质吸收以及Y3+和Eu3+的电荷迁移带吸收。在147nm激发下YAG:Eu3+荧光粉最强发射峰位于592nm处,属于Eu3+的5D0→7F1跃迁。Eu3+在基质中的最佳掺杂摩尔分数为4%。  相似文献

采用水热微乳液法合成了SrWO4:Dy3+,Gd3+系列发光材料。利用XRD、SEM和荧光测试对热处理后样品的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了表征。 XRD结果表明:SrWO4:Dy3+,Gd3+的结构属四方晶系。以365nm紫外光为激发源,测得SrWO4:0.05Dy3+,0.05Gd3+的发光光谱主要发光峰位于487nm、575nm处,分别对应于Dy3+的4 F9/2→6 H15/2、6 H13/2跃迁,Gd3+可以增强Dy3+发光强度;当Gd3+掺杂的摩尔分数大于2%时,出现了浓度猝灭现象。色坐标分析显示:荧光粉的色坐标随着掺杂离子Gd3+的浓度加入量改变而发生变化。 x(Gd3+)为1%的样品的色坐标为(0.332,0.311),位于标准白光点的色坐标范围内。  相似文献

研究了-H3BO3,NH4H2PO4,CaF2几种添加剂对Sr4Al14O25Eu,Dy发光性能的影响.结果发现这些添加剂的加入,有利于Sr4Al14O25相的生成.发射光谱显示,随着H3BO3,NH4H2PO4,CaF2的加入,Sr4Al14O25Eu,Dy磷光材料的发射光谱主峰出现蓝移现象.而且,添加剂的加入,不同程度上改善了Sr4Al14O25Eu,Dy磷光材料长余辉发光性能.尤其是H3BO3的加入,使Sr4Al14O25Eu,Dy材料的初始亮度大大提高,并使发光持续时间延长.初始亮度从1756mcd@m-2增加到5327mcd@m-2.  相似文献

用碳酸氢铵和氨水混合溶液作为复合沉淀剂制备了Al2O3:Eu红色荧光粉体。采用X射线衍射(XED)对粉体制备过程中的相变进行了研究。通过荧光分光光度计分析了Eu掺杂浓度和煅烧温度对Al2O3:Eu粉体发光性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用共沉淀法制备工艺,经过1050℃煅烧4h,可以得到发光强度高的荧光粉体。Eu^3+离子的最佳掺杂浓度为1mol%,在波长为254nm紫外光激发下,最强的发射波长出现在614nm附近。  相似文献

利用水热法合成了NaY(WO4)2:Dy3+上转换荧光粉. 通过XRD、SEM表征该荧光粉结构和形貌. 探讨了Dy3+浓度、pH值、反应温度及焙烧温度对NaY(WO4)2:Dy3+晶体结构、形貌及发光性能的影响,得到在Dy3+浓度为0.5%,pH=8,反应温度180℃,800℃焙烧条件下的样品具有最佳上转换发光性能. 利用776 nm近红外光激发NaY(WO4)2:Dy3+,观察到480 nm处的蓝光发射峰以及577 nm处的黄光发射峰. 其中蓝光来自Dy3+离子的4F9/2→6H15/2跃迁,黄光由Dy3+离子4F9/2→6H13/2跃迁产生.  相似文献

以柠檬酸为燃烧剂,采用低温燃烧法制备Dy:Yb3Al5O12(Dy∶YbAG)荧光粉。通过不同煅烧温度下样品的X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析,确定最佳煅烧温度为900℃。测试了室温下样品的激发光谱和发射光谱。结果表明:在359nm处激发峰最强,对应Dy3+的6 H15/2→6 P7/2能级跃迁;在486、587nm发射峰处得到了蓝光和黄光,分别对应Dy3+的4 F9/2→6 H1 5/2和4 F9/2→6 H1 3/2能级跃迁。计算了不同Dy3+摩尔分数掺杂的Dy∶YbAG的黄蓝光强度比,讨论了其对荧光粉发光颜色的影响,结果显示,当Dy3+掺杂摩尔分数为2%时,制备的2%Dy∶YbAG样品的发光性能最好。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
