Al3Ti4B细化剂和Al10Sr变质剂和ZL107合金显微组织的影响   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
研究了A13Ti4B细化剂和Al10Sr变质剂地ZL107合金显微组织的影响。结果表明:第一Al3Ti4B细化剂的添加量大于0.6%时,可使ZL107合金获得100-120μm左右的等轴枝晶,且其抗衰退期至少不小于240min,但对共晶硅没有变质作用,而一定量的Al10Sr变质剂除了至少能在240min内使共晶硅充分变质外,还对初生α(Al)晶粒具有一定的细化作用;当Al3Ti4B细化剂和Al10  相似文献

探索一种锶盐复合变质剂对ZL104铝合金变质的影响,在700℃下改变加入剂量和保温时间两个参数进行变质试验,得到未变质、变质不足、变质正常、变质过度和变质衰退的效果。采用金相显微镜观察,比较了不同变质工艺下的α-Al相和Si相的微观形貌,正交比较了各种工艺对应的变质结果。ZL104铝合金于700℃加入质量分数为0.6%的该锶盐复合变质剂(Sr元素理论含量为0.05%)保温60 min,其变质效果最佳。  相似文献

本文研究了AI-5Ti-1B、AI-3Ti-3B、AI-Ti-C中间合金对亚共晶铝硅合金ZL104的晶粒细化效果。结果表明:AI-3Ti-3B中间合金的细化作用明显优于AI-5Ti-B,而AI-Ti-C又优于前两者。AI-Ti-C中间合金含有大量细小的TiC相,它具有优异的细化α-AI晶粒的性能,是α-AI有效的异质结晶核心。  相似文献

Al-10Sr和Al-5Ti-0.2C对ZL101合金组织的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
在ZL101合金熔体中分别或同时添加不同量的Al-10Sr和Al-5Ti-0.2C,保温不同时间,利用光学显微镜和电镜扫描,研究了Al-10Sr,Al-5Ti-0.2C对ZL101合金组织的影响规律。试验结果表明,向ZL101合金中添加质量分数为0.5%的Al-10Sr,可使共晶Si从粗大的针、片状转变为细小的短纤维状,同时促进了α-Al枝晶的形核生长,晶粒尺寸在100-250μm之间。若添加质量分数为0.2%的Al-5Ti-0.2C,可使初生α-Al晶粒成为40-70μm的等轴晶,对共晶Si也有一定的变质作用。当同时加入Al-10Sr和Al-5Ti-0.2C时,α-Al枝晶和共晶Si同时得到细化和变质,这主要归功于Al-10Sr和Al-5Ti-0.2C对ZL101合金细化变质的交互作用。  相似文献

研究了Al-5Ti细化剂和Al-10Sr变质剂对A357合金金属型铸造时微观组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,单独细化晶粒的最佳Ti加入量为0.08%~0.14%,单独变质处理的最佳Sr加入量为0.005%~0.01%.当以单独细化晶粒的最佳Ti量和单独变质处理的最佳Sr量共同加入合金时,合金的力学性能却有所下降.适当增大Sr加入量可克服上述不利影响,并获得更好的效果.  相似文献

比较了两种不同Ti/B比的Al-Ti-B中间合金分别与Al-10Sr联合添加对A357亚共晶Al-Si合金的细化变质效果.试验结果表明:在相同Sr量变质条件下,本试验范围内,两种Al-Ti-B中间合金对A357合金的细化效果均随加入量增加而增强,但Al-3Ti-3B中间合金的细化效果明显优于等量的Al-5Ti-1B中间合金,Sr对两种Al-Ti-B中间合金的细化效果无明显干扰作用;Al-3Ti-3B能较大程度削弱Sr的变质效果,致使添加Al-3Ti-3B+Sr的A357合金力学性能低于等量添加Al-5Ti-1B+Sr的合金力学性能.  相似文献

研究了用稀土和钛硼细化剂细化处理的ZL104铝合金的铸态组织和其在半固态重熔加热过程中的组织变化。实验结果表明:稀土和钛硼都细化了合金的铸态组织,半固态重熔过程中都可获得球形初生α-Al晶粒。但钛硼细化效果比稀土好,获得的球形晶粒的圆整度高,初生α-Al晶粒的球化速度快。  相似文献

The effects of Al-10Sr master alloys on grain refinement of AZ31 magnesium alloy were investigated, and the refinement efficiency of different Al-10Sr master alloys (commercial, solubilized, rolled and remelted+rapidly cooled) was compared and analyzed. The results indicate that the morphology and size of Al4Sr phases in the microstructures of different Al-10Sr master alloys, are of great difference. For the commercial Al-10Sr master alloy, the Al4Sr phases evolve from coarse block shape to relatively fine block shape after being dissolved at 500 ℃ for 4 h and followed by water quenching; but after being rolled at 300 ℃ for 50% reduction or remelted and followed by rapid cooling, the Al4Sr phases mainly exhibit fine granule and fibre shapes. In addition, the different Al-10Sr master alloys can effectively reduce the grain size of AZ31 magnesium alloy, but their refinement efficiency is different. The refinement efficiency of the Al-10Sr master alloy obtained by remelting and rapid cooling is the best, then the rolled, solubilized and commercial Al-10Sr master alloys are in turn. The difference of refinement efficiency for different Al-10Sr master alloys may be related to the dissolution rates of Al4Sr phases with different morphologies and sizes in the melt of AZ31 magnesium alloy.  相似文献

The effects of various hydrogen contents on the flow stress(σ),strain rate sensitivity expo-nent(m)and the tensile elongation(δ)of Ti-6Al-4V alloy were studied.Themicrostructure of the alloy was also investigated.The results indicate that,a suitable amountof hydrogen in the alloy can reduce the flow stress in the temperature range 800—860℃.Consequently,the superplastic temperature can be decreased and the ductility improved.  相似文献

研究了不同稀土元素(RE)添加量对Al-10Sr中间合金组织的影响以及新型Al-10Sr-RE中间合金在Al-Si中的应用。结果表明:在Al-10Sr中间合金的基础上添加稀土(RE)元素能明显改善Al-10Sr中Al_4Sr相的形貌,即随着RE含量增加,Al_4Sr的形貌由针状向块状转变,当RE添加量达到4%(质量分数)时,Al_4Sr相完全成为块状。最佳RE添加量为4%,由此成功制备出了Al-10Sr-4RE中间合金变质剂。对Al-20Si合金的实际应用表明,初晶硅晶粒尺寸分布趋于均匀,晶粒较普通Al-10Sr变质剂减小1倍。  相似文献

研究了Al-5Ti-1B和Al-P中间合金对Al-Si活塞合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,加入0.2%Al-5Ti-1B中间合金能使经Al-P中间合金变质过的ZL109合金的共晶团和初晶硅进一步细化,抗拉强度也明显提高。随着Al-5Ti-1B加入的增加这种细化作用逐渐减小,当Al-5Ti-1B的加入量为2%时甚至使ZL109中的初晶硅变粗,抗拉强度也随之降低。  相似文献

本文采用引入单晶Si籽晶的方法,考察Sr变质Al-22%Si合金中Si相的生长行为。结果表明Sr影响Si相的形核与生长。表面分析指出Sr在{111}_(Si)上的吸附是Sr影响Si相形核生长的原因,而变质共晶组织则是Sr使共晶领先相发生改变的结果。  相似文献

The microstrueture and various hydrides precipitated in Ti-6A1-4V alloys containinghydrogen 0.16,0.58,0.87,1.49 wt-%,respectively,have been studied by means of TEM andX-ray diffraction.The Ti_3Al phase may precipitate when H over 0.58 wt-%.In the sametime,the morphology of hydrides gradually changed from rugged sheets to narrow laths asH contents increased.The microstructure of highly H-doped alloys is obviously fine.A mas-sive hydride and the hydride with tetragonal lattice were observed in the specimen containing1.49 wt-%H.The twin hydrides were found in the alloys with different H contents and theelectron diffraction patterns of the twin hydrides can be served as a simple criterion for distin-guishing the cubic and tetragonal structures.  相似文献
