Coal topping gasification refers to a process that extracts the volatiles contained in coal into gas and tar rich in chemical structures in advance of gasification. The technology can be implemented in a reactor system coupling a fluidized bed pyrolyzer and a transport bed gasifier in which coal is first pyrolyzed in the fluidized bed before being forwarded into the transport bed for gasification. The present article is devoted to investigating the pyrolysis of lignite and bituminite in a fluidized bed reactor. The results showed that the highest tar yield appeared at 823 to 923 K for both coals. When coal ash from CFB boiler was used as the bed material, obvious decreases in the yields of tar and pyrolysis gas were observed. Pyrolysis in a reaction atmosphere simulating the pyrolysis gas composition of coal resulted in a higher production of tar. Under the conditions of using CFB boiler ash as the bed material and the simulated pyrolysis gas as the reaction atmosphere, the tar yields for pyrolytic topping in a fluidized bed reactor was about 11.4 wt.% for bituminite and 6.5 wt.% for lignite in dry ash-free coal base.  相似文献

在循环流化床锅炉上耦合流化床热解反应器既可提供电力又副产热解油,明显提高煤的利用价值。在这个过程中,热解反应器通常利用自身产生的热解气作为流化介质。本文考察了模拟热解气反应气氛对流化床煤热解拔头制取热解油产率的影响,并利用TG-FTIR分析了焦油官能团组成及随TG温度的变化。针对锅炉用烟煤的实验结果表明:采用热解气作为反应气氛时焦油产率最大,相对无水无灰基煤达13%。反应气氛中H2和CO2的存在不利于焦油生成,但CO 和CH4的加入提高了焦油产率;H2的加入有利于焦油中酚羟基、羧基类化合物生成,同时也促进了脂肪族化合物的裂解;CH4的存在可以提高焦油中单环芳烃、脂肪族及酚羟基类化合物的含量。  相似文献

Lignite‐based polygeneration systems for coproducing tar and electricity with and without carbon capture and storage (CCS) were proposed and simulated. Predried lignite was pyrolyzed into coal gas, tar, and char. Coal gas was fired in a gas turbine after the cleanup process, while char was combusted in circulating fluidized‐bed (CFB) boilers. The polygeneration plant without CCS turned out to be more efficient than the conventional CFB power plant, suggesting that the former is a promising and efficient option to utilize lignite resources. Moreover, the performance and emissions of polygeneration plants with and without CCS were compared. It was shown that the more CO2 is captured, the larger energy penalty it will cost. Therefore, a trade‐off should be made between low emissions and high efficiency.  相似文献

A poly-generation process of simulated circulating fluidized bed (CFB) combustion combined with coal pyrolysis was developed in a laboratory scale. Pyrolysis characteristics of three bituminous coals with high volatile contents were investigated in a fixed bed with capacity of 10 kg solid samples. The effects of initial temperature of solid heat carrier, pyrolysis holding time, blending (ash/coal) ratio and coal particle size on gas and tar yields were studied experimentally. The results indicate that the initial temperature of the heat carrier is the key factor that affects the gas and tar yield, and the gas composition. Most of the gas and the tar are released during the first few minutes of the pyrolysis holding time. For caking coal, the amount of char agglomerating on the pyrolyzer inner wall is reduced by enhancing the blending ratio. The experimental results may provide basic engineering data or information for the process design of CFB combustion combined with coal pyrolysis in a large scale.  相似文献

On the basis of the physical and chemical performance of Huadian oil shale and the design experience of Huadian 65 t/h oil shale-fired circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler operation, this paper introduces several main characteristics of oil shale, such as platy structure, high volatile and Ca/S content, and low ignition temperature, which are relevant to the design of CFB boiler, and analyses key design technologies of large-scale oil shale-fired circulating fluidized bed boiler. The design principles of large-scale oil shale-fired CFB boiler are suggested: (1) to adopt a II-shape configuration natural circulation mode with medium-temperature cyclone with downward gas exhaust, reliable antiwear technology and self-desulfurization technology; (2) to determine a circulating ratio of 6, hot state superficial air velocity of 5–6 m/s, combustion portion of about 0.5–0.6 in dense phase zone, and air velocity at the nozzle hole of air cap of 50–60 m/s; (3) to adopt an igniting system with hot gas generator below distributor plate and oil guns as auxiliary ignition device above distributor plate, and fluidized bed ash cooler retrieving the heat taken by hot slag. Lastly, the design scheme of 420 t/h superhigh pressure oil shale-fired CFB boiler is put forward and the general configuration and technical data are given at the end of this paper.  相似文献

将高密度三塔式循环流化床(TBCFB)应用于串并联综合型多联产系统,提出一种基于碳循环的流程与参数共优化的煤基多联产系统,促进低阶煤资源的高质高效转化。碳循环体现在两方面,一是系统以热解煤气循环作为热解气氛,提高了焦油产率,实现低阶煤高质化转化;二是在TBCFB使用富氧燃烧,提高了烟气中二氧化碳浓度,将烟气替代氮气直接用于燃气轮机发电工质,减少了氮气消耗。利用Aspen Plus对全系统进行模拟,对多联产系统进行物料、能量和?衡算,研究未反应合成气循环比和烟气注入量对过程的影响;以能量利用效率为优化目标,对煤基多联产碳循环系统的操作条件寻优。结果表明,动力单元注入气体使用烟气时,煤基多联产碳循环系统的能量利用效率达49.7%,高于用氮气作为热解气氛的传统煤基多联产系统,相比传统的单产系统,煤基多联产系统的能量可节约13%,对于年处理30万吨煤的系统,折合减少二氧化碳排放量为14.9万吨/年。  相似文献

建立了福建无烟煤细颗粒燃烧模型,计算了其在容量35 t/h循环流化床锅炉炉膛内的燃尽时间和一次通过炉膛的停留时间,分析了不同粒径煤颗粒在不同燃烧温度和不同烟气流速时在CFB锅炉内的燃尽时间和停留时间的变化差异. 实验研究了福建无烟煤粒径对飞灰碳含量的影响及燃尽的影响. 结果表明,细煤颗粒的燃尽时间与停留时间均随粒径增大而增长,但燃尽时间增幅更明显,颗粒一次通过炉膛完全燃尽的临界粒径约为0.15 mm;粒径越大的颗粒其停留时间和燃尽时间对烟气流速和燃烧温度变化越敏感;无烟煤入炉粒径明显影响CFB锅炉飞灰含碳量,选用粒度为3~8 mm的偏粗颗粒为宜.  相似文献

A one-dimensional, steady state, numerical model for coal pyrolysis by solid heat carrier in moving-bed has been developed. The multiple-reaction model of coal pyrolysis and the gas–solid–solid three phases heat transfer theory in packed bed have been applied to account for the pyrolysis process. The results show that the axial temperature distribution of the coal particles increase with a heating rate more than 600 K/min. Coal particle size has significant influence on the heating rate, while blending ratio is the determinant factor of pyrolysis temperature. Given the main operating parameters, product distributions (H2, CO, CH4, tar, etc) are calculated by the model. The modeling results are found to agree the experimental data using a moving-bed pyrolyzer with processing capacity 10 kg h?1 of coal.  相似文献

以开发循环流化床(CFB)燃烧/煤热解分级转化工艺为应用背景,为在移动床混合段内利用有限高度空间达到理想的灰/煤混合效果,建立了内置锥面形挡板结构的固-固冷态混合实验装置,并对颗粒的混合特性进行了研究。分别以石英砂和硅胶模拟CFB循环灰和煤,采用挡板重力混合的方法,探究了挡板角度、层数、放置方式(对向和旋转放置)以及物料混合比等因素对混合效果的影响,并与机械混合实验进行了对比。结果表明,在混合过程中颗粒的混合和分散是并存的,旋转放置30°的挡板层数越多,硅胶和石英砂颗粒混合越均匀,混合物料中石英砂比例越高,混合效果越好。通过优化挡板结构及设置方式强化对流混合和剪切混合可明显改善固-固混合效果。虽然与机械混合相比,挡板混合效果略差,但在一定操作范围内仍可满足灰/煤混合热解工艺的要求。  相似文献

在循环流化床(CFB)煤燃烧/热解双反应器冷态实验装置上,以硅胶和电厂锅炉灰为实验物料,考察了立管内的气固流动特性,其中立管的内径44mm、高3m。研究结果表明,立管内的气固流动形态为移动床流动,Leung的立管流动模型适合对该系统中立管内移动床流动的描述,经拟合分别得到了立管内气、同速率以及气同相对速率与固体速率之间的经验方程,对热态实验过程中判断立管内的气固流动型态以及料封的稳定性均具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

通过分析两台容量相近的循环流化床锅炉和煤粉锅炉飞灰样品的粒径分布、表面结构特性、未燃尽碳含量、反应性和汞含量,探究两种类型锅炉飞灰特性差异及其与飞灰汞吸附能力的关系。结果表明:循环流化床和煤粉锅炉尾端除尘设备排灰口飞灰汞的含量分别为1584.0 ng/g和503.7 ng/g,其原因与飞灰粒径、未燃尽碳含量和表面特性相关。对于循环流化床锅炉,飞灰中汞含量随其粒径和反应性温度的减小而增加,随未燃尽碳含量增加而增加,且与比表面积和吸附量呈正相关关系。对于煤粉锅炉,粒径为75~53 μm的飞灰对汞吸附能力较强,未燃尽碳含量明显小于循环流化床所产生飞灰的含量,飞灰比表面积随粒径变化不大,由此导致煤粉锅炉除尘设备排灰口所取样品对汞的吸附能力远低于循环流化床锅炉相对应位置飞灰对汞的吸附能力。  相似文献

The material balance in CFB furnace is important for the performance of the boiler.The bed inventory consists of coal ash and desulfurizing agent.In order to design properly the boiler and auxiliary,the engineers need to know the ash formation characteristics. Generally, the most reliable method to get ash formation data of a coal is to burn it in the real industrial CFB boiler. Due to the high cost and difficulties in sampling in such a test,people have to present other simple method on ash formation.The present investigation is proposing a simple laboratory test procedure to study ash formation by static combustion and sieving.Validation of the method is given.  相似文献

对比了现有煤热解制油气技术的特点,从反应工程“三传一反”的角度系统分析和概括了煤热解过程中挥发分在颗粒内生成和释放、颗粒间扩散和反应器中停留等关键步骤中的热量、质量传递和挥发分二次反应对油气品质的影响,揭示了目前碎煤热解制油气技术普遍存在的目标产品产率低、品质差、含尘量高等技术难题的根源,并总结出煤定向热解调控的有效措施,即在挥发分生成和半焦缩聚段采用高温加热和快速传递的传热方式,在挥发分扩散过程中利用半焦床层重整焦油和过滤灰尘,在反应器中设置气体通道导流挥发分的定向溢出。针对研究团队前期开发的内构件移动床定向热解理念,介绍了导热板和集气腔等内构件的作用机制,即通过导热板和中心集气腔等内构件进行传热强化、热解气流动的有序引导,实现热量和挥发分的同向扩散和传递;通过移动床中颗粒的缓慢运动和床层的过滤作用除尘;概述了1~5 kg/次基础实验、反应器结构内传热和流动模拟,100 kg/次模试分析和1000 t/a中试验证的研究结果,充分证实了该技术在同步提高油气质量与品质、降低油中尘含量等方面的优势和对碎煤原料的适用性;基于上述研究形成了内构件定向热解技术及基于该技术的热/电-油-气联产技术。  相似文献

针对循环流化床锅炉污染物生成量较低的特点,分析了锅炉SO_2生成量的影响因素,不同脱硫工艺的优缺点,结合试验研究结果和工程应用实例提出了循环流化床锅炉实现SO_2超低排放的技术。结果表明:循环流化床锅炉SO_2生成量取决于煤的硫分中可燃硫所占比例、煤灰中CaO等碱金属氧化物含量和锅炉运行参数,运行参数中床温影响最大;通过优化锅炉运行参数降低SO_2生成量,炉内干法高效脱硫和烟气脱硫相结合的深度脱硫技术可以实现SO_2超低排放的目标,并具有更高的调节灵活性和运行可靠性;烟气脱硫工艺的选取上,CFB-FGD半干法脱硫工艺相对于石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺更具有经济优势。  相似文献
