为探讨微生物采油技术在吉林油田应用的可行性,掌握微生物采油技术的基本方法、原理、特点及矿场实施工艺,较为系统地开展了矿场应用先导性试验。通过扶余油田单井微生物吞吐、水井微生物调驱,前大油田微生物清防蜡,新立油田解堵增注矿场试验的基因跟踪检测和动态分析,说明了影响矿场试验增产效果的主要因素。微生物吞吐250井次、增油18703t,微生物清防蜡591井次、增油22178t,水井微生物调驱13井次,增油6095t,激活本源菌7井次,增油709t,投入产出比大于1:2。微生物采油技术见效慢、增产幅度小,但经济效益好。 相似文献

方法:利用微生物采油技术对裂缝性低渗透油田进行开采。目的:解决交力格油田采油速度低,开采程度较差的问题。结果:微生物采油技术在交力格油田3口井上实施后,至今已正常生产6个月,累积增油783t,实际创效益78.3574万元。结论:微生物采油技术在一定程度上解决了油藏的层间矛盾。提高了储量动用程度,为开发裂缝性低参透油田找到了出路,具有很好的应用价值。 相似文献

Food packaging materials fundamentally contribute to food quality and safety, as they protect the packaged food against external influences. In this context, the determination of the hygiene status of the packaging material is of great importance. However, European legislation neither sets any microbiological criteria nor provides any approved standard for the microbiological testing of food packaging materials. Nevertheless, reliable routine control is essential for guaranteeing high hygienic quality of packagings.With the aim to achieve a maximum recovery rate at low contamination levels, an improved experimental design was developed for the enumeration of the total colony count, yeasts and molds and Enterobacteriaceae on the surface of roll stock packaging materials. For this purpose, two different types of paper laminates were selected and exemplarily used as objects of investigation. Moreover, the performance of different growth media was compared for each microbiological parameter. This approach was followed by method validation using a selection of quantitative reference materials of representative microorganisms, including resistant forms of microbes such as bacterial endospores and fungal spores. 相似文献

During validation and verification of the system for the proper implementation of HACCP principles, it is essential to rely on microbiological data. Considerable science research has been carried out during the last twenty years on sampling and testing of carcasses for hygiene criteria. This includes the preferable indicator microorganisms to be used, in order to indicate the general hygiene of slaughtering procedures, the evaluation of microbiological data gathered and the sampling methods. Furthermore, European Union (EU) and the United States have adopted the procedures for HACCP validation and verification in their legislation. The aim of this review is to demonstrate the relevant modern trends in this field of food science. In conclusion, microbiological data based on the indicators should be interpreted only to assess general trends in the hygiene process of the operator in order to take corrective action. Microbiological results, obtained only at the end of the slaughtering process, do not provide information on the cause of the problem. Therefore, ‘process-based’ microbiological criteria which are based on values measured at various stages of the process, including final carcass values, should be used. Finally, in order to implement an adequate monitoring system, non-destructive techniques of carcass sampling could be used instead of excision. The microbial recovery may be lower, but it is proportional to the excision recovery and therefore, non-destructive techniques, like swabbing with sponges, could be a practical sampling method for the estimation of indicators during the slaughtering procedure and hygiene evaluation. 相似文献

为了避免防砂与排砂采油的不利因素,充分利用二者的有利因素,在现场试验和理论分析的基础上,提出了“稠油有限排砂采油”开采方式。有限防砂是伴随有取排砂采油概念而生的一个新概念,是指防止大于或者等于一定粒径的油层砂随原油运移,而允许较小粒径的油层砂随原油运移的防砂技术。用经济评价手段来确定在整个油田开发期内应该采取何种非热力开采方式,结果会有3种可能性:(1)排砂采油在整个油田开发期内是最适合的方式;(2)防砂采油在整个油田开发期内最适合的方式;(3)有限排砂采油,即在整个油田开发期内先排砂采油,后有限防砂采油才是最适合的方式。文中推荐一种简单的确定防砂采油接替排砂采油最佳时机的方法。 相似文献

Pilot tests of a combined process for enhanced oil recovery developed on the basis of inorganic gelforming and oil-displacing compositions were performed in the Las-Eganskoe oil field, Western Siberia. The components of the surfactant-based oil-displacing composition were nitrogen compounds that serve in dilute solutions as a nutrient substrate stimulating the growth and oxygenase activity of reservoir biocenosis. Metabolic products that increase the oil-washing efficiency of the composition accumulate during the oxidation of petroleum hydrocarbons. The complex technology suggests the enhancement of oil recovery via an increase in the reservoir sweep efficiency by flooding with the gel-forming composition and in the oil displacement efficiency by the detergent composition and the microbiological component. Field tests of the method were performed on three test areas of the Jurassic horizon of the Las-Eganskoe oil field. 相似文献
