In this paper, the bilinear control strategy for paper-making process is developed based on the characteristic of paper-making process. The bilinear decoupling control, bilinear observer and bilinear disturbance compensator as the typical techniques are discussed. Their applications to the headbox control of a paper machine at a real paper mill, as an example, are presented. On-line operation and simulation results show that the performance of the bilinear control system is satisfactory. 相似文献

为提高拉丝过程的生产率并确保丝径的均匀性,本文提出了新颖的闭环控制方法.通过应用Karhunen-Loeve法所提取的分布参数系统的主导特征函数,构造了简单有效的P控制率.该控制方法不依赖于系统的数学模型,且设定值能自行生成.模拟计算表明该法为分布参数系统的黑箱控制开辟了又一途径. 相似文献

The performance of control systems on industrial processes is often constrained—constraints on the process inputs and outputs. Effective control algorithms must be cognizant of the presence of these constraints. Generic Model Control (GMC) is a model-based control framework for both linear and nonlinear systems without explicit constraint handling. In this paper, it is shown that an adaptive approach can be incorporated within GMC to accommodate the constraints by adapting one of the two GMC parameters during the control procedure. Adaptation is determined to be necessary when the predicted process state and output variables as calculated by the process model violate their constrained values. The adaption is achieved through assessing the sensitivities of the constraints to the GMC parameters. Two non-linear examples are presented which demonstrate the efficiency of the approach. 相似文献

ABSTRACT Generating the best possible control strategy comprises a necessity for industrial processes, by virtue of product quality, cost reduction and design simplicity. Three different control approaches, namely an Input-Output linearizing, a fuzzy logic and a PID controller, are evaluated for the control of a fluidized bed dryer, a typical non-linear drying process of wide applicability. Based on several closed loop characteristics such as settling times, maximum overshoots and dynamic performance criteria such as IAE, ISE and ITAE, it is shown that the Input-Ouput linearizing and the fuzzy logic controller exhibit a better performance compared to the PID controller tuned optimally with respect to the IAE, for a wide range of disturbances; yet, the relevant advantage of the fuzzy logic over the conventional nonlinear controller issues upon its design simplicity. Typical load rejection and set-point tracking examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 相似文献
