一种基于分块思想的多纸张缺陷一次提取算法   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2       下载免费PDF全文
为了解决纸张缺陷检测中多个纸病区域的提取实时性问题,提出了一种采用“先分块、后合并”思想直接对实时图像数据流进行处理的并行化纸病提取算法。该算法充分利用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的并行处理特性,在跨时钟域对图像数据进行传输的同时,在另一个分支流程中并行地对分块缺陷连通域进行标记以获取每个缺陷的相对位置坐标,最后以包围盒的形式提取出纸张缺陷区域。该算法基于分块思想,分支处理过程不需要消耗主流程额外的处理时间且硬件资源占用率极小。实验结果表明,该算法能够准确、快速地提取出各种常见纸张缺陷,具有很强的灵活性和实时性,能够满足在线纸病检测的实时性要求。  相似文献

针对纸病检测系统普遍存在的快速性与实时性均较差问题,借鉴人眼视觉中“选择性注意”机制,提出了采用“选择性缓存处理”方法快速提取与检测纸病。系统采用“CCD + FPGA”的模式,利用FPGA流水线并行处理特性对线阵CCD采集到的图像数据流进行预处理与特征提取,并同时缓存纸病区域图像。由于整个处理过程为流水线式并行处理,且仅缓存纸病区域图像,因此极大地提高了纸病提取检测的速度并节约大量的存储空间。结果表明,该方法硬件资源占用率极小,且能快速、准确地提取纸病信息,具有很强的灵活性与实时性,可以满足高速纸机实时检测的需求。  相似文献

本课题提出了一种适合高速宽幅造纸机纸病在线实时检测的复合算法,该算法的基本思想是:首先通过快速傅里叶变换(fast Fourier transform,FFT)将时域图像转换到频域,以便使用频域图像与高斯(Gaussian)高通滤波器做乘积运算进行滤波;再通过快速傅里叶逆变换(inverse fast Fourier transform,IFFT)将频域中的图像转换到时域,以便下一步使用运算速度较快的分水岭算法对滤波后的图像进行快速缺陷分割,实现纸病在线实时检测。利用采集到的2000余张纸病图片进行纸病检测实验,结果表明,本课题提出的复合算法具有快速、高效、适用性强、分割效果好等优点,可满足纸病在线检测对图像处理算法实时性和准确性两方面的要求。  相似文献

提出了一种基于图像灰度变换和BP神经网络的纸病识别算法。该算法是利用动态双阈值法和图像合成法对图像进行预处理,提取出纸病的特征值,再利用BP神经网络对纸病进行分类。结果表明,BP神经网络分类器可以很好地识别出纸病图像中的孔洞、脏点和褶皱,平均识别率达93.8%。  相似文献

利用机器视觉和深度学习算法对纽扣缺陷进行检测。首先对纽扣图像滤波去噪处理,提取轮廓并获取图像特征;接着对图像阈值分割,对二值图像标记连通域,完成纽扣区域分割及轮廓提取,通过轮廓数目判断是否存在多孔、少孔和外形轮廓缺陷;最后使用YOLOv4算法训练纽扣缺陷类型,实现四眼塑料纽扣缺陷检测。验证结果表明纽扣缺陷检测精度达到了95.5%,单个纽扣平均检测时间为0.89s,满足工程应用需求。  相似文献

针对当前农作物病害诊断存在的效率较低、难以保证精确度等问题,提出运用计算机图像处理技术进行棉花害螨病斑特征提取的方法.该方法以棉花害螨病叶为研究对象,利用中值滤波法对噪声的干扰进行有效的去除;结合运用超绿特征2G-R-B分割算法和面积阈值法将害螨病斑区域从病叶图像中有效分离出来;最后依据分割好的病斑样本图像,运用二值图像区域标记法准确提取出病斑的8个形状特征值.对提取的数据进行分析,得出病斑的圆形度、伸长度紧凑度和内切圆半径等4个相对值特征能有效地体现病斑的形状特征,可以作为识别病害症状的依据.试验结果表明,该方法准确有效.  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于防复印底纹的文档保护方法.其中,防复印底纹包括背景图案区域和标记图形单元区域,标记图形单元的形状和位置关系代表了安全标识信息.同时提出了一种快速的安全标识信息识别算法.实验表明,该算法效率较高,实现简单,占用资源较少,适于嵌入到图像复制设备的硬件芯片中,从而达到对安全文档实时保护的目的.  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
