由于高光注塑模具结构和工艺的特殊性,模具型腔板在工作过程中会由于加热和冷却的交替变化受到较大的热应力和产生较大的变形,进而加快模具的疲劳开裂。本文以液晶平板电视机面板高光注塑模具为例,分析了该模具产生的热变形和热疲劳机理,获得了高光注塑模具型腔板加热阶段的热变形情况。本文的研究结果对优化高光模具结构,提高高光模具的使用寿命具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

本文借助大型有限元工程软件ANSYS对某款薄壁注塑模具进行应力,应变分析和尺寸优化.首先将模具整体几何模型导入到ANSYS中,然后,考虑模具的实际工作载荷和边界约束对其施加位移和压力边界条件,以模拟其真实的注塑环境,并对整个模具进行网格剖分和应力、应变分析.最后,尺寸优化设计为模具改进提出了参考方案. 相似文献

Datum dimensioning (or ordinate dimensioning) technique is very popular in plastic injection mould drawings where the location
dimensions of a large number of hole features must be specified in the drawings of the mould plates. Although commercial CAD/CAM
systems provide semi-automatic tools to assist the designer in the dimensioning process, it is still a very tedious process,
as the user has to specify the location of each dimension tag. This paper reports a completely automatic method where optimal
placements of the dimension tags can be determined. The method employs dynamic programming technique to optimize the dimension
process with respect to several criteria that can be selected by the user. The method has been implemented and incorporated

Very often, outsourced components (known as standard components) are used for reducing design effort and product cost in mould design. They are usually manufactured by specialised suppliers. 3D CAD parametric models of these components will significantly reduce mould design lead-time and cost, and enhance design flexibility. This paper presents the detailed object definition, design, and implementation of a Standard Component Library within a mould design software package, QuickMould. With many components from different suppliers implemented, it is believed that the object design has generic nature and can be expanded to include most mechanical components in a collaborative environment. The advantages of this implementation are the compressed data structure, the ease of use and simple customisation. 相似文献
