通过合理设计成分和性能,采用Nb Ti复合微合金化技术和结晶器喂稀土丝等工艺,开发生产了JCL355载重汽车轮辐钢板,JCL355钢的平均屈强比达0.77,钢板晶粒度在8级以上。经用户使用验证,JCL355钢冲压和焊接性能良好,耐疲劳性能达到原用20g钢板的2倍。 相似文献

采用高频真空感应炉在1 550℃的Ar气氛中冶炼不同钛含量的钛、铌微合金化钢并对其进行热处理。分析了钛加入量对钢的成分、组织结构、钢中典型夹杂物及宏观力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用Al脱氧后的钛、铌微合金化钢氧含量降低到0.002 0%左右,合金元素的利用率超过80%。钢中的夹杂物主要有球形或近似球形的Al2O3、SiO2、TiOx及其复合夹杂。(Ti,Nb)(C,N)、NbC、TiC夹杂以氧化物夹杂为核心析出。随着钛合金加入量的增加,钢样中的部分夹杂物形貌由球形发展成长方形。经共聚焦激光扫描高温显微镜热处理过的钢样中析出较多细小的(Ti,Nb)(C,N)夹杂物。随着钛含量的增加,热处理后的钢中小于1μm夹杂物数量急剧增加,尺寸大于1μm的夹杂物的数量呈现减少的趋势。高温在线金相组织分析表明:钢中钛加入量增加,高温奥氏体晶粒变小,钢的组织细化,从而钢的宏观硬度增高。 相似文献

介绍了含0.085%Ti微合金元素的780 MPa级冷轧热处理双相钢的试制工艺流程,观察和测试了试验钢的组织,织构和性能,并与相关学者的类似研究做了比较.结果表明:试验钢经过连退工艺后,获得了多边形铁素体和分布在铁素体晶界上的岛状马氏体组织,并有少量贝氏体存在;Ti的添加有细晶强化和沉淀强化的作用,经连退热处理后试验钢的强度达到780 MPa级,拉伸时铁素体中的TiC颗粒钉扎和阻碍位错运动,试验钢出现屈服平台;连退后试验钢组织中铁素体晶粒间多为大角度晶界,且α纤维织构较强,γ纤维织构较弱. 相似文献

Commercially produced 0.03 % C, 0.08 % Nb, 0.01 % Ti high strength low alloyed (HSLA) steel in the form of 20 mm thick plates was investigated. The steel was thermomechanically processed and the mechanical properties of the steel were evaluated by tensile testing. Using analytical and high resolution transmission electron microscopy the distribution, morphology, composition, crystal structure and particle size of niobium and titanium carbonitrides were observed and identified in these steels. The distribution of the precipitates was found to be nearly random, with occasional occurrence of precipitation free zones. Complex agglomerates with a cubic TiN seed crystal overgrown by a cubic NbC particle were the most commonly observed precipitates. Further TEM analysis in the accelerated cooled and tempered specimens in 1/4 plate thickness did not reveal any evidence that additional precipitation in the ferrite occurred. Precipitation in ferrite was only detected after subsequent cold deformation and tempering of the same samples. By a combination of EFTEM, STEM, HRTEM in addition to EDX spectroscopy, a large population of strain induced NbC precipitates with fcc crystal structure ranging in size down to 2 nm were identified in the ferrite matrix. 相似文献

This article describes a thermo‐mechanical‐microstructural model for deformation of niobium microalloyed steel in the two‐phase range of temperatures. Results of physical and numerical modeling are presented. The physical simulation experiments include plastometric and dilatometric tests, as well as industrial rolling trial. Plastometric tests were performed to describe the flow stress for the wide range of temperatures, including ferritic, two‐phase, and austenitic states. Two‐stage deformation tests were performed to identify the microstructure evolution model. Dilatometric tests were used to identify the model of phase transformation. A model of the kinetics of the precipitation was adapted from the literature. The coefficients in all the models were identified using inverse analysis. Developed models were implemented in the finite element code. In order to improve the accuracy of the flow stress predictions in the two‐phase phase temperature range, internal variable dislocation density model was included, as well. The proposed combination of models correctly predicted microstructure changes and mechanical properties in the two‐phase range, during the transformations of the thermo‐mechanical treatment. The properties of titanium carbonitride Ti(C_xN_(1-x))inclusions precipitated during solidification of tire cord steels and the thermodynamic conditions for their decomposition and solid solution during billet heating were investigated using a thermodynamics method.The solid solution of Ti(C_xN_(1-x))inclusions during high-temperature heating was also studied experimentally.The results revealed that:(1)the higher the content of carbon in the tire cord steel is,the greater the value of xin the Ti(C_xN_(1-x))inclusions is;(2)the higher the content of carbon in the tire cord steel is,the earlier the Ti(C_xN_(1-x))inclusions precipitated during the solidification process and the lower the solidification front temperature is during precipitation;(3)when an 82 Asteel sample was heated to 1 087℃,the Ti(C_xN_(1-x))inclusions possess the thermodynamic conditions of decomposition and solid solution;and(4)when 82 Asamples were heated to 1 150 and 1 250 ℃,the total number of Ti(C_xN_(1-x))inclusions larger than 5 μm in diameter decreased by55.0% and 70.3%,respectively.In addition,although smaller inclusions with diameter less than 2 μm continued to decompose when the sample was heated at 1 250℃for 2 hand then cooled to 1 000℃in the furnace,the number of inclusions larger than 5 μm in diameter increased. 相似文献

The precipitates and hydrogen permeation behavior were studied in the low carbon steel for enameling.During the preparation of samples,Ti containing and Ti free in vanadium-bearing microalloyed low carbon steel heating at 750℃ for 3 h,were adopted after cold-rolling.It was found that the a large number of fine VC,TiC,TiN and Ti 4 C 2 S 2 precipitates were in samples of Vanadium-bearing microalloyed low carbon steel with Ti element.And fine VC,Fe 3 C and MnS precipitates were in steels without Ti element.So the numbers of precipitates in the former is more bigger than the later.The activation energies for hydrogen diffusion in both samples are 26.5 and 23.7 kJ/mol,respectively.But at 25℃,the effective diffusion coefficients in the samples for Ti containing and Ti free in Vanadium-bearing microalloyed low carbon steel were measured as 2.71×10-6 and 4.22×10-6 cm 2 /s,respectively.No fishscaling defect occurred in the former and heavy fishscaling defect in the later. 相似文献

Dynamic and Static Recrystallization Behavior of Low Carbon High Niobium Microalloyed Steel 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
The recrystallization behavior of a low carbon high Nb microalloyed steel was investigated using Continuous and interrupted hot compression tests. The results showed that the onset of dynamic recrystallization (DRX) could be detected from inflection in the plot of the strain hardening rate θ against stress σ regardless of whether the stress peak appears or not. According to Zener-Hollomon parameter the activity energy of DRX (Qdef) was obtained, and a new modified expression calculating Qdef was proposed in consideration of the chemical composition of experimental steel. Applying the 2% offset method the static softening fraction was determined. The graphic representation of the softening fraction vs. interrupt time gave the information of the non-static recrystallization temperature (about 1000℃)and the relationship of precipitation-time-temperature. Static recrystallization kinetics follow Avrami’s law in high deformation temperature, and different values of the exponent n were given to illustrate the different effects of Nb element on static recrystallization at different deformation temperature. 相似文献

Using Gleeble 1500 system, the influence of holding time on bainite transformation in deformed niobium microalloyed steel during continuous cooling was analyzed, and the carbides in upper bainite were also systematically researched. The results show that the occurrence of the static recrystallization decreases the amount of bainite with an increase in the holding time and the emergence of retained austenite (RA) with the longer holding time. Two types of carbides were observed in upper bainite with regard to their precipitation sites. They either existed between the bainite ferrite laths or co existed with RA. The formation mechanism of two kinds of carbides was analyzed by combining TEM micrographs with the model. 相似文献

The precipitates on austenite grain boundaries in an Nb-V-Ti microalloyed steel have been investigated by transmission electron microscope (TEM) examination of carbon extraction replica. The replica was prepared from specimen etched with saturated picric solution rather than Nital which is conventionally used. Then particles on both grain boundaries and triple point of grain boundaries were clearly observed and identified as (Nb,Ti)(C,N) particles. In case of conventional way, it is difficult to determine the location of particles with respect to austenite grain boundaries. The number of particles observed in new way developed was greatly reduced compared with that found in replica prepared by the conventional way, which may be caused by the dissolution of partial precipitates during the etching with longer time and at higher temperature involved in new way. Despite this, the new way developed provides an effective way to determine the precipitate particles on austenite grain boundaries. 相似文献

For a V-Ti-N microalloyed steel with 0.34%C-1.54%Mn,intragranular ferrite (IGF) was obtained in both isothermal austenite decomposition processes and thermomechanical processes simulating the industrial seamless tubing manufacture process.Results show that with decrease of the isothermal temperature in range of 600℃ down to 450℃,not only the morphology of IGF changed from equiaxed to acicular,but also the equiaxed IGF and the acicular IGF were refined.More importantly,it is found that the amount of equiaxed ferrite increased significantly in the thermomechanical process sample water quenched from 550℃ after 800℃ deformation than that in the isothermally treated sample at 550℃ sample without hot deformation.It implies that appropriate controlled deformation with controlled cooling can significantly promote equiaxed IGF formation,and not solely rely on nucleation mechanisms related with inclusions.Hot deformation of austenite without dynamic and complete static recrystallization causes high energy regions,therefore further promotes the nucleation potency of IGF. 相似文献
