为解决主机厂涂装车间工程黄色汽车内板水性漆膜针孔问题,首先通过调整工艺参数来模拟真实针孔弊病,再运用单因素变量的方法,分析讨论工程黄色面漆配方中溶剂种类及用量、消泡剂、润湿分散剂以及不同树脂组合搭配等不同因素对针孔的影响。结果表明:沸点低的溶剂含量越多,越易加速面漆漆膜的表干,从而加重出现针孔的程度;添加不同种类消泡剂对针孔问题无明显改善;优良的润湿分散剂可有效改善针孔问题;调整改善色浆研磨树脂的种类搭配可消除针孔。研磨树脂的选择是影响此次工程黄色汽车内板水性漆膜针孔的关键因素,选择与配方体系相容性佳的树脂对色漆产品良好的施工性至关重要。 相似文献

一、引言用水性漆作底漆进行电泳涂装,目前已经广泛应用于汽车制造业。我厂有十多条这样的生产线投入生产,几年的生产实践证明,它基本上是成功的。但是不能不看到,有些电泳槽要发生各种各样的故障,使漆膜质量下降。为给改善漆膜质量提供依据,我对我厂使用的襄樊铁红酚醛电泳漆、天津铁红环氧改性油以及在我厂中试使用的天津铁红聚丁二烯电泳漆,进行了工作漆液在40℃下存放和在室温下搅拌存放的红外光谱测定。样品制备为了制得水性漆树脂,首先用离心机将颜料与水溶性树脂分离开来,然后,在真空干燥箱内,在40℃下将水和有机助溶剂蒸发出去。 相似文献

Drop impingement and splashing as a function of viscosity and, to a lesser extent, temperature are examined here. The working fluid is a mixture of water and glycerin with relative mass percentages varying from 0 to 100%, which spans a viscosity range of three orders of magnitude. First, a criterion that separates “on” and “off” for splashing as a function of glycerin percentage is expressed in terms of both Weber and Reynolds numbers and its highly nonlinear behavior is a function of the change in fluid viscosity. Next, the complex splashing characteristics of a rather simple monodisperse spray injected at a pressure of 2 bars onto a flat, 2-mm-diameter aluminum cylindrical rod are examined. Spatial variations in the fraction of splashed liquid, Sauter mean diameter, splashed droplet size distribution, and splash volume fraction as a function of radial distance for these mixtures are reported. 相似文献

This article proposes a new needleless electrospinning apparatus applying the method of splashing polymer solution onto the surface of a metal roller spinneret. When a high voltage is applied, many spinning jets form on the free surface of polymer solutions. Multiple electrified jets undergo strong stretching and bending instability, solvent evaporates, and solidified nanofibers deposit on the collector, as in an ordinary single‐needle electrospinning process. The production of nanofibers is enhanced by 24–45 times comparing with a single‐needle system. And the productivity is easy to scale up. The effects of processing parameters, including solution concentration, applied voltage, distance between spinneret to collector, and rotational speed of the roller spinneret on the morphology of nanofibers are investigated in this article. Recently, straw–bitumen pellets have been proposed as an alternative fuel. In this paper, a comprehensive model for steady state combustion of straw–bitumen pellets in a bubbling fluidized bed is presented. The combustor is divided into three sectors: a dense bed zone, a splashing zone and a freeboard zone. Relevant phenomena including volatile release and segregation, char comminution and elutriation, bed particles ejection, and post-combustion above the bed have been taken into consideration. The current study presents an experimental investigation of a technique for delaying the occurrence of splashing in jet wiping process by means of a side jet. Gas jet wiping is a hydrodynamic method of controlling the film thickness applied on a substrate in coating processes. It consists of a turbulent slot jet impinging on a moving surface coated with a liquid film. The process is limited by splashing; a rather violent film instability which is characterized by the ejection of droplets from the runback flow and results in the detachment of the film from the substrate. In the present study an additional side jet is used close to the main wiping jet in order to stabilize the runback flow and avoid splashing. The mean film thickness after wiping is measured using a light absorption method and the results are compared for the single jet wiping and two jet configuration. It is shown that the use of the side jet allows for stronger wiping, resulting in lower values of the final film thickness which cannot be achieved with a single jet. 相似文献
