在日本,滚动活塞式旋转压缩机广泛用于空调器及冰箱。与往复式压缩机比较,其性能优良,造价低,尺寸小,重量轻。然而从振动的角度来看,旋转压缩机就不那么有吸引力了,因为其悬挂系统不同。通常,往复式机组的压缩机部件和电机部件都由封闭壳内的悬挂弹簧所支撑,而机壳又由机座上的悬挂弹簧(或橡胶垫)支撑。在旋转压缩机中,由于其压缩机构的振动相当小,取消了内悬挂弹簧,仅由单一的外悬挂系统支撑。  相似文献

为研究以R410A为工质的两级压缩制冷循环性能,模拟计算两级压缩制冷循环制冷系数随工况和高低压容积比的变化情况,以及不同工况下容积比与中间温度变化的关系。得出结论,在蒸发温度3~9℃,冷凝温度35~50℃范围内,相同蒸发温度和冷凝温度下,容积比越大对应的中间温度越低,当容积比ζ在3/4~4/5之间时,循环制冷系数更为接近最大制冷系数。本研究为合理选择两级压缩高低压容积比、确定最佳运行工况提供指导。  相似文献

根据热力学理论,制冷压缩机内气态制冷剂压缩过程越趋近等温过程消耗的输入功越少,等温压缩技术是提高压缩机性能的一个重要途径。降低运行过程中的压缩机整机及主要部件温度可以有效降低汽缸内的制冷剂温度,获得近似等温压缩的效果。本文通过具体算例明确准等温压缩技术可以节省的压缩机输入功率消耗,以滚动转子式压缩机为对象,探讨压缩机的汽缸部和电机部的冷却方案,以期为转子式压缩机准等温压缩技术提供支持。  相似文献

This paper is concerned with a rolling piston type rotary compressor for air conditioning use. The leakage through a radial clearance on a rolling piston is analysed theoretically and experimentally. Most of the leakage occurs in the later part of the shaft revolution affected by the dynamic change of the clearance. To decrease the leakage loss it is desirable to assemble the compressor with an appropriate eccentricity between centres of a cylinder and a main bearing.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with foaming of refrigerating oil in a rolling piston type rotary compressor for an air conditioner. Factors causing foaming during the starting operation were investigated experimentally. It was proved that foaming was caused by the stirring of the refrigerant-oil mixture with a motor rotor, a vane and a discharge refrigerant flow. The foaming was correlated with the solubility of refrigerant in oil and with the amount of refrigerant contained in the stirred region of the liquid mixture.  相似文献

This paper presents a comparative analysis on leakage losses of a rolling piston type rotary compressor with refrigerants of R290, R22 and R410a. In particular, the difference of leakage losses characteristics between R290 compressor and that of other refrigerant compressors has been studied. Leakage losses through radial clearance, clearances between rolling piston faces and the cylinder head walls, clearances between the sliding vane faces and the cylinder head walls, as well as the clearances between the sides of the sliding vane and the side walls of the chutes inside the cylinder have been studied in the present methodology. Radial leakage caused by the wall velocity has been taken into account in the present study. Simulation results indicate that smaller radial clearance is required for R290 compressor to obtain relatively high efficiency comparing to that of R22 and R410a compressors under the same condition.  相似文献

A double acting free piston 50 Hz electrodynamic oscillating compressor has been designed and investigated. The power input of the compressor is about 200 W, its maximum stroke is 20 mm, and its cylinder diameter is 20 mm. The compressor includes a two coil linear motor with permanent magnet, optimized for the pressure ratio required. The compressor capacity can be controlled by means of control of the stroke, being in turn dependent of the applied voltage or the voltage waveform. Comparison of experimental results, ie regarding efficiency of the motor (up to 75%), stroke control and pV-diagram, with results of computer simulation shows a good agreement. The above compressor is intended for refrigeration purposes. A larger version, with a power input of about 2 kW will be used in a controllable heat pump system.  相似文献

Lubricating oil improves the reliability of compressors and systems, whereas increases the system complexity. Compared with other types of compressors that have oil-free models, a rolling piston compressor has more leakage paths and bigger leakage loss. Therefore, the leakage is an important problem to be solved in order to develop an oil-free rolling piston compressor. The paper put forward a new structure of rotary compressor adopting a low pressure shell, connecting the cavities within piston and behind vane to the cavity at suction pressure and using radial compliance mechanisms. Then the leakage models were developed to calculate the mass flow rates within both the present rolling piston compressor without any oil as sealant and the new structure of oil free compressor. Results showed that by the new structure, the influences of leakage on the performance of a R290 oil free rolling piston compressor can be largely decreased.  相似文献
