General linear model (GLM) is the most popular method for functional magnetic resource imaging (fMRI) data analysis. However, its theory is imperfect. The key of this model is how to constitute the design-matrix to model the interesting effects better and separate noises better. For the purpose of detecting brain function activation, according to the principle of GLM, a new convolution model is presented by a new dynamic function convolving with design-matrix, which combining with t-test can be used to detect brain active signal. The fMRI imaging result of visual stimulus experiment indicates that brain activities mainly concentrate among vland v2 areas of visual cortex, and also verified the validity of this technique.  相似文献

Vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET) is an emerging paradigm for road transportation which minimizes traffic, accidents and improves fuel efficiency. VANET uses the position of the vehicle obtained from satellite system such as global positioning system (GPS), global navigation satellite system, Compass and Galileo as a location id in position-based routing protocol. The position obtained from the satellite system is likely to have an error due to environmental and technical issues which effect the routing performance. Thus, this paper proposes a position-based routing protocol which uses Kalman filter based location prediction technique to improve routing performance by minimizing location error. The routing protocol performance is evaluated on NS-3.23 simulator with real time GPS traces and simulator generated mobility on Two-ray ground and Winner-II propagation model for 500 m transmission range. Further, performance is compared with other prediction-based routing protocol on the metrics of packet delivery ratio, average delay and throughput.  相似文献

A model that combines the extended Hubbard model involving intra-atomic and interatomic Coulomb repulsion and the Holstein model describing the interaction of a band electron with an Einstein phonon is proposed. Three regions of the phase diagram are considered. The regions correspond to the states of spin- and charge-density waves and the state uniform in spin and charge. Numerical estimations for the Rh, Ir, and Pt substrates show that Coulomb interaction plays a leading part, making possible transitions from the uniform state to the states of spin- and charge-density waves.  相似文献

A method is proposed for growing stacked InAs/InGaAs self-organized quantum dots on GaAs substrates. The technique allows fabrication of structures exhibiting intense and narrow-line photoluminescence in the 1.3 μm wavelength region. A model is proposed that attributes whisker growth in metals and alloys to dynamic recrystallization (DRX) and, in particular, DRX at the material surface. Each step in the DRX process was correlated to the development of whiskers. The DRX model depends upon the details of the deformation process(es) responsible for new grain initiation and growth. The dependencies exhibited by DRX as a function of deformation strain rate, temperature, and microstructure correlate with the behaviors of whisker development. Anomalous or ultrafast diffusion mechanisms, either by themselves or associated with the deformation structures, provide the means of mass transport necessary to grow whiskers. In Part II of this study, the strain and rate kinetics data are determined for Sn. Parts I and II, together, provide a critical step towards developing a capability to predict the conditions that are likely to cause whisker growth in engineering applications.  相似文献

Novel cognitive radio platforms, such as IMEC’s COgnitive Baseband RAdio (COBRA), should ensure the feasibility of multiple streams and their reconfigurability and scalability during run-time. The control over these tasks should be dedicated to a run-time controller that (re)allocates the resources on the platform. E.g., when the channel conditions change requiring a switching to different modulation and coding scheme or a user starts a new stream. Current transaction level models are too detailed for rapid exploration of all run-time options and the high-level data-flow frameworks (such as Kahn process networks) lack the dynamism and reconfigurability that is essential for the exploration. In this paper we propose the DAtaflow for Run-Time (DART), the high-level dynamic data-flow platform model framework, suited for rapid run-time control development. We sketch how to use this framework to develop such a controller in the reactive and more challenging, proactive way. We derive the component timing based on Instruction Set Simulator (ISS) simulation and the reconfiguration timing based on Transaction Level Modeling (TLM) simulation. Finally, we verify results of our DART approach with full TLM simulation of our platform.  相似文献

Evaluating the digital stimuli used in the design-for-digital-testability (DfDT) Σ-Δ modulator is a time-consuming task due to its oversampling and non-linear nature. Although behavioral simulations can substantially improve the simulation speed, conventional behavioral models fail to provide accurate enough signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) predictions for this particular application. In this paper, a fully-settled linear behavior plus noise (FSLB+N) model for the DfDT Σ-Δ modulator is presented to improve both the accuracy and the speed of the behavioral simulations. The model includes the following parameters: the finite open-loop gains, the offsets, the finite output swings, the flicker noise of the operational amplifiers (OPAMPs), as well as the thermal noises of the switched capacitors, the OPAMPs, and the reference supplies. With the proposed model, the behavioral simulation results demonstrate a high correlation with the measurement data. On average, the SNR difference between the simulation and the measurement is –1.1 dB with a maximum of 0.05 dB and a minimum of –2.2 dB. Comparing with the circuit-level simulation using HSPICE, the behavioral simulation with the FSLB+N model is 1,190,000 times faster. The proposed model not only can be used for evaluating the digital stimulus candidates, but also can be applied to system-level simulations of the mixed-signal design with an embedded DfDT Σ-Δ modulator.
