Heat and mass transfer is studied during firing of ceramic heat insulation objects making it possible to monitor firing taking account of a change in the effective thermal properties of an object, manufactured using burnt rocks, in the temperature range of physicochemical transformations, and also to determine rational firing regimes. It is revealed that the least value for the coefficient of effective thermal conductivity for the material corresponds to a temperature range within which the intensity of physicochemical processes is more significant.  相似文献

Investigation of the heat and mass transfer in the firing of light ceramic brick permits the regulation of the process (in accordance with the change in effective thermal characteristics of the brick when fuelindustry wastes are used) and the determination of rational firing conditions. 本文系统研究了自制DMGQ-2硅橡胶防热涂层的热物理性能。结果表明,固化剂用量对热化学参数无显著影响,热化学参数随温度的变化而变化,通过拟合方程,可以对特定温度下DMGQ-2涂层的导热系数λ、比热容Cp、热扩散系数α进行预估。采用有限元分析,相比于X涂层,DMGQ-2涂层的隔热性能更优。TGA分析了DMGQ-2涂层的热分解温度。200℃热空气老化性能表明,DMGQ-2涂层具有较好的抗热空气老化性能。  相似文献

Development of a new lining material with high chemical and deformation resistance based on vermiculite is described. Properties of the objects obtained are provided that are not surpassed by overseas analogs. This achievement is due to the use of a rational combination of raw material properties and technology regime parameters. In efficiency, material based on vermiculite may replace diatomite materials used traditionally. Use of objects based on vermiculite, having a density lower by a factor of three and lower thermal conductivity by a factor of six instead of traditional heat insulation material, i.e. chamotte, opens the possibility of a reduction in material content. The higher deformation resistance of the material promotes an increase in electrolyzer service life. Therefore, objects based on vermiculite may be used successfully for heat insulation not only in non-ferrous metallurgy installations, but also in thermal power engineering equipment, and in the construction of objects for industrial and domestic purposes. In this work, composite aerogels with low thermal conductivity and antioxidation were prepared by introducing graphene oxide (GO) on the carbon nanofibers (CNFs) surface, followed by ceramic coating. CNFs surface-grafted vertical morphology of GO was used as an enhancer to hinder the heat radiation transmission. The introduced shrinkage-resistant ceramic coating was used as an antioxidant barrier for carbon materials. The anti-shrinking ceramic coating was obtained by heat treatment of coating with wrinkle morphology to complete the ceramic transformation. The wrinkle morphology of the coating originated from the gradient crosslinking of the coating before its ceramic transformation. Among them, the gradient crosslinking of the coating could be done by irradiation crosslinking and crosslinker impregnation crosslinking. The thermal insulation and antioxidant of the composite aerogel were jointly investigated. Moreover, the mechanism of CNFs surface grafting GO and the anti-shrinkage mechanism of the coating were systematically discussed. The experimental results showed that the aerogel exhibited excellent thermal insulation and oxidation resistance in a wide range of temperatures. The structural design of the aerogel not only weakened the thermal radiation transmission to the CNFs aerogel but also significantly enhanced the antioxidant.  相似文献
