The hardystonite phosphors of Eu2+ activated M2ZnSi2O7(M=Sr,Ba) were synthesized by combustion-assisted method. They were systematically characterized by photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra. The emission spectra of these two phosphors showed that the main emission peaks are at 475 and 503 nm due to 4f65d1→4f7 transition of Eu2+.Both phosphors could be efficiently excited in the wavelength range of 250-425 nm where the near ultraviolet light-emitting diode was well matched. The(x,y) color coordinates were determined with the emission values(x,y)=(0.41,0.21) and(0.16,0.45) for the M2ZnSi2O7:Eu2+(M=Sr,Ba) phosphors.  相似文献

Eu2+ and Dy3+ codoped(Ca,Sr)7(SiO3)6Cl2 yellow phosphors were successfully synthesized by self-flux method. The structure, morphology and photoluminescence properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and photoluminescence spectra. The as-prepared phosphor showed a broad emission spectrum centered at 550 nm for Eu2+single-doped phosphor, while located at 548–544 nm for the Eu2+, Dy3+ codoped samples under excitation at 380 nm light. The emission intensity was greatly improved when Dy3+ was doped into the(Ca,Sr)7(SiO3)6Cl2:Eu2+ system. The composition-optimized sample with 3 mol.% of Dy3+ and constant 10 mol.% of Eu2+ exhibited a 220% PL enhancement compared to the phosphor with 10 mol.% Eu2+ single-doped. Meanwhile, it was found that the quantum efficiency of phosphor namely(Ca,Sr)7(SiO3)6Cl2:3 mol.% Dy3+, 10 mol.% Eu2+ could get up to 24.6%. The synthesized yellow-emitting(Ca,Sr)7(SiO3)6Cl2:Dy3+,Eu2+ is a promising candidate as high-efficiency yellow phosphor for NUV-excited white LEDs.  相似文献

Green-emitting Sr2LiSiO4F:Eu2+ and blue-emitting Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+ phosphors were synthesized by the conventional high temperature solid-state route, respectively.Their structures and photoluminescenee properties were comparatively investigated. It was found that the mixture phases of Sr2MgSi2O7 and SrF2 were obtained when a part of Sr2+ in Sr2LiSiO4F was replaced by some amount of Mg2+ in order to design the possible SrMgLiSiO4F:Eu2+ phosphor.Based on the photoluminescence analysis,Sr2LiSiO4F:Eu2+ phosphor exhibited a green broad emission band of main peak at 513 nm under the excitation of 365 nm,while the Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+ and SrMgLiSiO4F:Eu2+ phosphor showed blue emission centered at 467 nm.The temperature dependent photoluminescence properties and room temperature decay time for the three kinds of phosphors were also discussed in this paper.  相似文献

K2Ba(MoO4)2:Eu3+ phosphors were synthesized by solid-state reaction. The emission and excitation spectra of K2 Ba(MoO4)2:Eu3+ phosphors exhibited that the phosphors could be effectively excited by near ultraviolet (394 nm) and blue (465 nm) light, and emitted red light at 616 nm. The influence of Eu3+concentration, sintering temperature and charge compensators (K+, Na+ or Li+ ) on the emission intensity were investigated. The results indicated that concentration quenching of Eu3+ was not observed within 30mol.% Eu 3+, 600 oC was a suitable sintering temperature for preparation of K2 Ba(MoO4)2:Eu3+phosphors, and K+ ions gave the best improvement to enhance the emission intensity. The CIE chromaticity coordinates of K2 Ba(MoO4)2:0.05Eu3+phosphor were calculated to be (0.68, 0.32), and color purity was 97.4%.  相似文献

Novel red-emitting phosphors Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu3+ were prepared by gel-combustion method assisted by microwave. The phase struc-ture and luminescent properties of as-synthesized phosphors were investigated by XRD and fluorescence spectrophotometer, respectively. The results showed that the as-synthesized sample was Sr2MgSi2O7 with tetragonal crystal structure. The excitation spectrum of Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu3+ was composed of two major parts: one was the broad band between 200 and 350 nm, which belonged to the charge transfer of Eu3+-O2-; the other consisted of a series of sharp lines between 350 and 450 nm, ascribed to the f-f transition of Eu3+. The emission spec-trum consisted of two emission peaks at 593 and 616 nm, which was attributed to 5D0→7F1 and 5D0→7F2 of Eu3+, respectively. The concen-tration of Eu3+ (x) had great effect on the emission intensity of Sr2-xMgSi2O7:Eu3+x. When x varied in the range of 0.04-0.18, the intensity of emission peaks at 593 and 616 nm increased gradually with the concentration of Eu3+ increasing. It was interesting that no concentration quenching occurred. Moreover, the luminescent intensity could be greatly enhanced with incorporation of charge compensator Li+ ions.  相似文献

BaGdB9O16:Eu3+ and Ba(Gd,Ln)B9O16:Eu3+(Ln=La, Y) phosphors were synthesized by solid state diffusion method. The X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and photoluminescence properties were investigated. The as-synthesized BaGdB9O16:Eu3+ and Ba(Gd,Ln)B9O16:Eu3+(Ln=La, Y) phosphors showed strong red emission under ultraviolet light excitation. By partially substituting Gd3+ by La3+ and Y3+ ions in the host BaGdB9O16:Eu3+ materials, the maximum emission intensity was observed for the optimum composition of BaGd0.91La0.8B9O16Eu0.01 phosphor. The experimental results indicated that the Eu doped BaGdB9O16 and Ba(Gd,Ln)B9O16(Ln=La, Y) phosphors were promising red phosphors, which might find potential applications in near-UV excited LED lighting as well as display devices. Comparison of as-synthesized phosphors with standard phosphor used in CFL(compact fluorescent lamp) was also done. Energy transfer mechanism of Gd3+ to Eu3+ was also discussed in this paper.  相似文献

Long afterglow phosphors MAl2O4:Eu^2+ , Dy^3+ (M = Ca, Sr, Ba) were synthesized by microemulsion method, and their crystal structure and luminescent properties were compared and investigated. XRD patterns of samples indicate that phosphors CaAl2O4:Eu^2+, Dy^3+ and SrAl2O4 : Eu^2+, Dy^3+ are with monoelinie crystal structure and phosphor BaAl2O4:Eu^2+ , Dy^3+ is with hexagonal crystal structure. The wide range of excitation spectrum of phosphors MAl2O4: Eu^2 + , Dy^3+ (M = Ca,Sr, Ba) indicates that the luminescent materials can he excited by light from ultraviolet ray to visible light and the maximum emission wavelength of phosphors MAl2O4:Eu^2+ , Dy^3+ (M = Ca, Sr, Ba) is found mainly at λem of 440 nm (M = Ca), 520 nm (M = Sr) and 496 nm (M = Ba) respectively, the corresponding colors of emission light are blue, green and eyna-green respectively. The afterglow decay tendency of phosphors can he summarized as three processes: initial rapid decay, intermediate transitional decay and very long slow decay. Afterglow decay curves coincide with formula I = At^ - n, and the sequence of afterglow intensity and time is Sr 〉 Ca 〉 Ba.  相似文献

A series of red phosphors Ca10Li (PO4)7:Eu3+ were synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction method. Their luminescence properties were characterized by means of photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra,CIE chromaticity and quantum efficiency. Results indicated that the phosphors could be effectively excited by the near ultraviolet (NUV) light (393 nm). The main emission peaks of the phosphor were ascribed to the transition 5D0-7F2 (613 and 617 nm) of Eu3+ ion when samples were excited by...  相似文献

Photoluminescence properties of Sr 2.5 Dy 1/3-x Eu x V 2 O 8(x=0,0.06,0.12,0.18,0.24,0.33) were investigated. The excitation spectra included a broad band in the short wavelength region and several sharp lines in the longer wavelength region, and the spectral origin were discussed. The emission spectra were measured in two different exciting ways,i.e.,exciting the VO 4 group at 270 nm and the Eu 3+ ion at 398 nm,respectively, and the energy transferring process was reasonably suggested.Furthermore,multi-color emission could be achieved in Sr 2.5 Dy 1/3-x Eu x V 2 O 8,indicating that the studied samples had potential applications in the white light emitting diodes.Further investigation showed that reducing the concentration of Eu 3+ and Dy 3+ and introducing Bi 3+ as a sensitizer ion greatly enhanced the emission intensity.  相似文献

Europium doped MBrCl (M=Ca, Sr, and Ba) phosphors were prepared by solid state reaction in reductive atmosphere. Photolu-minescence (PL), photostimulated luminescence (PSL) after X-ray irradiation and optical absorption studies of MBrCl:Eu2+ (M=Ca, Sr, and Ba) revealed that: (1) blue light emission, under the excitation of 300 nm, was observed in all these phosphors; (2) the shape of the emission spectra in CaBrCl:Eu2+ could be changed by varying the bromine/chlorine ratio during synthesis, while that in SrBrCl:Eu2+ and BaBrCl:Eu2+ showed no change; and (3) PSL was observed in SrBrCl:Eu2+ and BaBrCI:Eu2+ after X-ray irradiation. Difference absorption spectrum (DAS) in SrBrCl:Eu2+ showed two broad bands centered at about 470 and 570 nm, and DAS in BaBrCI:Eu2+ showed two bands at about 550 and 675 nm, respectively. This enabled the use of He-Ne laser (633 nm) or even semiconductor light-emitting diodes (LED) instead of gas lasers for photostimulation.  相似文献

A series of phosphor of MO-RE2 O3-B2 O3: Eu, Mn ( M = Mg, Ca, Sr; RE = Y, La, Gd) were prepared and studied.Excitation spectra exhibited high absorption in UV region (370 ~ 400 nm). There existed two valence states for europium ions Eu2 and Eu 3 , the broad emission band peaking at 515 nm correspond to the 5d-4f emission transition of Eu2 , the sharp emission peaking at 590 and 610 nm correspond to the 5D0→7FJ(J = 1,2,3,4) emission transition of Eu 3 By the introduction of Mg and Y into MO-RE2O3-B2O3: Eu, blue-green emission was restrained ultimately and red emission peaking at 610 nm was enhanced strongly, intensity and colorimetric purity of red light were both enhanced.Furthermore, Mg1-xSrxO-Y2O3-B2O3: Eu was also researched, the introduction of Sr into MgO-Y2O3-B2O3:Eu gives rise to a shift to longer wavelengths of the position of the excitation peak, and the emission spectra varies with the increasing of x simultaneously.  相似文献

The red long-time luminescent material Y2O2S:Eu3+, M (M = Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) was prepared by high temperature solid-state method. The XRD result of the sample showed that the crystal phase was Y2O2S, which belong to hexagonal system, and no new crystal phase were by doping different amount of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba. The excitation spectrum was a broad band within 200 × 400 nm region, the characteristic peaks of emission spectrum were located at 583, 595, 597, 617, 627, 707 nm. There was no marked change in excitation spectra, emission spectra and maximum of their wavelengths of the luminescent materials by doping with different ions. The luminescent intensity of the phosphors were stronger when the concentration of doping ions was Mg/Y = 6%, Ca/Y = 4%, Sr/Y = 8%, Ba/Y = 2.5%, respectively. Its sequence of luminescent intensity from high to low is Sr > Ba > Mg > Ca.  相似文献

The long persistent phosphors Sr3Al2O6:Eu0.012+,Dy0.02-x3+,Hox3+ (x=0, 0.01, 0.02) were prepared by a high temperature solid state reaction. All samples showed a broad band emission peaking at ~510 nm, which could be ascribed to Eu2+ transition between 4f65d1 and 4f7 electron configurations. With the increase of substitution of Ho3+ ions for the Dy3+ ions in the as-prepared phosphors Sr3Al2O6:Eu0.012+,Dy0.02-x3+,Hox3+ (x=0, 0.01, 0.02), the initial intensity of the afterglow obviously decreased. From the thermoluminescence (TL) curves of the samples, we concluded that codoped Ho3+ ions led to a decline of the trap depth and redistribution of the trap. This may be responsible for the change of afterglow of Sr3Al2O6:Eu0.012+,Dy0.02-x3+,Hox3+ (x=0, 0.01, 0.02).  相似文献

Eu2+ and (or) Eu3+ doped Sr2SiO4 phosphors particles were synthesized by a conventional solid-state reaction technique, and their structural and optical properties were investigated. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) results showed that the obtained phosphors were composed of orthorhombic α'-Sr2SiO4 and monoclinic β-Sr2SiO4 phase. When excited under 256 nm, Sr2SiO4:Eu3+ phosphors showed intense emission in the red region. Sr2SiO4:Eu3+ phosphors exhibited white emissions (x=0.30, y=0.40, TC=6500 K) ranging from 425 to 650 nm when it was excited by near-ultraviolet (near-UV) light, indicating that Sr2SiO4:Eu2+ was a good light-conversion phosphor candidate for near-UV chip.  相似文献

A blue phosphor Ca2PO4Cl:Eu2+(CAP:Eu2+) was synthesized by solid state reaction. The Ca2PO4Cl:Eu2+ exhibited high quantum efficiency and excellent thermal stability. The luminescent intensity of Ca2PO4Cl:Eu2+ was found to be 128% under excitation at 380 nm,149% under 400 nm,and 247% under 420 nm as high as that of BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+.The optimal doping concentration was observed to 11 mol.% of CAP:Eu2+.The energy transfer between Eu2+ ions in CAP were occurred via electric multipolar interaction, and the critical transfer distance was estimated to be 1.26 nm.A mixture of blue-emitting Ca2PO4Cl:Eu2+,green-emitting(Ba,Sr)2SiO4:Eu2+ and red-emitting CaAlSiN3:Eu2+ phosphors were selected in conjunction with 400 nm chip to fabricate white LED devices. The average color-rendering index Ra and correlated color temperature(Tc) of the white LEDs were found to be 93.4 and 4590 K,respectively. The results indicated that it was a promising candidate as a blue-emitting phosphor for the near-UV white light-emitting diodes.  相似文献

The Ba1-xSrxMgSiO4:Eu2+,Mn2+ phosphors were prepared by solid-state reaction. Their photoluminescence properties were inves-tigated with fluorescence spectrum and CIE chromaticity. The emission color of Eu2+ in Ba0.98-xSrxMgSiO4:0.02Eu2+ could be tuned from green to blue by adjusting the content of Sr2+. The blue emission of Eu2+ overlapped well with the excitation spectra of Mn2+, leading to an ef-ficient energy transfer from Eu2+ to Mn2+ in Ba0.98-xSrxMg1-ySiO4:0.02Eu2+,yMn2+. Ba0.93Sr0.03Mg1-ySiO4:0.02Eu2+,yMn2+ could emit three ef-ficient broad bands at 440, 530 and 640 nm. The emission color of Ba0.93Sr0.03Mg1-ySiO4:0.02Eu2+,yMn2+ could be tuned from greenish blue to yellowish white by increasing the content of Mn2+ from 0 to 0.1. By changing the content of Sr2+/Mn2+, white-light with different hues could be conveniently obtained in the Ba1-xSrxMgSiO4:Eu2+,Mn2+ phosphors. The results showed that Ba1-xSrxMgSiO4:Eu2+,Mn2+ is a promising single-phased tricolor phosphor in the fabrication of W-LED.  相似文献
