研究无机硅补强剂S20对高性能绿色轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:与未添加填料分散剂的胶料相比,加入无机硅补强剂S20的胶料的门尼粘度显著降低,胶料流动性和填料分散性提高,加工性能改善,硫化胶的拉断伸长率增大,滚动阻力减小,抗湿滑性能和动态力学性能改善;与添加填料分散剂的胶料相比,加入无机硅补强剂S20胶料的加工性能明显改善,其他性能相差不大。 相似文献

研究了自制的新型加工助剂DF对聚丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)加工性能和物理性能的影响。并与常规加工助剂硬脂酸和进口加工助剂WB进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,加工助剂DF用量为1份即可有效地改善ACM胶料的加工性能,如防止混炼胶粘辊、降低门尼粘度和混炼功耗,同时ACM硫化胶仍可保持良好的力学性能、耐热空气和耐热油老化性能以及压缩永久变形性能,透镜电镜分析结果表明,加工助剂DF可以改善炭黑在ACM胶料中的分散性。动态粘弹谱分析结果表明,加入1份加工助剂DF的ACM硫化胶的玻璃化转变温度比无加工助剂的硫化胶降低7.2℃,可有效地提高ACM硫化胶的耐寒性。 相似文献

采用配比合适的均聚和共聚PP为基础树脂,以EPDM为增韧剂,自制无机填充料A为填料制得性能符合要求的保险杠料。研究了工艺路线、EPDM添加量和填料对物料性能的影响,结果表明,采用密炼机双螺杆工艺制得的物料性能比采用双螺杆二次法和单螺杆二次法的要好,EPDM能增加料的冲击强度,填料A能提高模量,并对流动性影响较小。 相似文献

Waxes Having High Dispersibility and Special Consideration of Their Suitability in the Manufacture of Colouring Masses for Carbon Paper Increasing amounts of waxes having fundamentally different chemical composition are being used as dispersion aids. In the manufacture of colouring masses for carbon papers, the materials used as vehicle of the colour and as dispersing agent for carbon black are hydrocarbons, wax acids and their natural esters. Whereas low-priced paraffins are mainly used for cheap carbon papers meant for a single use, carnauba wax is used for better quality carbon papers which can be used several times. The latter wax is especially suited because of its carbon black-dispersing and oil-binding properties. Since crude montana wax does not have these properties to such an extent as the carnauba wax, it was attempted to improve the carbon black-dispersing and oil-binding of montana wax by chemical synthesis. This was achieved by reacting crude montana wax with maleic anhydride and subsequent esterification of the reaction products with glycols. The results were successfully applied to the solution of problems involving dispersion of pigments and plastic additives. 相似文献

采用动态硫化法制备了丁腈橡胶/尼龙6热塑性弹性体(NBR/PA 6 TPV),考察了硫化体系、羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)以及增塑剂高密度氧化聚乙烯蜡(AC-316 A)和正丁基苯磺酰胺(BBSA)对TPV硫化特性、力学性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,以促进剂HVA-2/促进剂DM为硫化体系,动态硫化过程体系黏度的变化比以酚醛树脂/SnCl2为硫化体系时更平稳;但用后者制备TPV,其撕裂强度和扯断伸长率等力学性能更优,PA 6的结晶度更低。XNBR能对NBR和PA 6起到增容作用,当XNBR与NBR的质量比为10/90时,TPV的力学性能最好,NBR在PA 6中分散得最均匀。AC-316 A和BBSA都能对TPV起到增塑作用,随其用量的增加,体系黏度降低。 相似文献

Fluororubber vulcanizate powder (FVP) obtained from fluororubber based on tetrafluoroethylene/propylene/vinylidene fluoride terpolymer by mechanical grinding exists in a highly aggregated chain‐like structure. X‐ray photoelectron spectros‐copy (XPS) and infrared (IR) spectroscopy studies show that there are no chemical change on the rubber surface following mechanical grinding of the fluororubber vulcanizate after heat aging at 200°C for 10 days. The incorporation of FVP as a filler in the fluororubber compound results in a marginal increase of Mooney viscosity, Mooney scorch time and shear viscosity. While tensile strength, modulus and hardness marginally increase on addition of FVP into the fluororubber compound, tear strength decreases. Rhemetric studies show that FVP alone is susceptible to further crosslinking in the presence of a curing agent. Dynamic mechanical spectra reveal that the glass to rubber transition temperature shifts higher by the addition of FVP into the fluororubber compounds. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) images show uniform dispersion of FVP particles into the rubber matrix. 相似文献
