中天钢铁当前烧结燃料以焦粉为主,为更好地在烧结生产中使用焦粉,采用同步热分析仪STA分析不同粒级焦粉的燃烧性能,且开展烧结杯试验研究焦粉粒级分布对烧结过程及烧结矿质量的影响。结果表明:随着焦粉粒径的增大,烧结速度降低;控制粒径0.5 mm的焦粉在20%(质量分数,下同)左右、≥0.5~1 mm的在20%~25%、≥1~3 mm的在35%~50%、≥3 mm的在20%以内,或焦粉平均粒径在1.9~2.2 mm之间,烧结燃耗、转鼓强度、成品率等烧结指标处在最优范围。  相似文献

实现颗粒按密度为主导的分离是气流分选研究的关键.对于传统气流分选,运动颗粒的空气动力学特性,即颗粒的沉降末速是影响气流分选的主要因素.理论上在稳定的上升流中,无法实现颗粒按密度为主导的分离.阻尼式脉动气流分选机气流在局部产生加速效应,可以使颗粒按密度分离.通过阻尼式脉动气流分选机流场模拟实验,揭示了气流在阻尼块附近的流场特性,得出了气流在阻尼块上部区域存在明显加速效应的结论,为脉动气流分选效果优于传统气流分选提供了理论依据.实验室实际物料分选实验表明,阻尼式脉动气流分选装置比传统气流分选机有更优越的分选效果,总分选效率提高6%~8%.  相似文献

对于传统气流分选装置,物料的沉降末速是决定不同组分有效分选的主要因素.因颗粒的沉降末速与颗粒的密度、粒度和形状有关,故影响传统气流分选装置有效分选的因素较多.阻尼式脉动气流分选装置是一种新型的气流分选机.在传统的气流分选机中加入阻尼块,将在分选装置中形成气流的加速、减速区域,所产生的脉动气流可实现物料在分选装置内按密度有效分离.实验选用两种粒度相近、密度不同的示踪颗粒作为被分选组分,实验研究表明,与传统气流分选相比,阻尼式脉动气流分选可获得更高的分选效率和更宽范围的操作条件。  相似文献

通过烧结中断试验,研究了包钢烧结过程中钾、钠、氟的行为:原矿中的微斜长石,霓石和萤石分别形成了钾霞石、三斜霞石和枪晶石,并存于烧结矿中;同时还发现烧结过程中产生了少量钾、钠、氟的挥发物,并为湿料带所吸附,而在烧结饼上部产生了区域净化现象。因此,为减少钾、钠、氟对高炉冶炼的危害,需要把烧结矿烧好烧透。  相似文献

采用气流粉碎对B4C粗粉(比表面积为0.52m^2/g,中位粒度为20.4μm)进行粉碎实验,研究了气流粉碎次数对粉末性能、压坏密度和烧结密度的影响及成形压力和烧结温度对B4C烧结密度的影响,研究结果表明:当粉碎次数达到3次后,可获得中位粒度小于1μm的B4C超细粉末;经过4次气液粉碎的B4C超细粉末,其比表面积为2.53m^2/g,中位粒度为0.56μm;该粉末于2250℃无压烧结1h,其烧结密度为2.07g/cm^3,达到理论密度的82.5%,平均晶粒粒度为50μm。可见,气流粉碎能改善B4C的烧结性。  相似文献

蛭石的低成本高效率回收是后续加工利用的关键环节.分析了蛭石原矿的粒度组成与组分特性;采用脉动气流分选装置对0.5~1.0mm的蛭石原矿进行了实验研究.结果表明:当给料量为13.98kg/h,脉动气流最大速度为2.36m/s,脉动频率为1.165Hz时,分选效率可达91.16%,蛭石品位为91.51%.采用Fluent6.3软件中的标准k-ε湍流模型与Eulerian多相流模型,模拟了蛭石分选回收过程中的气固两相流动.模拟结果表明:3.434s时,蛭石精矿主要分布在分选柱顶端出口1.2~1.8m范围内,平均体积分数大于40%,6.008s时,脉石尾矿基本分布在底端排料口0~0.3m范围内,平均体积分数大于25%.脉动气流可以在较短时间内实现蛭石原矿的高效分选回收,实验与模拟结果基本一致.  相似文献

利用数值模拟技术研究缸内气流运动及其对天然气燃烧过程的影响,模拟了带有不同进气道的2种燃烧系统.模拟结果表明:进气过程所产生的气流运动状况影响压缩上止点附近的最终动量矩及涡流运动的中心;缸内涡流运动能够维持到压缩上止点附近,压缩冲程后期燃烧室内湍流强度增大的主要原因是大尺度的滚流破碎成众多小尺度的涡流;缸内涡流中心的位置靠近气缸中心有利于火焰沿径向均匀传播.  相似文献

In order to optimize the sintering process, a real-time operation guide system with artificial intelligence was developed, mainly including the data acquisition online subsystem, the sinter chemical composition controller, the sintering process state controller, and the abnormal conditions diagnosis subsystem. Knowledge base of the sintering process controlling was constructed, and inference engine of the system was established. Sinter chemical compositions were controlled by the strategies of self-adaptive prediction, internal optimization and center on basicity. And the state of sintering was stabilized centering on permeability. In order to meet the needs of process change and make the system clear, the system has learning ability and explanation function. The software of the system was developed in Visual C+ + programming language. The application of the system shows that the hitting accuracy of sinter compositions and burning through point prediction are more than 85 % ; the first-grade rate of sinter chemical composition, stability rate of burning through point and stability rate of sintering process are increased by 3 %, 9 % and 4%, respectively.  相似文献

An ore-blending optimization model for the sintering process is an intelligent system that includes iron ore characteristics,expert knowledge and material balance.In the present work,14 indices are proposed to represent chemical composition,granulating properties and high temperature properties of iron ores.After the relationships between iron ore characteristics and sintering performance are established,the "two-step" method and the simplex method are introduced to build the model by distinguishing the calculation of optimized blending proportion of iron ores from that of other sintering materials in order to improve calculation efficiency.The ore-blending optimization model,programmed by Access and Visual Basic,is applied to practical production in steel mills and the results prove that the present model can take advantage of the available iron ore resource with stable sinter yield and quality performance but at a lower cost.  相似文献

The sintering resistance for conduaive TiB2 and non-conductive Al2O3 as well as empty die during pulse current sintering were investigated in this paper. Equivalent resistances were measured by current and valtage during sintering the conductive and non-conductive materials in the same conditions. It is found that the current paths for conductive are different from those for non-conductive materials. For non-conductive materials, sintering resistances are influenced by powder sizes and heating rates, which indicates that pulse current has some interaction with non-conductive powders. For conductive TiB2, sintering resistances are influenced by heating rates and ball-milling time, which indicates the qffect of pouxlers activated by spark.  相似文献

A new process, NOx reduction with recycling flue gas and modifying coke breeze, was proposed. The effects of modified coke breeze and recycled flue gas on NOx reduction were investigated by sinter pot tests. The results show that the NOx reduction rate is over 10wt% in the sintering of modified coke breeze, the effects of the additives on NOx reduction are: CeO2CaOK2CO3.The NOx reduction rate increases with the amount of recycled flue gas, and is 22.35wt% in the sintering with recycling 30vo1% of the flue gas. When 30vo1% of the flue gas is recycled into the sintering of CeO2, CaO, and K2CO3 modified coke breeze, the NOx reduc-tion rates are 36.10wt%, 32.56wt%, and 32.17wt%, respectively.  相似文献

The effects of activated sintering technology of H2 atmosphere sintering on the microstructure and properties of W-15Cu alloy using ultrafine W-15Cu composite powder fabricated by spray drying calcining-continuous reduction technology were investigated.The experimental results showed that W-15Cu alloy,consolidated by activated sintering technology of H2 atmosphere sintering for 1 h at 1300 ℃,with 98.5 % relative density,transverse rupture strength 1218 MPa,Vickers hardness HV0.5 378,average grain size about 1.2 μm and thermal conductivity 192 W/m·K,was obtained.In comparison to the normal sintering process,activated sintering process to W-15Cu alloy could be achieved at lower sintering temperature.Furthermore,better properties in activated sintered compacts were obtained,and activated sintering process resulted in finer microstructure and excellent properties.  相似文献

β-Sialon/ZrN bonded corundum composites were synthesized using fused white corundum, alumina micro powder, zircon and carbon black by nitridation reaction sintering process. Phase composition and microstructure of the synthesized composites were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electronic microscope, and the formation process of the composites was discussed. The results show that the composites with different compositions can be obtained by controlling the heating temperature and contents of zircon and carbon black. The proper temperature to synthesize the composites is 1 773 K.  相似文献
