目前,电加热硫化机热板普遍存在加热不均匀、温差大、加工困难等问题,对此,采用有限元软件对硫化机热板进行热分析,以对硫化机热板的结构进行优化改进。首先,采用ANSYS软件对目前常见的向心式直插热板进行热分析;其次,提出更易加工的硫化机热板优化方案——平行式直插热板,并对此进行热分析;第三,将两种方案的分析结果进行对比,表明改进的平行式直插热板加热更均匀,温差更小;最后,将改进后的方案做成试验热板进行实验,结果表明改进后的热板加热均匀,符合轮胎硫化的工艺要求,实验结果与有限元分析结果相符,验证了本文提出的基于ANSYS软件的热板热分析方法的正确性。 相似文献

从有限的实测数据出发,以某直升飞机降落平台的现场测试数据为例,进行了温度场重建技术研究。在所建立的几何模型基础上,探讨了对实测温度数据的分析扩展原则,利用软件进行插值得到边界温度场分布的方法,探讨了在ANSYS软件中将三维数据表读入软件并实施各个瞬时传热边界上的表参数加载方法,最终得到了复杂边界在时变温度场下的瞬态热分析结果,重现了测试过程中直升飞机平台的瞬态温度场演变过程。 相似文献

对聚酯装置酯化蒸气的热量进行了计算,讨论了聚酯装置酯化蒸气在供暖和制冷系统中的应用,对在生产过程中所出现的问题,如酯化蒸气发生量异常波动、热水温度偏高对装置的影响等进行了分析,提出了相应的解决办法。结果表明:通过装置改造,新增2台酯化蒸气换热器,与采暖水换热,由酯化蒸气换热器向供暖系统或溴化锂制冷机提供热水即可实现余热的回收利用;酯化蒸气综合利用的工艺流程简单,实施酯化蒸气供暖和制冷工艺后,聚酯酯化系统运行良好,2010年减少0.8 MPa蒸汽消牦21.3 kt,取得了明显的节能效果。 相似文献

The heat transfer characteristics at a horizontal evaporating water surface exposed to a laminar stream of superheated stenm, which is a radiation participating real gas, have been investigated and compared to those of a hot air flow by means of a real-time laser holographic inter ferometry. Water surface temperatures and temperature profiles within the laminar boundary layer were measured precisely under adiabatic evaporation conditions. Temperature gradients at the water surface were determined and local Nusselt numbers were estimated. Those experimental results were compared to the analytical results obtained by solving the laminar boundary equations. It can be concluded here that both temperature profiles within the laminar boundary layer and heat transfer characteristics at the evaporating water surface in superheated steam stream are quite different from those in hot air flow due to an influence of gas radiation from superheated steam. 相似文献

Amaranth seeds can be popped by evaporation of contained moisture during heating. The relationships among the expansion ratio by popping and the type of heating media, gas temperature, initial moisture content of the seeds and heating time were clarified based on empirical study. And using a simple calculation model, the popping mechanism and effect of initial condensation of superheated steam were investigated. According to the results, the maximum volume of the seeds after popping was 8.7 times greater than that of raw seeds at optimal conditions. Compared with the case of hot air, the expansion ratio by superheated steam was slightly lower. 相似文献
