一种Ku频段机载同轴双工器设计 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为实现Ku频段双工器的小型化,以便适于对体积和重量有严格要求的机载环境使用,提出了一种Ku频段机载同轴双工器设计方法.该方法使用两个同轴带通滤波器构成双工器实现小体积,采用等效电路对带通滤波器进行设计,采用群时延拟合法利用仿真软件对T型接头尺寸进行优化设计,并给出了详细设计过程.实物测试结果表明,所设计的Ku频段同轴双工器体积仅为70 mm×29 mm×12 mm,插损小于0.9 dB,隔离大于80 dB,已在多个工程中得以应用. 相似文献

介绍了一种基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)工艺研制而成的小型化半集总高隔离度双工器.该双工器由L波段集总参数低通滤波器和X波段阶跃阻抗( SIR)分布参数带通滤波器组成.通过电磁仿真软件的仿真优化,实际加工滤波器的测试结果与软件仿真结果吻合.其中低通滤波器1dB截止频率为1.46GHz,带通滤波器中心频率为8.3GHz,1dB带宽为0.6GHz,通带内插损小于3.5dB,X波段端口对L波段端口隔离度大于60dB.该小型化LTCC双工器已成功应用于某毫米波战场识别系统的T/R组件中. 相似文献

设计并制作了工作在2.2~2.8GHz的带状线结构3dB定向耦合器和2只通带分别为2.2~2.5GHz及2.5~2.8GHz的8阶微带发夹线结构带通滤波器,利用该耦合器和带通滤波器设计制作连续通带宽带双工器,并通过ADS进行仿真。由仿真结果可知,在2.2~2.8GHz双工器全频带内输入端口的反射系数S11均优于-17.00dB,通带2.2~2.5GHz带内插损S21最优为-2.09dB,通带2.5~2.8GHz带内插损S31为-2.53dB,其中两通带的交接点2.5GHz处插损约-6.5dB。实测结果与仿真结果基本吻合。 相似文献

This letter presents a new design for microstrip bandpass filters and its application to a millimeter-wave diplexer. Basically, parallel-coupled microstrip lines are utilized for bandpass response and non-uniform open-circuited stubs are added to tune the bandwidth of the passband and improve out-of-band rejection. The designed filters are connected to make a diplexer, which can be used in a phased-array transceiver system operating in millimeter-wave range. The diplexer is designed to separate an input signal containing both 32GHz and 35GHz into two signals of 32GHz and 35GHz, respectively or to combine two signals at 32GHz and 35GHz into one signal. 相似文献

A semicircular waveguide-type diplexer consisting of semicircular hybrids and high-pass filters as a band-splitting filter for millimeter-wave multiplexing-demultiplexing networks has been newly developed. The construction and the operating principles of the diplexer are described; the design method and the experimental results are also discussed. The branching characteristics for a diplexer for dividing the frequency band 43.4-86.8 GHz into two equal parts have proved tolerably flat, with the resulting branching loss amounting to as small as 1.2-1.4 dB. The total length for the experimental model is 1.17 m, which is one-half to one-third shorter than the conventional Michelson interferometer-type diplexer. It is concluded that the semicircular waveguide-type diplexer can be effectively used for millimeter-wave waveguide transmission system. 相似文献

A high performance hairpin line diplexer for the direct sequence ultra-wideband communication is designed and implemented. This microstrip diplexer is mainly composed of two hairpin line wideband bandpass filters and a tapped open stub. The design concept is proposed in detail and has been verified by the experimental results of the fabricated diplexer, including the two isolated wideband bandwidths of 3.1-5.0 GHz and 6.02-10 GHz, low insertion loss and high isolation. An equivalent circuit theory design of a class of rectangular waveguide E-plane T-junction diplexer with E-plane all-metal insert filters is presented. Element values of equivalent circuit models of E-plane T-junction proposed in [1] are computed and approximated. The parameters of the filters designed by [2] are also given. By use of the network combining technique, the scattering matrix of the diplexer is obtained and optimized according to the diplexer specification with a novel objective function. Design techniques and element value tables are presented for the construction of compact high-selectivity diplexers using digital elliptic component filters. A brief review of an applicable diplexer theory is given and the derivation and use of the element value tables are discussed. The tables provide values for component filters with an even number of branches n for n=4 through n=12 with a prototype ripple value corresponding to maximum diplexer input VSWR of approximately 1.26 to 1. For n=8, 10, and 12 branch filters, additional tables with permuted transmission zero orders are given. Test results for an n=6 branch experimental diplexer of 2.25 to 1 bandwidth are presented. The design and construction of this diplexer is described in detail and serves to illustrate the use of the element value tables and design procedures presented. Many practical construction and alignment suggestions are given which are useful in obtaining designs with good response characteristics. The experimental diplexer has crossover frequencies at 1.5 and 3.4 GHz and provides greater than a 50 dB isolation at frequencies 0.2 GHz from crossover. The diplexer has an input VSWR 相似文献

设计了一款基于微带线的高隔离的新型四端口双工器, 由两组中心频率不同的滤波器构成, 每一组滤波器包括相位分别为±90°的两个滤波器.相对于传统的三端口双工器, 得益于该双工器的新型四端口电路拓扑, 使得泄露信号经过两路传输后形成相位相差180°的信号, 最终相互抵消, 进而达到提高隔离度的目的.另外, 本设计所需要的180°移相由滤波器本身结构实现, 不需要额外的移相电路, 因而使得电路更加简单紧凑.为验证方法的有效性, 设计了一款工作在1.8 GHz和2.1 GHz的四端口双工器并进行了加工, 通过对双工器实物的测量, 在1.8 GHz和2.1 GHz的隔离度分别达到了50.9 dB和43.5 dB, 相对于传统三端口双工器分别提高了9.7 dB和12.8 dB, 显著提升了双工器的隔离度. 相似文献
