有机玻璃边缘连接结构疲劳寿命可靠性分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
针对有机玻璃边缘连接结构弯曲疲劳实验结果,提出了结构低周疲劳寿命模型,对有机玻璃边缘连接结构可靠性进行分析.考虑材料属性、疲劳幅值载荷的随机性,分别采用Monte-Carlo法和四阶矩法,借助有限元分析软件Marc对结构进行了可靠性分析,得到低周疲劳载荷作用下结构疲劳寿命的可靠度,比较两种计算结果,发现四阶矩法计算结果与Monte-Carlo法计算偏差很小,适用于有机玻璃边缘连接结构疲劳可靠性分析;同时分析了基本变量均值与标准差影响结构可靠性的灵敏度,得到载荷为影响结构疲劳寿命可靠性的主要因素.  相似文献

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)/poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) nanocomposites were prepared by ultrasonic assisted emulsifier free emulsion polymerization technique with variable concentration of functionalized carbon nanotubes. MWCNTs were functionalized with H 2 SO 4 and HNO 3 with continuing sonication and polished by H 2 O 2 . The appearance of Fourier transform infrared absorption bands in the PMMA/MWCNT nanocomposites showed that the functionalized MWCNT interacted chemically with PMMA macromolecules. The surface morphology of functionalized MWCNT and PMMA/MWCNT nanocomposites were studied by scanning electron microscopy. The dispersion of MWCNT in PMMA matrix was evidenced by high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The oxygen permeability of PMMA/MWCNT nanocomposites gradually decreased with increasing MWCNT concentrations.  相似文献

U.V. irradiation of a solution of [60]fullerene in carbon tetrachloride saturated with chlorine gave a yellow solid, the negative ion FAB mass spectrum of which is consistent with the presence of C60Cl24 When a solution of [60]fullerene in CCl4was mixed with IF5, a yellow solid was deposited in the denser IF5 layer. The negative ion FAB mass spectrum of this material indicated it to be C60C18F14 This result provides the first confirmation that halogenation of Merenes is a radical process. Fluorination of C60Br8 gave a range of fluorinated products, having a maximum fluorine content of ca. 36 fluorines per cage, and with either C60F18 or its mono-oxide as major species. EI mass spectrometry of the products at various temperatures indicates that the more highly fluorinated fiiilerenes are either less stable to heat, or are more volatile.  相似文献

The International Commission on Radiological Protection default biokinetic model for the assessment of radiation dose received following intakes of unspecified [14C]-compounds (DCM) appears to overestimate the radiation doses delivered by many [14C]-compounds. The DCM does not specify the route of elimination and this review of the biokinetic data for four [14C]-compounds, [14C]sevelamer, [14C]colestipol, [14C]levetiracetam and [14C]ifetroban, that are rapidly lost from the human body via different excretory pathways, indicates that the excretory pathway is the critical determinant for both the individual tissue doses and the effective dose. If there is significant faecal excretion the DCM does not overestimate the effective dose.  相似文献

采用CVI工艺均热法共沉积技术制备了碳纤维增强C-SiC梯度基复合材料。C和SiC的原料氛分别是C2H2t CH3SiCl3,Ar和H2分别是载流和稀释气体。基体微观结构的变化通过控制原料气体的成分配比藜得。测试了材料的力学性能、抗氧化性能和摩擦磨损性能。利用金相技术、电子探针成分分析技术、TEM和SEM技术观察和分析了材料的微观结构。试验结果表明,这种材料的组织结构特点是:在微观上是梯度的,即围  相似文献

研究了用表面涂覆含钛金属涂层的碳化硼颗粒增强Cu基复合材料[B4Cp/(TiB2 TiN)/Cu],并与未经涂覆的B4C颗粒增强Cu基复合材料(B4Cp/Cu)进行了对比。实验结果表明,前者的致密度和电导率比后者好。磨损实验结果表明,使用有涂层颗粒的复合材料的耐磨性比无涂层颗粒的好。通过对复合材料界面和磨损表面的电镜观察表明,B4C颗粒经过涂覆处理后,改善了复合材料的界面粘结性能,颗粒与基体间有良好的浸润性。  相似文献

将原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)引发剂2-溴基异丁酰溴(BSB)化学键合在纳米硅胶微粒表面,以CuBr为催化剂,2,2′-联吡啶(byp)为配体,并加入少量自由(牺牲性)引发剂2-溴丙酸乙酯(BRA),在BSB-SiO2粒子表面进行了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的接枝聚合反应。采用凝胶色谱(GPC)与热重分析(TGA)等手段对活性接枝聚合进行了确认。研究结果表明,接枝聚合反应呈现一级反应的动力学规律,接枝聚合物分子量及接枝度与单体转化率之间呈直线关系,反应过程中接枝聚合物链的密度恒定,充分显示了可控聚合的特征,成功地实现了功能单体GMA在纳米硅胶微粒表面的可控接枝聚合。  相似文献

借助偏光显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线衍射仪对C/C复合材料不同基体炭的微观结构进行了研究。结果表明:不同基体炭在偏光显微镜下呈现出不同的光学活性度,其平均光学活性度依次由普通沥青炭、热解炭的光滑层、热解炭的粗糙层、中间相沥青炭逐渐增强;在SEM下,普通沥青以"葡萄状"结构为主,热解炭分为块状和"皱褶状"片层状结构,中间相沥青炭为形状各异的片层条带状结构;在HRTEM下,中间相沥青炭的晶格条纹排列规整,是一种长程有序的晶体结构,晶化程度很高。XRD分析表明,材料B(中间相沥青基C/C复合材料)的石墨化度最高,层间距最小,材料D(热解炭基C/C复合材料)次之。  相似文献

Cycloadditive reaction of fullerene[C60] with various 2'-azidoethyl per-O-acetyl glycopyranoside of D-mannose, D-galactose, D-glucose, D-xylose and D-maltose, respectively gave the glycosyl fullerene[C60] derivatives 2a-2e such as alpha-D-mannosyl fullerene[C60] under ultrasonication. Based on analyses using 1H- and 13C-NMR, UV-vis, FT-IR, and FAB-MS spectroscopies of the glycosyl fullerene[C60] derivatives, the products were composed of a mixture of [5,6]- and [6,6]-junction isomers which were predominantly the closed [5,6]-junction isomer.  相似文献

Novel supramolecular nanocapsules consisting of [60]fullerene and the macrocycle cucurbit[7]uril via self-assembly are reported. 摘要: 随着压力体制的不断提高,具有复杂空间构型的工程机械设备液压管路系统,其振动模态更丰富、振动频域范围更宽、振动机理极为复杂。为此,本文根据液压管路系统链式结构,利用有限元功率流法对液压管路系统的振动能量传递过程进行深入研究,并对管路系统输入点进行激励分析。通过MATLAB编程求解和ABAQUS有限元动力仿真分析,得到液压管路系统振动能量的传递情况,辨识振动能量的主要传递路径,最后通过实验验证仿真的准确性,为传递路径分析提供依据。  相似文献

以B4C、Si3N4、α-SiC及TiC为原料,Al2O3 Y2O3为烧结助剂,利用反应热压法制备了性能良好的B4C基复合材料.通过XRD,DSC以及EDAX分析可知:烧结后物相组成发生了变化,最终物相组成为B4C、α-SiC、BN以及TiB2,其中B4C和α-SiC是烧结后试样的主晶相.对本试验的多元体系,根据热力学原理,判断了可能出现的反应热力学行为,确定出了适合本体系的反应方程式,并分析了反应机理.  相似文献

ZrB2–continuous C fibre composites were prepared by vacuum-bag infiltration and hot pressing, using 1D fabric carbon preforms from different commercial products. Sintering behaviour and microstructural features such as secondary phases and matrix/fibre interface were analysed. The infiltration process allowed the overall fibre content to be increased up to 70 vol.%, whilst the matrix densification was enabled by sintering aids. Due to presence of residual porosity, the degree of chemical interaction at the fibre/matrix interface was limited and this resulted in an easier pull out in the fractured surfaces, even in absence of fibre protective coating. The composites exhibited a damage tolerant behaviour.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of the bromofullerene solvates C60Br6·0.5C6H5Cl·0.5Br2, C60Br8·1.5(o‐C6H4Cl2), C60Br8·Br2, C60Br8·0.5C6H5Br·0.5Br2, and C60Br24·2Br2 have been determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The molecular species C60Br6, C60Br8, and C60Br24 which have idealized C s , C 2v  , and T h symmetries, respectively, have several different types of C?Br and C?C bonds. A comparison between different solvates of the same bromofullerenes revealed a larger stability of the packing modes for the C60Br6 and C60Br24 solvates, whereas the C60Br8 solvates showed different packing motifs dependent on the nature and amount of the solvent molecules.  相似文献

采用离散元法(DEM),用BPM(Bonded-particle model)模型分别建立并校准SiC陶瓷基体和碳纤维离散元模型,采用位移软化接触模型表征层间和纤维/基体之间的界面元损伤双线性本构关系.通过DCB试验(Double cantilever beam virtual test)和微滴脱黏试验分别对其界面强度进行收敛试验,动态地观察了塑性变形、裂纹扩展及界面脱黏过程.结果表明,位移软化接触模型可以很好地表征界面损伤过程,采用离散元法可以很好地动态模拟较复杂复合材料的损坏过程.  相似文献
