应用型高校大学生工程写作素质教育内涵建设与策略

工程写作素质是应用型高校人才工程素质教育的重要一环。应用型高校对大学生工程素质教育多侧重于专业知识与技术能力方面,缺乏对工程写作素质的必要关注。通过归纳工程写作素质的特点,分析大学生工程写作状况及应用型高校在工程写作素质教育中存在的问题,探索工程写作素质教育的"三位一体"建设,以及工程写作意识与工程写作能力的内涵建设,并提出改进大学生工程写作素质的方法与措施。

十大重点节能工程包括：燃煤工业锅炉（窑炉）改造工程、区域热电联产工程、余热余压利用工程、节约和替代石油工程、电机系统节能工程、能量系统优化工程、建筑节能工程、绿色照明工程、政府机构节能工程、节能监测和技术服务体系建设工程。     

工程知识的整合与重构

在工科教学中,工程知识碎片化严重影响了学生的学习效果,阻碍了对工程知识的有效建构。应强化知识综合,不断关联工程背景、相关学科知识。工程专业的学习置于工程问题空间,将工程问题贯穿于工程知识建构过程,以解决工程问题为导向。采用探究式学习方法,将知识学习与研究问题相结合,以分析、研究和解决工程问题的过程为平台,进行工程知识的关联与综合,帮助学生实现工程知识的整合与重构。     

价值工程在审查检修工程预算中的应用

简要阐述了价值工程在检修工程预算中的重要作用，并以唐钢高速线材厂214m^2步进式加热炉大修工程为例，探讨了价值工程在审查检修工程中的应用。指出运用价值工程审查检修工程预算一能确保工程的功能不受损害，二能有地降低工程成本。

在“十一五”期间，我国将重点推进十项节能工程。包括：（a）燃煤工业锅炉（窑炉）改造工程；（b）区域热电联产工程；（c）余热余压利用工程；（d）节约和替代石油工程；（e）电机系统节能工程；（f）能量系统优化工程。除上述六项工程之外；还有建筑节能、绿色照明工程，政府机构节能工程，节能监测和技术服务体系建设工程。通过这十项重点节能工程，“十一五”可实现节能2．4亿吨标准煤（含增量部分），经济和环境效益显著。     

机械设计教学中的工程知识学习

工程知识涉及工程原理、规律、技能和能力等,对工程能力培养至关重要。在机械设计课程教学中,以建构主义学习理论为指导,基于工程知识具有复杂、综合、情景化等特征,不断进行知识融合,实施工程案例教学,加强工程实践,实现工程知识的有效学习。
