本文依据焦度计测量眼镜片顶焦度(D)的光学原理,分析了测量误差来源并给出了校正方法.由于被测镜片的后表面曲率(弯度)各不相同,致使镜片后顶点与焦度计物镜后焦点不相重合,因而造成测量误差.给出的校正方法包括硬件校正和软件校正设计不同高度的镜片支座,保证镜片顶点与焦度计物镜焦点相重合,或计算、编制顶焦度修正表,由自动焦度仪单片机查表修正. 相似文献

结合投影误差校正的快速SIFT图像拼接 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
针对现有图像拼接方法实时性受限的问题,提出了一种通过对图像拼接中重叠区域部分图像特征检测和投影误差校正两部分相结合的快速图像拼接方法。首先,该方法特征检测范围仅集中在待拼接图像重叠区域的部分图像块,从中获取尺度不变特征变换(SIFT)的特征点信息。然后,在特征匹配后应用投影误差校正方法,达到充分利用有限匹配点对计算出高精度投影变换矩阵的目的,避免了不必要的特征检测和匹配搜索,继而大大加快了图像拼接速度。最后,结合图像拼接的质量评价方法对图像拼接结果做出质量分析,以反映改进方法的性能。实验结果表明:对比文献所提出的快速图像拼接方法,本文方法在保证图像拼接质量的前提下显著降低了拼接时间;在所给的3组实验图像中,拼接速度平均提升了54%左右,证明了本文方法的可行性和有效性。 相似文献

在移动机器人的定位中,测距法是广泛使用的方法之一。本文对移动机器人采用测距法定位时的系统误差进行了分析,得出了其系统误差产生的两个主要原因。提出了补偿误差的方法。通过在两轮驱动移动机器人MKⅡ上的实验显示出,该方法简单、实用,校正后的定位精度比校正前提高了10倍左右。 相似文献

分析了子镜运动和电容传感器极板运动之间的理论关系并探讨了电容位移传感器读数的"结构性"误差的处理方法。基于电容位移传感器的工作原理,对极板为圆形的电容位移传感器提出了采用以位移的测量值和子镜转角为自变量的多项式拟合的校正方法。计算表明该误差处理和校正方法是简洁可行的。对于转角的拟合只需2阶,同时位移测量值只需4阶的多项式进行拟合即可使输出位移达到3 nm的精度。进一步分析表明,直接使用位移传感器读数计算极板转角,并对误差的主动校正控制非常有利于该多项式拟合,可一次性达到优于5 nm的校正误差,完全满足拼接镜面主动光学工程应用的技术要求。 相似文献

Knowledge of the upper limits of errors in digital sampling is very important in high-accuracy measurements, for these errors are significant elements for establishing measurement quality. In this paper, we carefully go through the theoretical background necessary for an in-depth understanding of the main sources of errors in high-accuracy measurement of harmonic components. We assess the significance of each error source both qualitatively and quantitatively, and also the efficiency of error-reduction strategies. Theoretical results are backed by simulations and also experimental results obtained with digitally sampled data. We discuss the aliasing- and integration-error interplay due to the lowpass filtering performed prior to digital sampling. We also discuss the non-causal integration model often assumed for sampling devices, e.g., digital voltmeters, and how the correction term shall be used with periodical signals in practical measurement setups. 相似文献

Measuring accuracy of inclinometer based on accelerometer is mainly influenced by the adopted accelerometer sensor.To improve the measuring accuracy of the inclinometer,the structure of the measuring system is given and measuring principle is analyzed,and the error model is established in this paper.Furthermore,the model is verified by simulation and experiment,which not only gives the smallest errors of the measured pitch and roll,but also lays foundation for sensor selection,error analysis and error compensation.The results show that the error model is of practical value. 相似文献

In this paper a new approach to enhance the dynamic range of a fringe projection system for measuring 3D profile of objects with wide variation in their optical reflections is proposed. The high dynamic range fringe images are acquired by recursively controlling the intensity of the projection pattern at pixel level based on the feedback from the reflected images captured by the camera. A four step phase shifting algorithm combined with a quality guided algorithm is used to obtain the unwrapped phase map of the object from the acquired high dynamic range fringe images. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed technique can accurately measure the 3D profile of objects with wide variation in their optical reflectivity. 相似文献

采用圆心作控制点的相机标定方法需要修正由不对称投影引起的投影误差,以提高标定精度.本文根据成像模型推导了基于直接线性变换法的投影误差计算公式.提出了先估计投影变换矩阵,直接用其元素计算空间圆在图像平面上的投影,对圆心的图像坐标进行修正后,再次计算投影变换矩阵.该方法无需矩阵分解,避免了不同坐标系的转换.模拟实验结果证明了投影误差计算公式的正确性.实际实验表明,在相机分辨率为780 pixel×582 pixel,空间圆半径为20 mm时,修正误差后的标定误差为0.19 pixel,优于未修正时的误差0.20 pixel,结果表明该方法可行有效. 相似文献

A problem of automated retouching of point artifacts in the pre-press process is considered. A new algorithm of detection and localization of multiple point flares is proposed. The algorithm is based on using the so-called conjugate indicator. A scheme for constructing learning rules for tuning the system for different types of artifacts is developed.
