本工作对激光增材制造GH3625(以下简称3D-GH3625)与轧制GH3625进行激光焊接试验,研究激光功率对其焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能的影响,并对其焊接接头的显微组织演变规律进行分析。结果表明,随着激光功率增加,两侧焊缝的熔合区完成由胞状晶向胞状树枝晶转变,而在激光功率相同时,厚板从上到下两侧熔合区的组织形态由上层的柱状晶和胞状晶转变为下层的柱状树枝晶,焊缝中心区由上层的柱状树枝晶和等轴树枝晶转变为下层的柱状树枝晶。当P=5.0 kW,焊接接头无明显表面缺陷、力学性能优良,抗拉强度高达861 MPa,伸长率达到50%左右,对接头断口进行分析,发现断口处有块状MC、部分撕裂棱和孔洞存在。随着激光功率的增加,接头抗拉强度从最高860 MPa下降至833 MPa。  相似文献

激光复合焊可用于不锈钢焊接,但激光复合焊接头热影响区小,组织变化梯度大.研究接头微区性能可以确定接头薄弱环节,为焊接接头的工艺评定和断裂分析提供理论依据.为此,本文对4 mm厚SUS301L-HT不锈钢进行激光-MAG复合焊接,采用维氏硬度、微型剪切和微拉伸等试验,研究了焊接接头焊缝、热影响区及母材的微区力学性能,并结合金相、断口扫描等分析了各微区力学性能的差异.结果表明:焊缝区域组织主要为柱状奥氏体树枝晶+少量的δ铁素体;母材的剪切强度和抗拉强度最高,分别为560和1 066 MPa,其次为复合焊接头热影响区,焊缝区域最差,接头硬度分布规律与各微区强度变化趋势一致;运用数学方法,得出了接头微拉伸强度与微型剪切强度、硬度之间关系的经验公式.接头各微区剪切断口和拉伸断口SEM分析呈现典型的韧性断裂特征.  相似文献

采用不同工艺参数对2 mm厚Ti40阻燃钛合金进行电子束焊接(EBW),通过金相分析、电子探针(EPMA)、室温拉伸以及显微硬度测试对Ti40阻燃钛合金电子束焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行分析.结果表明,焊缝中分布着晶粒内部有片层状组织析出的β柱状晶和少量等轴β晶粒,熔合线到焊缝中心晶粒逐渐细化,无明显热影响区.接头中易产生气孔、裂纹等缺陷,通过添加直线扫描波形能够有效地控制焊缝气孔缺陷,从而提高接头的强度.添加直线扫描波形电子束焊的Ti40阻燃钛合金的抗拉强度仍可达到917 MPa,断口呈现出脆性断裂与韧性断裂的混合特征,焊缝区的硬度高于母材,其最大值为376HV.  相似文献

目的研究不同填充材料下316LN/Inconel 718异种激光焊接接头的显微组织、显微硬度及室温拉伸性能。方法分别对316LN/Inconel 718异种材料在不填充焊丝、填充ER316LMn焊丝和填充HGH4169焊丝的情况下进行激光对接试验。采用XJP-2C型倒置光学显微镜观察不同填充材料下接头的显微组织,401MVD型数显显微硬度计测量不同填充材料下接头显微硬度,WDW-100型万能电子试验机测量不同填充材料下接头的室温拉伸抗拉强度,最终,对不同填充材料下316LN/Inconel718激光焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行对比分析。结果不填充焊丝与填充ER316LMn焊丝时,可获得外观成形良好的焊接接头;填充HGH4169焊丝时,接头外观成形稍差,但力学性能较好;不填充焊丝时,焊缝组织主要为柱状树枝晶、胞状晶和等轴树枝晶,填充焊丝时,焊缝组织主要为柱状树枝晶和胞状晶。填充焊丝和不填充焊丝情况下,316LN侧熔合区均会产生分层现象,而Inconel 718侧熔合区分层现象则不明显;当填充HGH4169焊丝时,焊缝的显微硬度值与抗拉强度值最大,焊缝填充ER316LMn焊丝时次之,不填充焊丝时最小。接头抗拉强度最大值为764.59 MPa,接头断裂方式为典型的韧性断裂。结论填充焊丝较不填充焊丝时,接头的力学性能有所提高,且填充HGH4169焊丝时,接头的力学性能达到最佳,但焊缝的宏观成形难以控制。  相似文献

随焊冲击碾压是一种控制薄壁结构焊接应力变形、防止热裂纹的新方法.这种方法同时也改善了LY12CZ铝合金接头组织,提高了其力学性能.金相和拉伸断口SEM观察表明,随焊冲击碾压焊缝区晶粒明显细化,组织更加致密,气孔、缩松等缺陷大大减少.与常规焊接接头拉伸断口脆性和塑性断裂特征并存相比,随焊冲击碾压焊缝断口形貌呈现典型的塑性断裂的特征.随焊冲击碾压之后,接头区的硬度有了明显提高,表明接头软化区重新得到强化.而拉伸、疲劳和三点弯曲实验结果表明,随焊冲击碾压之后接头的抗拉强度、塑性及疲劳寿命等力学性能也都得到不同程度的提高.由于薄弱的焊趾部位得到强化,裂纹萌生位置也由焊趾转移到焊缝.  相似文献

目的 研究工艺参数对接头微观组织及力学性能的影响规律,观察断口形貌并揭示断裂机理。方法 基于生产实际,采用激光焊接技术对304不锈钢进行平板对接试验,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和背散射电子衍射等手段观察不同焊接参数下的接头微观组织,利用拉伸试验机及显微硬度仪测试其力学性能;通过疲劳试验机测试不同应力下的疲劳寿命,并绘制相应的S-N曲线;使用扫描电镜观察并分析疲劳断口的形貌特征。结果 焊缝中心由等轴状奥氏体和针状铁素体组成,熔合区以柱状晶的形式向焊缝中心生长。激光功率及焊接速度越大,柱状晶的尺寸越小。当激光焊接功率为1 390 W、焊接速度为13mm/s、离焦量为-10 mm时,304不锈钢激光焊接接头的力学性能最好,此时的抗拉强度为785.9 MPa、伸长率为75.6%,拉伸断口呈典型的韧性断裂特征。在高应力水平(350 MPa和500 MPa)下,疲劳断口由裂纹萌生区、裂纹扩展区和瞬时断裂区组成,焊缝具有优良的抗疲劳性能。结论 焊接速度越快、焊接功率越小、离焦量为负,得到的焊接接头硬度越高,由于细晶强化及加工硬化的双重作用,接头达到了最佳力学性能。  相似文献

为探讨690 MPa级低合金高强钢焊接接头组织与性能的关系,采用手工电弧焊(SMAW)和埋弧焊(SAW)获得成形良好的焊接接头,经过拉伸、冲击、弯曲试验及光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜分析,对两种焊接方法的接头组织性能进行研究.结果表明:两种焊接方法的焊缝组织主要为板条状贝氏体和少量针状铁素体,粗晶区为粗大贝氏体和少量马氏体;焊缝中含有大量分布均匀的微小球形夹杂物;两种焊接方法所得焊接接头都具有较高力学性能,-50℃的冲击断口形貌为韧窝、准解理混合型;埋弧焊焊缝冲击韧性低于手工电弧焊,手工电弧焊熔合线处冲击吸收功小于埋弧焊,但随距熔合线距离增加其值增加更快.显微组织和夹杂物是影响接头性能的主要因素.  相似文献

采用ER5183焊丝作为填充材料,对厚度为2 mm的Al-Mg合金进行真空电子束填丝焊接,并对焊接接头的微观组织及力学性能进行分析测试。结果表明,在合适的焊接工艺条件下,获得的Al-Mg合金接头焊缝成形良好。微观分析显示,接头熔合区为柱状晶和等轴状枝晶组织,主要由α(Al)基体相和β(Al3Mg2)强化相组成,焊缝中存在大量的缠结位错和第二相粒子。力学性能测试表明,与母材区的硬度相比,接头熔合区的硬度有所降低。在最佳工艺条件下获得接头的抗拉强度为311.2 MPa,达母材抗拉强度的96.9%。接头拉伸断口表面分布的韧窝数量较多,呈明显的韧性断裂特征。   相似文献

采用光纤激光器对4mm厚的7075铝合金进行激光填丝焊接,对焊接接头的显微组织、相结构、断口形貌、力学性能进行观察和分析。结果表明:焊缝(FZ)边缘组织为柱状枝晶组织,焊缝中心为等轴晶组织;热影响区(HAZ)保留了母材(BM)的轧制长条状形态,但晶粒有所长大。母材的相组成主要为α-Al固溶体、S-Al_2CuMg强化相和η-MgZn_2强化相,焊缝无强化相析出。焊缝区硬度值为各区中最低,热影响区显微硬度呈阶梯式增长。焊接速度为2~4m/min的接头拉伸试样均在焊缝处断裂,抗拉强度最大为母材的67.5%。接头拉伸试样均出现了颈缩现象,断口由大量的等轴状韧窝构成,为韧性断裂。  相似文献

采用光纤激光器对3.5 mm厚TC4合金板材进行焊接,并对焊接接头的显微组织与力学性能进行分析测试,确定了试验条件下的最佳激光焊参数。结果表明,焊缝熔合区组织主要为针状α′马氏体及少量β相,热影响区由α相及少量α′马氏体组成;接头区域的显微硬度在熔合区变化平缓,而热影响区的硬度下降明显。在激光功率为4.0 kW、焊接速度为3.0 m/min时,获得接头的力学性能最佳,焊缝强度与母材本身的强度接近。接头拉伸断口表面存在大量韧窝,呈明显的韧性断裂特征。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The production of ferrous metal increased during the Roman Late Republican period, Principate and Empire. The direct bloomery process was used to extract the metal from its ores using slag-tapping and slag-pit furnaces. The fuel was charcoal and an air blast was introduced by bellows-operated tuyères. Iron formed as a bloom, often as a spongy mass of metal, which contained impurities from the smelting process, including unreacted ore, fuel, slag and fragments from the furnace walls, while the metal was often inhomogeneous with varied carbon contents. Blooms were either smithed directly into bars or ingots or they were broken up, which also allowed the removal of gross impurities and a selection of pieces with similar properties to be made. These could then be forge-welded together and formed into characteristically shaped ingots. Making steel in the furnace seems to have been achieved: it depended on the ore and the furnace and conditions within it. Surface carburization was also carried out. Iron and steel were used extensively in construction and for tools and weapons. Fire welding was often used to add pieces of steel to make the edges of tools and weapons, which could be heat-treated by quenching to harden them.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
