针对碳纤维缎纹布/环氧914预浸料热压罐零吸胶工艺,采用热压成型过程树脂压力在线测试系统监测树脂压力的大小与分布,分析了真空、外加气压对树脂压力的作用规律,通过显微观察研究了真空及外加气压对孔隙缺陷的影响。实验结果表明,所采用的在线测试系统可以定量分析真空在铺层内的作用程度和树脂压力的变化;零吸胶工艺树脂承担了大部分外压且沿层板厚度及面内方向分布均匀;真空通过铺层内的气路通道排出夹杂空气,其作用程度受到树脂黏流状态和铺层密实程度的影响;不同压力条件下复合材料层板孔隙状况与树脂压力的测试结果相吻合。  相似文献

针对树脂基复合材料层板热压罐成型工艺,采用薄膜压力传感器建立了密实压力在线测试系统,用于监测成型过程中复合材料所受密实压力的大小和分布。研究了密实压力测试系统在热压罐工艺条件下的适用性,在此基础上以该系统为测试手段,研究了热压罐工艺下L形碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料层板的密实压力变化规律及模具形式的影响。结果表明: 所建立的密实压力测试系统具有较高的准确性和动态响应性,能够测试高温条件及曲面位置的密实压力,满足复合材料热压罐成型过程中密实压力的在线测试要求; L形复合材料层板成型过程中拐角区与平板区的密实压力随热压罐压力增大而增加,但增加速度和最终大小不同,阳模成型时拐角区密实压力高于平板区,阴模成型时拐角区密实压力小于平板区和外加压力,表明曲面结构与平板结构的密实行为具有差异性。  相似文献

采用热压罐成型工艺制备碳纤维/双马树脂复合材料,并采用空气炮冲击装置、超声水浸C扫描探伤装置和万能材料试验机等测试手段,研究碳纤维类型和碳纤维体积分数对复合材料层板抗高速冲击性能的影响.结果表明:与CCF300碳纤维、CCF700碳纤维和CCF800H碳纤维相比,TZ1000G碳纤维复合材料抗高速冲击性能最优;碳纤维体积分数越高,复合材料层板抗高冲击性能越高;碳纤维复合材料的破坏模式与冲击速率有关,冲击速率较低时,复合材料层板弹击面出现周围含纤维分层开裂的圆形凹坑,背弹面出现沿纤维方向的分层开裂;冲击速率较高时,复合材料层板弹击面出现周围含纤维分层开裂的圆形通孔,背弹面出现撕裂断口.  相似文献

通过测试分析了T800/环氧预浸料固化过程中性能参数的变化规律; 针对热压罐工艺条件下复合材料整体化结构分阶段成型的特点,提出了一种基于应力传递的分阶段固化变形的有限元模拟方法; 对于不同成型工艺的工型加筋壁板结构,将分阶段模拟得出的变形结果与测试结果进行了对比,并分析了成型工艺与变形量之间的关系。结果表明,本文中提出的模拟方法能够准确预报整体化结构的固化变形,变形与成型工艺密切相关,针对特定的结构与铺层,采用合理的工艺过程能够有效减小构件的固化变形。  相似文献

采用玻璃纤维织物/环氧树脂E51预浸料研究热压罐工艺树脂压力在线测试系统适用性,分析了树脂黏度对测试系统动态反应特性的影响,进而测试了热压罐工艺零吸胶条件下等厚、非等厚及L形预浸料铺层内部的树脂压力,并与理论模型计算树脂压力对比,以分析测试系统的准确性。结果表明: 树脂黏度明显影响系统的动态反应特性,当树脂黏度低于25 Pa·s时树脂压力测试系统具有较高的动态反应特性,满足复合材料内部树脂压力测试需求; 对于所研究的各种形式的预浸料铺层,树脂压力测试值与理论值有很好的一致性,当热压罐压力达到0.5 MPa,相对误差约为2%,验证了系统的准确性。  相似文献

铺层结构和成型工艺是影响超高分子量聚乙烯(ultra-high molecular weight Polyethylene,UHMWPE)纤维复合材料弹道防护性能的重要因素。为评估各因素对UHMWPE纤维复合材料防弹性能的影响程度,基于正交试验设计建立了铺层角度以及包括温度、压强、时间三个热压成型工艺条件下的4因素3水平正交表并进行了9组弹道极限试验。通过对试验结果进行极差和方差分析表明,各试验因素对弹道防护影响程度由大到小依次为铺层角度、成型时间、成型压强和成型温度。此外,研究发现:[(0°/90°)_(2)]_(2n)和[(-45°/45°)_(2)]_(2n)铺层复合材料弹道冲击吸能体现为多破坏模式协同耗能,而[(0°/90°)_(2)/(-45°/45°)_(2)]n准各向铺层复合材料的弹道冲击吸能体现为单一破坏模式耗能;综合考虑防弹性能和成本确定的最优组合为成型温度120℃、压强25 MPa、时间20 min,铺层角度[(0°/90°)_(2)]_(2n)。  相似文献

以亚麻纱线作为增强体,与聚丙烯(PP)纤维按六种质量比进行混合,制备PP长丝包覆的包覆纱,利用机织工艺织成二维机织布作为复合材料的预制铺层,采用热压法进行层合热压,制备出亚麻增强聚丙烯复合材料板材。通过对板材冲击性能的测试及分析,研究了制备工艺、纱线结构及纤维含量等因素对复合材料冲击性能的影响。结果表明,本试验中当亚麻质量分数为68%时板材的冲击性能最好;"三明治"铺层方法制备的板材体现出较好的冲击性能;0°/0°板材在受到冲击时比0°/90°板材吸收的冲击能更多,体现出较好的耐冲击性。  相似文献

本文通过金相显微镜以及煅烧法对不同工艺T700/YPH-41T(12 k)体系碳纤维复合材料的纤维体积含量测定以及采用落锤冲击试验机对冲击性能表征。实验结果表明板材采用热压罐工艺比采用真空袋工艺的纤维体积含量高,分别为77.3%、55%;板材采用不同工艺其冲击响应不同,具体表现在最大冲击力、冲击接触时间、冲击最大位移等;最后整理归纳冲击数据,得到相同能量冲击下真空袋工艺板材的冲击能量吸收率比热压罐工艺板材的冲击能量吸收率高。  相似文献

采用热压罐成型方法制备铺层方式为[+45/-45]4s、[0/+45/-45/90]2s和[0/90]4s的碳纤维复合材料层合板,通过胶黏剂与铝合金板进行粘接获得异质材料单搭接胶接接头。利用落锤冲击试验机和万能电子试验机分别对三种接头进行低速冲击与冲击后静态拉伸测试,获得接头接触力-时间曲线和拉伸强度。通过CT扫描技术和数字图像相关(DIC)方法表征接头冲击损伤模式及表面应变演化过程,研究了铺层方式对接头抗冲击性能、冲击损伤模式以及剩余拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料铺层方式为[+45/-45]4s时,接头在冲击载荷作用下具有较高的抗冲击性能,但胶层界面脱粘损伤较为严重。与胶层界面脱粘相比,接头剩余强度对层合板分层损伤更为敏感。相较于[+45/-45]4s,[0/+45/-45/90]2s和[0/90]4s铺层方式接头的胶层界面脱粘范围与冲击后失效载荷退化程度较小,同时接头冲击后拉伸载荷主要集中于临近胶层的0°铺层且失效模式较为复杂...  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献

We studied a combined effect of the cryoprotectants both of lipid and carbohydrate origin at the presence of DMSO or without it on cell viability and the RNA synthesis in the embryonic mollusc and echinoderm cell cultures obtained at different developmental stages. Cryoprotective properties of exogenous lipids correlated with their thermotropic behavior. Lipid extracts from marine hydrobiontes, which thermal transitions are characterized by relatively small part of calorimetric thermogram area lying at temperatures above 0 °C (6–18%), were found to possess a considerable cryoprotective activity. The results are discussed in relation to the prediction of the cryoprotective activity of lipid extracts for marine animal cells. In addition, it was found that marine invertebrate cells can be cryopreserved without DMSO at the presence of trehalose and lipid extracts of some marine hydrobiontes.  相似文献

Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at this stage of superconductor development, its unique combination of properties seems to offer the only reasonable means of achieving usable lengths of conductor. In this role, the low-temperature physical (electrical, thermal, magnetic, optical) and mechanical properties of the silver all become important. Here we present a collection of properties data extracted from the cryogenic literature and, to the extent possible, selected for reliability.  相似文献
