有色废旧纺织品的回收利用都需要对其进行剥色处理,剥色技术是影响其有效利用的关键,去除织物上的染料,避免因染料的存在而影响纺织品后续的处理。废旧纺织品的种类繁多,不同的纺织品所用纤维也不同,故剥色方法也不相同,单一织物的剥色相对较容易,混纺织物的剥色比较困难。对现有的剥色方法进行简单的阐述,发现采用氧化法和还原法为主的化学剥色方法会产生大量废水;采用物理剥色方法可以实现部分剥色剂等的回收利用,但其剥色效率低;生物、臭氧、光催化剥色方法不仅可以实现较高的剥色效率,而且剥色过程比较绿色环保,符合当下绿色环保的发展理念。 相似文献

Integrally skinned asymmetric cellulose acetate membranes made by the wet phase inversion for removal of CO2 from natural gas were investigated. The membrane was cast with the membrane-forming systems of cellulose acetate–acetone and quench media, such as methanol, ethanol and isopropanol, respectively, without heat-treating and multistage exchange process. By means of evaluation on separating characteristics of the membrane for CO2/CH4, observation of morphologies by scanning electron photomicrographs and analysis of the phase diagrams on the membrane-forming systems, it has shown that the membrane-forming system of cellulose acetate–acetone–methanol is quite suitable to prepare integrally skinned asymmetric cellulose acetate membranes for gas separation with good selectivity CO2/CH4 = 30 and flux coefficient = 2.4 × 10−5 cm3/cm2 − s − cm Hg. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. [目的]研制长效控释性防治稻瘟病的水稻种衣剂.[方法]通过对不同分散剂、成膜剂以及增稠剂的筛选,采用湿式超微粉碎加工工艺,获得一种新型水稻种衣剂成膜剂及种衣剂制备方法.[结果]10%嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂的最佳制剂配方为嘧菌酯原药10%,YUS-FS3000 8%,黄原胶0.12%,快T0.5%,皂土0.5%,成膜剂8%.[结论]砂磨转速500 r/min、砂磨时间2h条件下,得到的种衣剂粒径小于3μm,其成膜性良好,脱落率小于5%,包衣后的水稻种子发芽率达到98.25%,符合水稻悬浮种衣剂要求. 相似文献

From the perspective of a polymer solution, the rheological properties of the popular polyethersulfone (PES)/N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP)/nonsolvent (NS) membrane-forming system were investigated thoroughly with a controlled stress rheometer (HAAKE RS75, Germany). The scope of the study included measurements of the controlled-stress flow curve, creep recovery, and dynamic oscillation. H2O, 1-butanol, ethylene glycol, and diethylene glycol were used as NS additives. The effects of the polymer concentration and the quality of the solvent mixture, as characterized by the approaching ratio, on the rheological behavior of the dopes were studied. Up to 38 wt % PES and extremely adjacent to the phase separation (i.e., the approaching ratio of the dope was 0.95), the viscous property dominated all the dopes, which behaved as Newtonian fluids. Moreover, all the membrane-forming dopes investigated were in the crossover regime in the semidilute region, in which the chains were overlapping but unentangled. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 本文报道了聚醚砜超滤干膜的试制和中试放大的研究情况,分析了溶剂、致孔剂及聚合物分子量和粘度对膜性能的影响,并进行了成膜条件和膜干燥温度的变化对膜性能改善的对比试验,简单揭示了膜的微观结构及膜的耐溶剂特性,最后着重介绍了超滤膜的中试放大、连续化、机械化的制备情况,以及将膜装入5m^2膜面积的超滤器上的运行结果。 相似文献
