研究一种新型的蓄能装置——固体蓄热式电热锅炉。该设备利用低谷电加热穿插在蓄热体耐火砖孔道中的电热丝,蓄热体吸收电热丝释放的热量并暂时贮存起来,在需要的时候通过二次换热释放出来,供用户使用。采用AN-SYS进行蓄热体温度场的三维数值模拟,得到了不同时刻的温度分布。为了验证ANSYS模拟温度分布的正确性,在260~900℃范围内进行了试验测试。其结果表明,在此温度范围内,两者误差小于10%,在7 h谷电期间,蓄热温度可达900℃。实验样机表明,锅炉热效率可达97.4%。研究表明:此型固体蓄热式电热锅炉具有蓄热能力高,结构紧凑,运行安全、高效节能及无大气污染等特点,对固体蓄热式电热锅炉的应用推广具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

The performance of a boiler with a built-in thermal storage unit is presented. The thermal storage unit is an insulated water tank that absorbs surplus heat from the boiler. The stored heat in the thermal storage unit makes it possible to heat even when the boiler is not operating, thus increasing the heating efficiency. A system with three components is described. The model of the system and the mathematical model were made using the TRNSYS program package and a test reference year (TRY). The degree of efficiency, which optimizes the thermal storage volume and the heating power of the boiler, was determined. The thermal storage must also ensure that the heat is stored at the highest possible exergy level, and complete mixing of the water is a condition for optimizing the thermal storage. The matching of the boiler’s heating capacity with the thermal storage unit ensures a supply of heat even when the boiler is not operating. 相似文献

Trigeneration is efficient to supply cooling, heat, and power demands. Also, hydro (pumped) storage with zero fuel costs can increase profit when price-based scheduling problem is solved. The goal of this study is to investigate the effects of electric boiler, hydro storage, and heat storage tank on price-based scheduling problem for hybrid trigeneration (trigeneration-conventional-gas boiler) system. A heuristic algorithm is applied to a power system where in validation case, total cost reduction of 0.63% to 0.91% is reached as compared with reported in literature. The results show that the utilization of electric boiler, hydro storage, and heat storage tank leads to profit improvement by 4.58%. Also, a critical sensitivity analysis is conducted and the results show the significant effects of several factors on scheduling results. 相似文献

为有效解决东北电力产能过剩,促进风电、核电等清洁能源消纳问题,提升燃煤供热机组的灵活性,针对东北地区某热电厂,通过对热电解耦时间、电锅炉型式以及不同电锅炉容量配置对机组实际发电负荷的影响等灵活性改造关键技术进行研究,确定了最佳电锅炉容量,提出了电锅炉装设方案,并对改造前后机组的调峰能力和性能指标进行对比分析。研究表明:随着电锅炉容量增长,抵减电锅炉用电后机组实际发电负荷率显著降低,提升火电机组灵活性改造后,电厂调峰能力显著提升,考虑以全厂172 MW发电负荷运行,电厂调峰能力在采暖初末期增加了368 MW,采暖中期增加了528 MW;全厂供热标煤耗由39.7 kg/GJ降低至34.3 kg/GJ,降低了5.4 kg/GJ;经济效益显著,扣除电锅炉用电成本后1个采暖季的调峰辅助服务补贴收益为1.47亿元;同时,电锅炉投运后可实现电厂的上网电量接近零,为清洁能源就地消纳做出贡献。 相似文献

电制热固体储热系统对可再生能源消纳、能源清洁化利用具有重要意义。电制热固体储热装置的关键参数设计以及经济性分析是提高经济效益的重要手段。因此,本文提出了电制热固体储热装置投资运行费用计算方法。通过对比不同供暖方式所需费用分析了电制热固体储热装置的经济性。同时研究了谷电利用系数对电制热固体储热装置经济性的影响。最后,采用案例分析验证本文所提经济性评估方法的合理性与正确性。本文的研究内容为用户对电制热固体储热装置的选择提供参考。 相似文献

The energy performance of an electrically driven heat pump in a typical installation has been estimated for three locations in the United Kingdom. Comparisons made of the heat pump performance with electric resistance, oil and gas heating systems using an annualised life-cycle cost method of analysis showed that the heat pump offers economic advantages over the electric resistance heaters and the oil-fired boiler, but is not an economic alternative to the gas-fired central-heating system. To become competitive with gas-fired boilers, either the capital cost of the heat pump must be substantially reduced or its seasonal coefficient of performance increased by about 50%.A heat pump can be economically attractive when it is integrated into existing fuel-fired central-heating systems or when it is used with thermal storage and run on economy 7 electricity. 相似文献
