Two-dimensional(2D) antiferroelectric materials have raised great research interest over the last decade. Here, we reveal a type of 2D antiferroelectric(AFE) crystal where the AFE polarization direction can be switched by a certain degree in the 2D plane. The aim of this paper is to propose a threat assessment method based on intuitionistic fuzzy measurement reasoning with orientaion to deal with the shortcomings of the method proposed in [Ying-Jie Lei et al., Journal of Electronics and Information Technology 29(9)(2007)2077-2081] and [Dong-Feng Chen et al., Procedia Engineering 29(5)(2012)3302-3306] the ignorance of the influence of the intuitionistic index's orientation on the membership functions in the reasoning, which caused partial information loss in reasoning process. Therefore, we present a 3D expression of intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement, make an analysis of the constraints for intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement, and redefine the intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement. Moreover, in view of the threat assessment problem, we give the system variables of attribute function and assessment index, set up the reasoning system based on intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement with orientation, and design the reasoning rules, reasoning algorithms and fuzzy-resolving algorithms. Finally, through the threat assessment, some typical examples are cited to verify the validity and superiority of the method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the untraditional approach of contention resolution in Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) Optical Packet Switching (OPS). The most striking characteristics of the developed switch architecture are: (1) Contention resolution is achieved by a combined sharing of Fiber Delay-Lines (FDLs) and Tunable Optical Wavelength Converters (TOWCs); (2) FDLs are arranged in non-degenerate form, i.e., non-uniform distribution of the delay lines; (3) TOWCs just can perform wavelength conversion in partial continuous wavelength channels, i.e., sparse wavelength conversion. The concrete configurations of FDLs and TOWCs are described and analyzed under non-bursty and bursty traffic scenarios. Simulation results demonstrate that for a prefixed packet loss probability constraint, e.g., 10-6, the developed architecture provides a different point of view in OPS design. That is, combined sharing of FDLs and TOWCs can, effectively, obtain a good tradeoff between the switch size and the cost, and TOWCs which are achieved in sparse form can also decrease the implementing complexity.  相似文献

Wireless devicetodevice (D2D) communications sharing the spectrum of cellular networks is important for improving spec trum efficiency. Furthermore, introducing multicast and multi hop communications to D2D networks can expand D2D ser vice functions. In this paper, we propose an anglebased inter ferenceaware routing algorithm for D2D multicast communica tions. This algorithm reuses the uplink cellular spectrum. Our proposed algorithm aims to reduce the outage probability and minimize the average hop count over all multicast destina tions (i.e., multicast receivers), while limiting interference to cellular users to a tolerable level. In particular, our algorithm integrates two design principles for hopbyhop route selec tion. First, we minimize the distance ratio of the candidateto destination link to the candidatetobasestation link, such that the selected route advances closer to a subset of multi cast receivers. Second, we design the anglethreshold based merging strategy to divide multicast receivers into subsets with geographically close destinations. By applying the two principles for selection of each hop and further deriving an adaptive powerallocation strategy, the message can be more effieiently delivered to destinations with fewer branches when constructing the multicast tree. This means fewer duplicated data transmissions. Analyses and simulations are presented to show the impact of system parameters on the routing perfor mances. Simulation results also demonstrate the superiority of our algorithm over baseline schemes in terms of outage proba bility and average hop count.  相似文献

Efficient perception of the real world is a long-standing effort of computer vision.Mod?ern visual computing techniques have succeeded in attaching semantic labels to thousands of daily objects and reconstructing dense depth maps of complex scenes.However,simultaneous se?mantic and spatial joint perception,so-called dense 3D semantic mapping,estimating the 3D ge?ometry of a scene and attaching semantic labels to the geometry,remains a challenging problem that,if solved,would make structured vision understanding and editing more widely accessible.Concurrently,progress in computer vision and machine learning has motivated us to pursue the capability of understanding and digitally reconstructing the surrounding world.Neural metric-se?mantic understanding is a new and rapidly emerging field that combines differentiable machine learning techniques with physical knowledge from computer vision,e.g.,the integration of visualinertial simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM),mesh reconstruction,and semantic un?derstanding.In this paper,we attempt to summarize the recent trends and applications of neural metric-semantic understanding.Starting with an overview of the underlying computer vision and machine learning concepts,we discuss critical aspects of such perception approaches.Specifical?ly,our emphasis is on fully leveraging the joint semantic and 3D information.Later on,many im?portant applications of the perception capability such as novel view synthesis and semantic aug?mented reality(AR)contents manipulation are also presented.Finally,we conclude with a dis?cussion of the technical implications of the technology under a 5G edge computing scenario.  相似文献

This paper presents the measurement and statistical analysis of the temporal variations of the radio channel defined by a fixed link at 3.5 GHz in suburban areas. The analysis provides the required information about the temporal stability of the channel, the probability of occurrence and depth of fades, the Doppler spectrum and, in general, the influence of the environment on the signal behaviour. In particular, the effect of fast traffic on a motorway in the neighbourhood of the receiver is investigated, obtaining some general conclusions particularly useful in wireless communication systems design. Rafael P. Torres was born in M′laga, Spain, in 1961. He received his MS degree in Physics from the University of Granada (Spain) in 1986 and his Ph.D. from the Telecommunications Engineering School at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) in 1990. From 1986 to 1990 he was with the Radio Communication and Signal Processing Department of the UPM as a research assistant. During this time, he worked about numerical methods in electromagnetics, and its applications to design of passive microwave devices like radomes, circular polarizer, rotators and planar lenses. He became an associate professor in the Department of Communication Engineering of the University of Cantabria (Spain) in 1990. From this time to the present, he has participated in several projects about RCS computation, on board antennas analysis, electromagnetic compatibility, and radio-propagation. He is co-author of a book about the CG-FFT method, author of several chapters in different books, more than 20 papers, and about 80 conference contributions. He has been the leader of the group that have developed the code CINDOOR, Computer Tool for Planning and Design of Wireless Systems in Enclosed Spaces. His current research interests include radio-propagation for wireless and mobile communications, as well as the simulation and design of new wireless communications systems. Beatriz Cobo was born in Santander, Cantabria (Spain), in October 1974. She received the M.Sc. degree in telecommunications engineering from the University of Cantabria, Spain, in 2000. During the period 2000-2004 she developed her research work in the Department of Communications Engineering in the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineering and Telecommunications at the University of Cantabria. During the first two years she was an assistant researcher of the FEDER project “Subsystems of Radar and Radiocommunications in Maritime Traffic Services” and the last two years she worked in the project “Systems and Applications WLAN and WPAN”. At the moment she is a Ph.D. student at University of Cantabria and from October 2004 she is an assistant professor at University of Oviedo. Her areas of research include high-frequency methods, applied to the characterization of the natural scenarios where a radar can be located. Dimas Mavares received B.S. degrees in electronic engineering from la Universidad Politécnica Antonio José de Sucre, Venezuela, in 1994, and M.S. degree in electronic engineering form la Universidad Simón Bolivar, Venezuela, in 1997. From 1997 to 2001 he worked as an instructor in la Universidad Politécnica Antonio José de Sucre. Since 2002 he has been pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Communications Engineering from the Universidad de Cantabria, Spain. His research interests include MIMO wireless communications, channel estimation, space-time coding and neural networks. Francisco Medina was born in Santander, Cantabria (Spain), in July 1974. He received the M.Sc. degree in telecommunications engineering from the University of Cantabria, Spain, in 2002. During three months in 2002 he hold a scholarship to stay at Bordeaux (France) and to work in the company Thalès Systèmes Aéroportés. Nowadays he works as a sales engineer at the Export Department of Nexans in Malia?o, Cantabria (Spain), an expert company in cables and cabling systems. Susana Loredo was born in Gijóon, Spain, in 1972. She received the M.S. and Ph.D degrees in telecommunications engineering from the University of Cantabria, Spain, in 1997 and 2001 respectively. From 1998 to 2001 she was with the Department of Communications Engineering as a Research Assistant. During this time, she worked on numerical and high frequency methods applied to the characterization of the radio-propagation channel, and also on the narrowband and wideband experimental characterization of the indoor radio channel. In 2001 she joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at University of Oviedo, Spain, as a Research Scientific. From this time to the present, she has been working on MIMO channel characterization using high frequency approaches and source reconstruction methods to characterize the antenna radiation.  相似文献

Nanofibers/nanowires with one-dimension(1D)nanostructure or well-patterned microstructure have shown distinctly advantages in flexible and stretchable sensor fields,owing to their remarkable tolerance against mechanical bending or stretching,outstanding electronic/optoelectronic properties,good transparency,and excellent geometry.Herein,latest summaries in the unique structure and properties of nanofiber/nanowire function materials and their applications for flexible and stretchable sensor are highlighted.Several types of high-performance nanofiber/nanowire-based flexible pressure and stretchable sensors are also reviewed.Finally,a conclusion and prospect for 1D nanofiber/nanowires-based flexible and stretchable sensors are also intensively discussed.This summary offers new insights for the development of flexible and stretchable sensor based 1D nanostructure in next-generation flexible electronics.  相似文献

The typeⅡ codes have been studied widely in applications since their appearance. With analysis of the algebraic structure of finite field of order 4 (i.e., GF(4)), some necessary and sufficient conditions that a generalized H-code (i.e., GH-code) is a type Ⅱ code over GF(4) are given in this article, and an efficient and simple method to generate type Ⅱ codes from GH-codes over GF(4) is shown. Two-dimensional(2D) materials have attracted considerable attention because of their novel and tunable electronic,optical, ferromagnetic, and chemical properties. Compared to mechanical exfoliation and chemical vapor deposition, polymer-assisted deposition(PAD) is more suitable for mass production of 2D materials owing to its good reproducibility and reliability. In this review, we summarize the recent development of PAD on syntheses of 2D materials. First, we introduce principles and processing steps of PAD. Second, 2D materials, including graphene, MoS2, and MoS2/glassy-graphene heterostructures, are presented to illustrate the power of PAD and provide readers with the opportunity to assess the method. Last, we discuss the future prospects and challenges in this research field. This review provides a novel technique for preparing 2D layered materials and may inspire new applications of 2D layered materials.  相似文献

A scheme is presented to realize the controlled teleportation of an unknown three dimensional(3D) two-particle state by using a non-maximally entangled two-particle state and a non-maximally entangled three-particle state in the 3D space as the quantum channels,and one of the particles in the channels is used as the controlled particle.Analysis shows that when the quantum channels are of maximal entanglement,namely the channels are composed of a 3D Bell state and a 3D GHZ state,the total success probability of the controlled teleportation can reach 1.And this scheme can be expanded to control the teleportation of an unknown D-dimensional two-particle state.  相似文献

Since the discovery of two-dimensional(2D)graphene[1],2D materials have been widely investigated due to their in-triguing physical/chemical property and outstanding optoelec-tronic performance[1?3].Generally,2D materials can be di-vided into isotropy and anisotropy according to crystal struc-tures.For isotropic 2D materials like graphene and hexagon-al boron nitride,they have obvious lattice symmetry.Where-as,anisotropic 2D materials possess strong anisotropic crys-tal structure(Fig.1(a)),providing new degree of freedom for exploring 2D materials.Currently,2D materials with high aniso-tropy,due to their anisotropic electrical,optical,thermal,and phonon properties,are finding applications in polarization-sensitive photodetection,neural network construction,spin-polarized transport and other emerging fields[3?6].  相似文献
