Based on Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy approach we design a fuzzy speed control system for a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). We derive sufficient conditions for the existence of a T–S fuzzy speed regulator and acceleration observer in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). We parameterize the gain matrices using the LMI conditions. We implement the proposed T–S fuzzy speed control system by using a TMS320F28335 floating point DSP, and we give simulation and experimental results to verify that our method is practical and useful for controlling a PMSM under model parameter and load torque variations.  相似文献

永磁同步电动机工作性能优越,在当前交流伺服系统的驱动控制当中起着越来越重要的作用。为了实现永磁同步电动机的精确位置跟踪,把一种新颖非线性控制方法Backstepping应用于永磁同步电动机伺服系统控制器的设计。Backstepping控制器的设计以保证系统的全局一致渐近稳定为原则,因此该控制器不但可以保证系统的全局一致渐近稳定,而且系统具有快速跟踪,定位精确的特点。系统的设计能够有效降低转矩变化对位置跟踪性能的影响。最后通过Matlab仿真验证了系统设计的有效性和可行性。  相似文献

传统的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制方法转矩响应速度快,但转矩脉动大、电流脉动大、开关频率不固定。为此,本文在分析了面贴式永磁同步电机数学模型的基础上,提出一种基于改进DTC-SVM的空间矢量脉宽调制直接转矩控制系统。提出基于Simulink的DTC-SVM伺服系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,整个系统既保持了传统直接转矩控制的响应速度快的优点,又具有定子电流波形畸变小,转矩脉动小,系统工作稳定,抗干扰性能强的优点。  相似文献

This paper presents a robust speed-control strategy using a Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy model for interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) drives. The sufficient conditions of linear matrix inequalities, which can guarantee the existence of the fuzzy controller gains, are derived from a common quadratic Lyapunov function. Moreover, the maximum torque per ampere control is incorporated to improve the torque production in the constant torque region and the efficiency of the IPMSM drive. The global stability of an observer-based control system is analytically proven. Simulations and experiments are conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach through a prototype IPMSM drive system. Consequently, the proposed fuzzy control methodology can achieve less steady-state error and less sensitivity than the conventional feedback linearisation control method under motor parameter variations and external disturbances.  相似文献

采用滑模观测器原理,结合αβ坐标系对无刷直流电机非线性方程进行线性化,并根据电机的定子相电压和电流对电机的转子位置和转速进行了实时的在线估计.针对算法中低通滤波器输出中含有高次谐波问题,对算法进行了改进,将低通滤波器的输出接入具有推广卡尔曼结构的反电动势观测器,同时对电机负载转矩的扰动影响进行了实验研究.仿真和实验验证表明,该控制系统设计合理,并且具有很好的鲁棒性.  相似文献

This paper presents the application of fractional order system on modeling the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) velocity servo system. The traditional integer order model of the PMSM velocity system is extended to fractional order one in this work. In order to identify the parameters of the proposed fractional order model, an integer order approximation of the fractional order operator is applied and a state-space structure is presented for using the output-error identification algorithm. In real-time PMSM velocity servo plant, the fractional order model is identified according to some experimental tests using the presented algorithm. Two proportional integral (PI) controllers are designed for velocity servo using a simple scheme according to the identified fractional order model and the traditional integer order one, respectively. The experimental test performance using these two designed PI controllers is compared to demonstrate the advantage of the proposed fractional order model of the PMSM velocity system.  相似文献

In this work, a model reference adaptive control-based estimated algorithm is proposed for online multi-parameter identification of surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous machines. By taking the dq-axis equations of a practical motor as the reference model and the dq-axis estimation equations as the adjustable model, a standard model-reference-adaptive-system-based estimator was established. Additionally, the Popov hyperstability principle was used in the design of the adaptive law to guarantee accurate convergence. In order to reduce the oscillation of identification result, this work introduces a first-order low-pass digital filter to improve precision regarding the parameter estimation. The proposed scheme was then applied to an SPM synchronous motor control system without any additional circuits and implemented using a DSP TMS320LF2812. For analysis, the experimental results reveal the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

为研究永磁同步电机(PMSM)在无速度传感器工况下的速度跟踪估计,以PMSM的工作原理为基础,建立了内埋式PMSM的数学模型。利用自适应模糊微分积分滑模鲁棒性强的优点,提出了在自适应模糊微分积分滑模控制条件下采用旋转高频电压注入法对电机转速估计的无速度传感器控制方案,并分析了电机在高低速运行时特点。仿真结果表明,采用高频注入法的自适应模糊微分积分滑模控制系统在高、低速工况下运行时稳定可靠,并具有较好的鲁棒性,能够实现速度跟踪估计。  相似文献

This paper introduces the principle of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM), and discusses a method for implementing the SVPWM based on MATLAB/SIMULINK, as well as modeling of AC servo system with permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). Simulation results show that the model is effective, and the method provides a frame of reference for software and hardware designs which can be applied in high temperature superconducting (HTS) flywheel energy storage system (FESS) and linear motor (LM).  相似文献

The duty-ratio-based model predictive control (D-MPC) is rapidly researched for permanent-magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) drives. Existing D-MPC methods produce large current ripple and distortion. To solve this issue and promote the system performance, an optimal two-vector combination MPC (OTC-MPC) is proposed for current control in this paper. The collection of the combination is firstly produced for the proposed OTC-MPC by combining the two vectors and corresponding duty-ratio, and then the optimal combination is selected among all feasible two-vector combinations, thus, the output vectors and duty-ratio are simultaneously optimised. The optimising process is simplified so that the proposed OTC-MPC can be easily implemented. Moreover, a simplified repetitive control with feed-forward compensation method is added to eliminate the predictive current errors of MPC, and also to improve the system robustness against external disturbances. Theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed OTC-MPC effectively reduces current ripple and distortion while retaining fast dynamic response compared with the conventional D-MPC.  相似文献

针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)在负载突变时产生的抖振现象,文中提出了一种重复滑模控制方法。首先,详细介绍了永磁同步电机的数学模型和滑膜变结构的基本原理,并在PMSM速度环上采用滑膜控制方法代替传统的PI控制。其次,具体分析了重复控制的基本原理,在滑膜控制的基础上加入重复控制,提出了一种新型的重复滑膜控制策略,建立了基于MATLAB/Simulink的电机仿真模型。仿真结果表明,此控制方法在电机转速上升阶段具有较好的系统响应性;在电机突加负载时,电机转速最大突变值比使用滑膜控制时减少了74.55%,且电机恢复到稳定状态用时为使用滑膜控制时的37.5%;验证了所提出的重复滑膜控制方法具有较强的抗负载性和系统稳定性。  相似文献

This article proposes a robust fuzzy neural network sliding mode control (FNNSMC) law for interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) drives. The proposed control strategy not only guarantees accurate and fast command speed tracking but also it ensures the robustness to system uncertainties and sudden speed and load changes. The proposed speed controller encompasses three control terms: a decoupling control term which compensates for nonlinear coupling factors using nominal parameters, a fuzzy neural network (FNN) control term which approximates the ideal control components and a sliding mode control (SMC) term which is proposed to compensate for the errors of that approximation. Next, an online FNN training methodology, which is developed using the Lyapunov stability theorem and the gradient descent method, is proposed to enhance the learning capability of the FNN. Moreover, the maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) control is incorporated to maximise the torque generation in the constant torque region and increase the efficiency of the IPMSM drives. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed robust FNNSMC, simulations and experiments are performed by using MATLAB/Simulink platform and a TI TMS320F28335 DSP on a prototype IPMSM drive setup, respectively. Finally, the simulated and experimental results indicate that the proposed design scheme can achieve much better control performances (e.g. more rapid transient response and smaller steady-state error) when compared to the conventional SMC method, especially in the case that there exist system uncertainties.  相似文献

A feedforward controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been proposed in this study, and proportional and integral gain could be self-adaptive under different operating conditions. The control structure used in the feedforward system is the same as in the feedback control system. This control structure could guarantee independence of the speed command input to output with the disturbance input to output, which makes the system have better reference trajectory tracking and disturbances rejection. In order to obtain optimal control performance when the parameters are uncertain, a gain scheduling adaptive controller is used in the feedforward system. The proposed controller has been verified by the experimental and simulation results with less steady-state error and better dynamic response than the controllers without it under the condition of external load torque disturbance and PMSM parameter uncertainties.  相似文献

由于机载稳定平台工作中会受到飞机振动、风阻力矩等外界干扰因素的影响,导致探测设备出现指向不稳定、跟踪精度低等问题。研究了滑模控制算法在航空稳定平台上的应用,利用Matlab/Simulink建立了永磁同步电动机伺服系统的滑模控制仿真模型,通过仿真和在试验系统上测试,实验结果表明滑模控制算法与普通PI算法相比较,不容易受到外界干扰力矩的影响,具有较好的鲁棒性,在相同外界干扰的情况下可以保持较好的跟踪精度。  相似文献

传统的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制采用双滞环结构,因而电机转矩和磁链脉动较大。SVM控制方法通过合成最合理的电压矢量对转矩和磁链作精确补偿,能够一定程度上降低二者的脉动,但传统SVM控制方法包含了转速和转矩两个PI调节器,两个调节器的参数设计比较复杂,且直接影响了电机性能。提出用快速终端滑模(FTSM)控制器来代替传统PI转速调节器,为了克服滑模带来的抖振,设计负载转矩观测器,并将观测值反馈至滑模控制器。仿真和实验结果表明所提控制方法改善了系统的动静态性能,抗干扰能力增强,同时SMC固有抖振现象得到有效抑制。  相似文献

为了提高泵用永磁同步电机的工作效率,研制了一种永磁同步电机变频调速控制系统.该系统以80C196MC单片机为控制核心,采用简单的V/F变频控制方法达到较好的控制效果.针对该控制系统的硬件和软件实现进行了论述,并通过实验证明了该控制系统的可行性.  相似文献
