阐述了采用“离心浇铸空心坯+管坯特殊处理+热辊模连续顶轧成形”短流程工艺生产中大口径高合金钢管材的新方法:通过对试制管材的力学性能、腐蚀性能和金相组织的观察,表明本短流程新工艺由于突破了穿孔的固有局限,适合生产难变形的高端管材,且管材具有优良的综合使用特性;节能降耗的优势明显(粗略估计可节能节燃料各10%)。  相似文献

介绍以合成纤维长丝为原料,对其表面进行一系列的物理化学处理后,均匀地镀上一层附着力很强的金属层,使其非导体变成电的良导体,以此线芯制成新型导电纤维电缆。对该电缆线芯之导电性、镀层厚度、强度、抗弯性及可焊性进行了检测,同时利用电镜对其表面形貌进行了观察。结果表明,新型导电材料性能优良,各项指标满足使用要求,可以代替铜导线在微电流范围内使用。  相似文献

The implementation of an Internet-based Virtual Manufacturing facility for the development and optimisation of new manufacturing processes is presented. The facility integrates advanced process simulation software, a remote machine monitoring system and multimedia technologies to realise a virtual environment for manufacturing process optimisation. Utilising physics-based process simulations, process parameters and operational sequences are evaluated and optimised with respect to desired product features. Having optimised the operation, a prototype of the part can be created at the facility. During prototyping, process parameters are monitored in real-time. A Case Study is presented, where a 3-axis milling operation is defined, optimised and executed using the facility.  相似文献

Semisolid metal forming requires special feedstock material with a fine-grained and globular structure to achieve thixotropic properties. A number of methods have been developed to produce such feedstock materials. Controlled Nucleation Method (CNM) is a new and simple, cost effective method that has been developed by the University of Queensland. The CNM process does not use the conventional stirring process, instead, it uses solidification conditions to control nucleation, nuclei survival and grain growth, thereby produce fine and globular structures suitable for semisolid forming. No specialised equipment is required. The method can produce both semisolid slurry for rheocasting and semisolid billet for thixocasting. It can be applied to a wide range of alloys and can easily be incorporated into existing metal forming installation. Semisolid slurries/billets of hypoeutectic and hypereutectic aluminium-silicon casting alloys, aluminium wrought alloys and a magnesium alloys have been successfully produced.  相似文献

结合生产现场实际情况,通过对递送机机构的分析,指出造成带钢递送跑偏的部分原因,包括递送辊偏磨、递送机传动系统的自重及递送压力作用等因素;提出相应的应对措施,从而有效防止带钢在递送过程中跑偏;建议在新建螺旋缝焊管机组时应考虑将递送机的主传动机构放在递送机两侧,增加递送前导板装置等设备,合理选用液压压下装置,提高设备的安装精度,以减小带钢递送跑偏的可能性.  相似文献

In order to manufacture a doubly curved sheet metal effectively, a flexible incremental roll forming process has been developed by adopting the advantages of the incremental forming process and the roll forming process by combining inherent flexibility of the incremental forming process and continuous deformation of the roll forming process. In the proposed roll forming system, a newly designed gripper system is attached in order to achieve automation and more precision manufacturing of the required sheet intended double curvature. The forming method has been further enhanced to form general quadrilateral blanks (including a square, a rectangle, a symmetrical trapezoid and an asymmetrical trapezoid, etc.) into doubly curved shapes by controlling the forming schedule developed by various experiments.  相似文献

In this research, a comprehensive soft computational approach is presented for the analysis of the influencing parameters on manufacturing of dual-phase steels. A set of experimental data have been gathered to obtain the initial database used for the training and testing of both artificial neural networks (ANN) and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). The parameters used in the strategy were intercritical annealing temperature, carbon content, and holding time which gives off martensite percentage as an output. A fraction of the data set was chosen to train both ANN and ANFIS, and the rest was put into practice to authenticate the act of the trained networks while seeing unseen data. To compare the obtained results, coefficient of determination and root mean squared error indexes were chosen. Using artificial intelligence methods, it is not necessary to consider and establish a preliminary mathematical model and formulate its affecting parameters on its definition. In conclusion, the martensite percentages corresponding to the manufacturing parameters can be determined prior to a production using these controlling algorithms. Although the results acquired from both ANN and ANFIS are very encouraging, the proposed ANFIS has enhanced performance over the ANN and takes better effect on cost-reduction profit.  相似文献
