生产调度是保证制造车间生产有序、稳定运行的决定性因素,传统算法很难针对多目标柔性调度问题进行建模和有效求解。在此提出一种动态交货期窗口下基于遗传算法和模拟退火算法的混合式智能优化算法,并针对该类大规模组合优化问题进行建模仿真,采用著名的FT06Benchmark对该算法的调度性能进行基准测试。结果表明,所提出混合式优化算法针对多目标,小批量食品机械制造车间柔性调度问题搜索效率高,质量稳定,具有较好地全局优化能力。  相似文献

As the multi-varieties and small-batch production mode become more popular in weaving enterprises, the traditional manual operated scheduling exposes the disadvantages of low work efficiency and unsatisfying result. In this paper, by summarizing the weakness previous model, a more practical optimization model is developed for weaving production scheduling to reduce the schedulers’ labor. The model describes the optimization of warp beam looming schedule in weaving process based on the analysis of the schedulers’ working process in weaving enterprises. Genetic algorithm (GA) is adopted to solve the model. To improve the computational efficiency and avoid prematurity convergence of GA, the termination condition is updated and the genetic parameters are optimized based on statistical data. The improved GA with optimized parameters gets solutions superior to manual scheduling with a quicker convergence, which has great practical value.  相似文献

In this research, a fluid–structure interaction (FSI) framework was established to estimate the velocity of a yarn as it is propelled by the main nozzle. To allow the methodology to be used in an optimization context, the computational time was limited as much as possible. The methodology was first validated on polymer coated yarns to avoid any influence of yarn hairiness. Results from the calculations were compared to experiments and adequate agreement was found without tuning. Subsequently, an extension to hairy yarns was made by representing the hairiness as a wall roughness. The roughness height was determined by matching the simulated to the experimental velocity for a single case. The approach was validated by applying the obtained roughness height to different setups and comparing the simulations to the corresponding experiments. Taking into account some limitations, the methodology can be applied for optimization purposes using either smooth or hairy yarns.  相似文献

In recent years, increasing attention has been focused on the genetic evaluation of protein fractions in cow milk with the aim of improving milk quality and technological characteristics. In this context, advances in high-throughput phenotyping by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy offer the opportunity for large-scale, efficient measurement of novel traits that can be exploited in breeding programs as indicator traits. We took milk samples from 2,558 Holstein cows belonging to 38 herds in northern Italy, operating under different production systems. Fourier transform infrared spectra were collected on the same day as milk sampling and stored for subsequent analysis. Two sets of data (i.e., phenotypes and FTIR spectra) collected in 2 different years (2013 and 2019–2020) were compiled. The following traits were assessed using HPLC: true protein, major casein fractions [αS1-casein (CN), αS2-CN, β-CN, κ-CN, and glycosylated-κ-CN], and major whey proteins (β-lactoglobulin and α-lactalbumin), all of which were measured both in grams per liter (g/L) and proportion of total nitrogen (% N). The FTIR predictions were calculated using the gradient boosting machine technique and tested by 3 different cross-validation (CRV) methods. We used the following CRV scenarios: (1) random 10-fold, which randomly split the whole into 10-folds of equal size (9-folds for training and 1-fold for validation); (2) herd/date-out CRV, which assigned 80% of herd/date as the training set with independence of 20% of herd/date assigned as the validation set; (3) forward/backward CRV, which split the data set in training and validation set according with the year of milk sampling (FTIR and gold standard data assessed in 2013 or 2019–2020) using the “old” and “new” databases for training and validation, and vice-versa with independence among them; (4) the CRV for genetic parameters (CRV-gen), where animals without pedigree as assigned as a fixed training population and animals with pedigree information was split in 5-folds, in which 1-fold was assigned to the fixed training population, and 4-folds were assigned to the validation set (independent from the training set). The results (i.e., measures and predictions) of CRV-gen were used to infer the genetic parameters for gold standard laboratory measurements (i.e., proteins assessed with HPLC) and FTIR-based predictions considering the CRV-gen scenario from a bi-trait animal model using single-step genomic BLUP. We found that the prediction accuracies of the gradient boosting machine equations differed according to the way in which the proteins were expressed, achieving higher accuracy when expressed in g/L than when expressed as % N in all CRV scenarios. Concerning the reproducibility of the equations over the different years, the results showed no relevant differences in predictive ability between using “old” data as the training set and “new” data as the validation set and vice-versa. Comparing the additive genetic variance estimates for milk protein fractions between the FTIR predicted and HPLC measures, we found reductions of ?19.7% for milk protein fractions expressed in g/L, and ?21.19% expressed as % N. Although we found reductions in the heritability estimates, they were small, with values ranging from ?1.9 to ?7.25% for g/L, and ?1.6 to ?7.9% for % N. The posterior distributions of the additive genetic correlations (ra) between the FTIR predictions and the laboratory measurements were generally high (>0.8), even when the milk protein fractions were expressed as % N. Our results show the potential of using FTIR predictions in breeding programs as indicator traits for the selection of animals to enhance milk protein fraction contents. We expect acceptable responses to selection due to the high genetic correlations between HPLC measurements and FTIR predictions.  相似文献

This study investigated the hypothesis that dairy heifers divergent in genetic merit for fertility traits differ in the age of puberty and reproductive performance. New Zealand's fertility breeding value (FertBV) is the proportion of a sire's daughters expected to calve in the first 42 d of the seasonal calving period. We used the New Zealand national dairy database to identify and select Holstein-Friesian dams with either positive (POS, +5 FertBV, n = 1,334) or negative FertBV (NEG, ?5% FertBV, n = 1,662) for insemination with semen from POS or NEG FertBV sires, respectively. The resulting POS and NEG heifers were predicted to have a difference in average FertBV of 10 percentage points. We enrolled 640 heifer calves (POS, n = 324; NEG, n = 316) at 9 d ± 5.4 d (± standard deviation; SD) for the POS calves and 8 d ± 4.4 d old for the NEG calves. Of these, 275 POS and 248 NEG heifers were DNA parent verified and retained for further study. The average FertBV was +5.0% (SD = 0.74) and ?5.1% (SD = 1.36) for POS and NEG groups, respectively. Heifers were reared at 2 successive facilities as follows: (1) calf rearing (enrollment to ~13 wk of age) and (2) grazier, after 13 wk until 22 mo of age. All heifers wore a collar with an activity sensor to monitor estrus events starting at 8 mo of age, and we collected weekly blood samples when individual heifers reached 190 kg of body weight (BW) to measure plasma progesterone concentrations. Puberty was characterized by plasma progesterone concentrations >1 ng/mL in at least 2 of 3 successive weeks. Date of puberty was defined when the first of these samples was >1 ng/mL. Heifers were seasonally bred for 98 d starting at ~14 mo of age. Transrectal ultrasound was used to confirm pregnancy and combined with activity data to estimate breeding and pregnancy dates. We measured BW every 2 wk, and body condition and stature at 6, 9, 12, and 15 mo of age. The significant FertBV by day interaction for BW was such that the NEG heifers had increasingly greater BW with age. This difference was mirrored with the significant FertBV by month interaction for average daily gain, with the NEG heifers having a greater average daily gain between 9 and 18 mo of age. There was no difference in heifer stature between the POS and NEG heifers. The POS heifers were younger and lighter at puberty, and were at a lesser mature BW, compared with the NEG heifers. As a result, 94 ± 1.6% of the POS and 82 ± 3.2% of the NEG heifers had reached puberty at the start of breeding. The POS heifers were 20% and 11% more likely to be pregnant after 21 d and 42 d of breeding than NEG heifers (relative risk = 1.20, 95% confidence interval of 1.03–1.34; relative risk = 1.11, 95% confidence interval of 1.01–1.16). Results from this experiment support an association between extremes in genetic merit for fertility base on cow traits and heifer reproduction. Our results indicate that heifer puberty and pregnancy rates are affected by genetic merit for fertility traits, and these may be useful phenotypes for genetic selection.  相似文献

Survival analysis techniques for sire-maternal grandsire (MGS) and animal models were used to test the genetic evaluation of longevity in a Slovenian Brown cattle population characterized by small herds. Three genetic models were compared: a sire-MGS model for bulls and an approximate animal model based on estimated breeding values (EBV) from the sire-MGS model for cows, an animal model, and an animal model based on the estimated variance components from the sire-MGS model. In addition, modeling the contemporary group effect was defined as either a herd or a herd-year (HY) effect. With various restrictions on the minimum HY group size (from 1 to 10 cows per HY), changes in estimates of variance components, and consequently also in EBV, were observed for the sire-MGS and animal models. Variance of contemporary group effects decreased when an HY effect was fitted instead of a herd effect. In the case of a sire-MGS model, estimates of additive genetic variance were mostly robust to changes in minimum HY group size or fitting herd or HY effect, whereas they increased in the animal model when HY instead of herd effects was fitted, possibly revealing some confounding between cow EBV and contemporary group effect. Estimated heritabilities from sire-MGS models were between 0.091 and 0.119 and were mainly influenced by the restriction on the HY group size. Estimated heritabilities from animal models were higher: between 0.125 and 0.160 when herd effect was fitted and between 0.171 and 0.210 when HY effect was fitted. Rank correlations between the animal model and the approximate animal model based on EBV from the sire-MGS model were high: 0.94 for cows and 0.93 for sires when a herd effect was fitted and 0.90 for cows and 0.93 for sires when an HY effect was fitted. Validation performed on the independent validation data set revealed that the correlation between sire EBV and daughter survival were slightly higher with the approximate animal model based on EBV from the sire-MGS model compared with the animal model. The correlations between the sire EBV and daughter survival were higher when the model included an HY effect instead of a herd effect. To avoid confounding and reduce computational requirements, it is suggested that the approximate animal model based on EBV from the sire-MGS model and HY as a contemporary group effect is an interesting compromise for practical applications of genetic evaluation of longevity in cattle populations.  相似文献

Milk, fat, and protein production, somatic cell score (SCS), and female fertility in the Israeli Holstein dairy cattle population were analyzed using a multitrait animal model (AM) with parities 1 through 5 as separate traits. Female fertility was measured as the inverse of the number of inseminations to conception in percent. Variance components were estimated using both the repeatability AM and multitrait AM. The multitrait heritabilities for individual parities were greater than the heritabilities from the repeatability AM, and heritabilities decreased with an increase in parity number. Heritabilities were higher for production traits, lower for SCS, and lowest for female fertility. The genetic correlations were higher than the environmental correlations. Genetic correlations between parities decreased with an increase in the difference in parity number, but all were greater than 0.5. The environmental correlations were higher for production traits, lower for SCS, and close to zero for female fertility. In the analysis of the complete milk recorded population, genetic trends from the repeatability and multitrait models were very similar. The genetic trend for SCS was economically unfavorable until 1993, and favorable since then. The genetic trend for female fertility was close to zero, but the annual environmental trend was -0.2%. The multitrait lactation model is an attractive compromise between repeatability lactation models, which do not account for maturing trends across parities, and test-day models, which are much more demanding computationally.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The behavior of cadmium in ecosystems needs to be monitored because of the human toxicity of this heavy metal. The need recently arose for a simple and quick on‐site test for trace levels of Cd in food and environmental samples. In response, an immunochromatographic assay kit for detecting Cd was manufactured by Kansai Electric Power Co. of Japan. This kit uses the antigen–antibody complex reaction between the Cd–EDTA complex and an anti‐Cd–EDTA antibody and shows the results in terms of the degree of color developed on a test paper. We previously reported the successful use of this kit to determine Cd concentrations in brown rice. Here, we applied the kit to the determination of Cd concentrations in rice foliage and soil. RESULTS: Cadmium in rice foliage was not extracted successfully by the method used for brown rice. However, it was successfully extracted by 0.1 mol L?1 HCl solution at a rice foliage:HCl ratio of 1:20, and coexisting metals were removed sufficiently by the column treatment. The Cd concentrations determined by immunochromatographic assay were well correlated with the values obtained by acid decomposition and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The 0.1 mol L?1 HCl‐extractable Cd concentration in soil was also determined successfully with the kit. CONCLUSION: Approximate Cd concentrations in rice plants and 0.1 mol L?1 HCl‐extractable Cd concentrations in soil can be monitored easily and quickly by this method at locations where facilities for acid digestion and precision analysis are not available. The use of recycled paperboard for packaging dry foods is in the interest of sustainability of resources, but in most applications, the food must be protected against contamination, such as by a functional barrier on the internal surface of the paperboard box. After application, the paperboard is usually stacked or reeled before making boxes. During this period, the food-contact surface of the barrier layer is in contact with the outer side of the paperboard, which may result in set-off and subsequent contamination of food. A method is described for the determination of this path of migration, based on the taped format also used for the measurement of the barrier efficiency. Recycled paperboard containing the three surrogate substances n-heptadecane, 4-methyl benzophenone and dipropyl phthalate was taped to the food-contact side of the barrier layer. Pressure onto the test packs did not seem to be a relevant parameter. After periods of interest, a piece of the paperboard with the barrier layer was extracted and analysed for the surrogate substances. Another piece may be brought into contact with silicone paper to simulate the transfer to food. After 2 weeks at 60°C (simulating about 1 year at 25°C), set-off and the transfer to the silicone paper exceeded 1% for all barrier materials tested, but after 6 weeks at 40°C (around half a year at 25°C), set-off remained below 1% for all barrier layers except a multilayer with polyethylene on the food-contact surface. The preliminary conclusion is that set-off should be taken seriously, but may be kept low enough to provide sufficient protection of the packed food.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A reliable and accurate method for the determination of seven biogenic amines (BAs) was developed and validated with Chinese rice wine samples. The BAs were derivatised with dansyl chloride, cleaned up using solid-phase extraction (SPE) and separated by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with ultraviolet (UV) detection. The optimised derivatisation reaction, conducted at pH 9.6 and 60°C for 30 min, ensured baseline separation and peak symmetry for each BA. SPE clean-up using Oasis MCX cartridges yielded good recovery rates for all BAs and effectively reduced matrix effects. The developed method shows good linearity with determination coefficients of more than 0.9989 over a concentration range of 0.1–100 mg l?1. The limits of detection (LODs) for the investigated BAs ranged from 2.07 to 5.56 µg l?1. The intra- and inter-day relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 0.86% to 3.81% and from 2.13% to 3.82%, respectively. Spiking experiments showed that the overall recovery rates ranged from 85% to 113%. Thus, the proposed method was demonstrated as being suitable for simultaneous detection, with accurate and precise quantification, of BAs in Chinese rice wine.  相似文献
