采用前乙烯基法,以脂肪酸与丙烯酸酯单体反应,制备高酸值的丙烯酸预聚物,然后与苯乙烯-丙烯醇共聚树脂SAA-100在脱芳烃溶剂中反应,并经过中和与乳化,制备了水性醇酸乳液;以该乳液为基料,制备了水性醇酸磁漆,并对影响水性醇酸乳液性能的诸多因素进行了探讨。结果表明:采用妥尔油酸与甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、乙烯基甲苯和甲基丙烯酸混合滴加来制备丙烯酸预聚物,甲基丙烯酸在丙烯酸预聚物中的用量为20%时,综合效果最好;水性醇酸乳液合成过程中选用D40作为回流溶剂,以乙二醇丁醚作为助溶剂,油度为40%左右,树脂的酸值控制在45~55 mgKOH/g,制备的乳液性能最佳。 相似文献

以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,甲苯为带水剂,聚乙二醇-400(PEG400)和丙烯酸为原料,通过酯化反应合成了丙烯酸聚乙二醇-400单酯并进行了表征.研究了酯化反应的影响因素,确定了最佳反应条件:n(丙烯酸):n(聚乙二醇)=1.2:1,对甲苯磺酸质量分数为1%(以醇酸总质量计),对苯二酚质量分数为0.5%(以醇酸总质量计),反应温度为115℃,反应时间为6 h,酯化率可达到85.3%. 相似文献

石蜡丙烯酸复合乳液的制备与性能 总被引:9,自引:2,他引:7
用种子乳液聚合法,以OP-10作为乳化剂,以K2S2O8 作为引发剂,以丙烯酸 (AA)为单体接枝改性石蜡(PF)乳液,合成了石蜡丙烯酸(PFAA)复合乳液。实验采用单体滴加工艺,以乳液稳定性作为评价指标,选择引发剂用量、单体用量、反应温度和反应时间为考察因素,利用正交实验L9 (34 )筛选出最佳合成工艺条件为:反应温度 70~75℃,反应时间 2h,引发剂用量w(K2S2O8 ) =0 16% ~0 20%,单体用量w(AA) =16 5% ~18 0%。红外光谱显示AA单体已引入到共聚物大分子中,扫描电镜揭示PFAA复合乳液的表面性状发生了改变。 相似文献

在甲基丙烯酸-3-三甲氧基硅丙酯(MPS)和苯乙烯的乳液共聚合反应中,MPS与水接触时其SiOR基团会发生水解缩合反应,其反应速率对乳液体系的稳定有很大的影响,而且所得产物的杂化结构也由SiOR基团的水解缩合反应速率决定.通过29Si核磁共振谱,测定了不同pH值下MPS的水解-缩合速率常数.发现MPS的水解速率常数在pH=7时最小,无论是在酸性条件还是碱性条件都使其迅速增大.而MPS的缩合速率常数则在pH=4时达到最小,而在相对较高pH值和更低的pH值时,其缩合速率常数也都迅速增大.并得到了不同pH值时水解-缩合速率常数估算式.为进一步研究MPS乳液聚合的过程机理、反应过程动力学模型的求解以及通过模型对反应结果的预测提供了依据和基础数据. 相似文献

Functional sub-micrometer core/shell hybrid particles coated with inorganic components have many promising applications as new materials based on their multiphase structures with unusual features. Herein we demonstrate a novel approach to produce such particles with potential applications in the fields of magnetic materials. PSt seed latex was prepared through emulsion polymerization. Core-shell P(St-co-Am) particles with polyacryamide (PAm)-rich shell were formed through interfacial-initiated seeded emulsion polymerization. Then spherical P(St-co-AM)/NiS sub-micrometer composites were successfully prepared by the reaction of nickelous sulfate (NiSO4) and thioacetamide (CH3CSNH2) under 60Co γ-irradiation at ambient temperature and pressure. P(St-co-AM)/NiS hybrid particles were confirmed with electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy. The properties of P(St-co-Am) hybrid particles were studied with UV-vis spectroscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy and magnetic hysteresis loop analysis. 相似文献

In this article we describe the combined use of γ‐irradiation initiated micro‐emulsion polymerization and redox interfacial‐initiated micro‐emulsion polymerization to prepare hollow polystyrene micro‐spheres with movable CdS nanoparticles inside (CdS@PSt) hybrid materials under room temperature and ambient pressure. First, mono‐dispersed CdS nanoparticles with diameters 50 nm were synthesized in inversed micro‐emulsion under γ‐irradiation. Then, CdS nanoparticles were coated with PSt via interfacial‐initiated micro‐emulsion polymerization with cumene hydroperoxide/ferrous sulfate (CHPO‐Fe2+) as the redox initiation pair. The resulted CdS@PSt hybrid materials were identified by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and X‐ray powder diffraction (XRD). © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
