济钢超低硫钢生产实践探索

介绍了济钢210t转炉超低硫钢生产工艺技术,通过控制转炉入炉铁水S含量,在转炉出钢过程中加入一定量的顶渣对钢水进行"渣洗"脱硫,控制LF炉渣碱度、氧化性、温度、渣量等,实现了转炉渣洗平均脱硫率达到61.41%,LF平均脱硫率78.2%,精炼结束平均S含量达到了0.00174%。     

超低温压力容器用9Ni钢的冶炼生产实践

介绍了某钢厂采用120 t转炉→LF炉→扒渣/捞渣→LF炉→VD炉→板坯连铸工艺生产超低温压力容器用9Ni钢的冶炼实践情况,采用转炉+LF炉脱碳脱磷工艺,控制转炉出钢w[P]≤0.009%、w[C]≤0.05%,炉后平均脱P率74.3%,平均脱碳率51.2%,生产过程中,P的控制难度相比C的控制难度大。采用扒渣工艺下钢水的平均返磷率为16.89%,而捞渣工艺下钢水的平均返磷率为22.61%,扒渣工艺下钢水的返磷率低,但生产节奏长15～20 min,钢水量损失平均增加3.1 t/炉。镍板由转炉废钢槽加入调整为全部由LF炉加入后,Ni平均收得率提高了3.74%。通过对生产工艺的优化,中间包钢水P、S、N、T. O、C满足内控要求,钢水纯净度高,铸坯低倍中心偏析达到C类1.0～1.5级,表面质量良好,轧制钢板在-196℃下性能优良。     

高级别管线钢氮质量分数控制的研究与实践

通过对首钢京唐公司300t炼钢转炉→LF精炼→RH精炼→CC连铸各工序氮质量分数控制的研究,探讨影响钢中氮质量分数的因素和控制措施,结合生产实践,提出强化转炉冶炼操作、LF埋弧造渣、保证RH真空度和连铸全保护浇铸等工艺优化措施,尤其是控制LF精炼增氮和发挥RH精炼脱氮功能,改进后LF精炼增氮量小于0.001 0%;RH精炼可将氮质量分数脱至0.0030%,连铸增氮量平均为0.000 14%,首钢京唐管线钢成品氮质量分数平均为0.0031%,达到先进企业的水平。     

鞍钢LF炉生产帘线钢实践

通过优化生产帘线钢的工艺参数,包括优化入转炉铁水条件、提高转炉出钢温度、转炉加入合理造渣材料、控制入LF炉钢水温度和碳含量等措施,将LF炉处理周期均值由59.2 min缩短至37.8 min,实现了鞍钢单LF炉生产帘线钢的目的,并且帘线钢工艺参数波动减小,质量稳定.     

降低LF精炼成本的生产实践

以生产Q235B钢为例,介绍了转炉-LF生产工艺降低精炼成本的措施。通过适当提高转炉出钢温度,精确合金料加入量,优化生产组织管理,利用LF炉钢包热态浇余循环工艺等措施,使150 t LF炉生产Q235B钢种的吨钢综合成本降低11.37元,且钢水质量未受影响。     

“全三脱”铁水转炉少渣冶炼低氮钢生产实践

在首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司"全三脱"铁水少渣冶炼工艺过程中,通过生产历史数据对影响钢水氮含量因素进行分析,结果表明:转炉顶枪漏氮对钢水增氮有很大影响;采用硅铁作为提温剂可以有效控制钢水w(N)在12×10-6左右;脱碳转炉采用全程底吹氩钢水w(N)可以降低3.3×10-6;转炉熔池内w(C)=0.3%~0.4%时,加入矿石可有效降低钢水氮含量;转炉后吹以及出钢时间越长,钢中氮含量越高;采取优化措施后,脱碳转炉出钢后,可稳定控制钢包内钢水w(N)≤15×10-6,达到了冶炼低氮钢的控制要求。     

转炉冶炼GCr15轴承钢质量控制实践

攀枝花钢钒有限公司提钒炼钢厂采用“铁水预处理→120 t顶底复吹转炉→LF→RH→方坯、圆坯连铸”工艺生产GCr 15轴承钢,存在钢水钛含量过高、钢水氧活度过高、浇铸变流的现象.通过加强对转炉终点、LF、RH过程关键点控制以及采取连铸保护浇铸措施,能够稳定生产出符合GB/T 18254-2002要求的GCr15轴承钢.     

迁钢210t转炉煤气干法除尘工艺生产实践

首钢迁钢第二炼钢厂210 t转炉烟气净化采用干法除尘工艺,采取多项措施对工艺及设备进行了优化,有效地提高了转炉煤气干法除尘系统的安全性。     

涟钢LF精炼温度变化研究

采用多元回归分析方法建立了涟钢210转炉厂LF钢包炉精炼终点钢水温度的变化模型,应用该模型对LF精炼终点钢水温度进行预测,对预测结果进行了统计分析,结果表明该模型对LF钢包炉精炼终点温度的预测误差较小,能对现场产生指导意义。
