Abstract A two-phase closed thermosyphon (TPCT) is introduced to improve fluid temperature distribution in wellbores by utilizing its characteristics of efficient heat transfer. Laboratory experiments show that TPCT in wellbores can heat the upper fluid in wellbores by absorbing the surplus energy of the lower fluid in the wellbore, and no extra energy is consumed. The roles of TPCT are affected by several factors. The type of working media needs to match with the inlet temperature of simulation oil. A filling ratio of 15% is optimal for different TPCT wellbores in experiments. With higher vacuum degree in the TPCT cavity, TPCT has a better role. With higher simulation oil flow rate, the role of TPCT is worse. 相似文献

针对常规分层注水管柱由于受投捞工艺限制,无法实现小间距配水的实际问题,开展了小间距配水技术研究。通过设计双导向投捞器及改变上下级配水器导向体的开口方向,有效地避免了相邻两级配水器之间的投捞干扰,使其最小理论配水间距由原来的6 m缩至2 m。在大庆油田第二采油厂现场试验应用了2口井,最小配水间距3.5 m,投捞成功率100%。该项技术的成功研发有效地突破了配水间距6 m的限制,实现了小间距配水,为水驱精细分层提供了有力的技术支撑,具有广阔的推广应用前景和较好的社会效益。 相似文献

本文在分析钻井液在振动筛网上的流动状态后导出了沿筛网流动及透筛流动的运动方程与连续方程,组成不稳定流动微分方程组。为简化求解,提出了在一振动周期内按平均能量来处理微分方程的近似方法,获得了简明的稳定流方程组。用差分法解此方程组所得数据与有关实测数据相吻合。 相似文献

针对同一管道输送流变特性差异很大的多种原油问题,建立了冷热原油顺序输送不稳态温度场及土壤温度场模型.在土壤温度场模型中将土壤的半无限大区域转化成有限矩形区域,在边界条件中充分考虑了地面温度的变化以及管径等参数的影响,利用有限差分法进行离散化求解;在差分网格的划分中使用了混合网格法,土壤内部的大部分区域使用矩形网格划分,管壁附近使用极网格.对于顺序输送模型,利用了预测一校正法的思想,校正其差分方程.在VC环境中编制了相应的软件,利用此软件对新大线输送的高凝点和低凝点原油的实际运行监测数据进行计算,其计算值与实测值误差小于2%. 相似文献

Abstract A slow transient was simulated using Godunov numerical scheme to solve the model equations. The results proved that including the inertia term in the momentum equation makes the model more realistic and that the Godunov numerical scheme is a better numerical method compared to the previously used total variation diminishing numerical scheme. Modification was made to steady-state equations to account for change in diameter. The results showed that energy has been spent by the flowing fluid to overcome the effect of the change in diameter and that energy spent increases as the change in diameter increases. 相似文献

通过对抗高温处理剂的优选及对处理剂间协同作用的考察,研制了一种抗高温水基钻井液体系。室内评价了该钻井液体系的高温稳定性、抗盐污染性、抑制性、润滑性、油层保护性和高温高压滤失性能等,结果表明,该体系具有很高的热稳定性(抗温可达250-260℃),优良的抑制防塌能力、抗污染能力和润滑性能,岩心的渗透率恢复值平均为83.11%。在民深1井、车66区块的现场应用中,该抗高温钻井液的性能稳定,未发生井壁垮塌现象,电测一次成功,施工顺利,应用效果显著。 相似文献
